Flexible electronics are transforming our lives by making daily activities more *** to this innovation are field-effect transistors(FETs),valued for their efficient signal processing,nanoscale fabrication,low-power consumption,fast response times,and ***,known for its exceptional mechanical properties,high electron mobility,and biocompatibility,is an ideal material for FET channels and *** combination of graphene and FETs has given rise to flexible graphene field-effect transistors(FGFETs),driving significant advances in flexible electronics and sparked a strong interest in flexible biomedical ***,we first provide a brief overview of the basic structure,operating mechanism,and evaluation parameters of FGFETs,and delve into their material selection and patterning *** ability of FGFETs to sense strains and biomolecular charges opens up diverse application *** specifically analyze the latest strategies for integrating FGFETs into wearable and implantable flexible biomedical sensors,focusing on the key aspects of constructing high-quality flexible biomedical ***,we discuss the current challenges and prospects of FGFETs and their applications in biomedical *** review will provide valuable insights and inspiration for ongoing research to improve the quality of FGFETs and broaden their application prospects in flexible biomedical sensing.

Regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and conduction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported COFbased solid-state electrolyte,the developed concept with D–A-linked COFs not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in COF electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic conductivity(6.7×10^(-4)S cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFePO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)conduction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合醒脑开窍针刺对中风偏瘫患者认知功能、肢体功能的疗效及安全性。方法:78例中风偏瘫患者根据入院单双日的顺序分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予补阳还五汤,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予醒脑开窍针刺。治疗后比较两组患者认知功能、肢体功能。结果:治疗后,观察组中枢神经特异性蛋白水平显著低于同期对照组(t=8.617,P=0.006),脑源性神经营养因子水平显著高于同期对照组(t=10.390,P<0.001);观察组大脑前动脉、后动脉和基底动脉的血流速度均显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组行走不稳、肢体麻木、乏力等中医证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS得分显著低于同期对照组(t=15.961,P<0.001),MMSE评分显著高于同期对照组(t=8.256,P=0.002);观察组FMA评分和Barthel指数均显著高于同期对照组(t=8.290,P=0.009;t=6.055,P=0.043)。结论:补阳还五汤联合醒脑开窍针刺可有效改善中风偏瘫患者的认知功能和肢体功能,提高患者生活质量。

Characterization of ultraviolet communication in a mixed aerosol environment

Wireless ultraviolet (UV) has strong scattering characteristics and can communicate through non-direct *** UV signals are transmitted in the atmosphere,they are affected by the absorption and scattering effects of atmospheric particles and atmospheric turbulence,resulting in attenuation of UV signal energy and reduced reliability of the communication *** paper focuses on the channel model of UV non-direct-view single scattering communication,and simulates and analyzes the communication characteristics of UV light in atmospheric turbulence and mixed aerosol environment under horizontal,vertical and oblique range communication *** results show that at equal relative humidity,the wireless UV non-directive scattering communication performance for vertical communication scenarios is more affected by the mixed aerosol environment and the communication performance is worse.

Effect of system response on partial surge initiated instability in a transonic axial flow compressor

Partial surge is a type of instability inception in transonic compressors and occurs in the form of axisymmetric low-frequency disturbances localized in the hub *** studies illustrate that the frequency of partial surge is set by the Helmholtz frequency of the entire system,which motivates to propose a hypothesis that the system response performs an important role in the formation of partial *** further verification,a series of experiments are conducted to explore the link between the propagating of the partial surge and the system feedback in this *** the first case,an additional test point is set on the wall of the plenum to detect the system *** the flow behaviors inside the plenum with the disturbances in the rotor tip and stator hub/tip regions,the effects of the system feedback on the occurrence of the continuous disturbances and the rotating stall cells are *** the second case,a screen is mounted at the compressor outlet to prevent positive feedback from the *** experimental results demonstrate that in the absence of system feedback,it is the occurrence of spike-type stall inception that leads to the flow instability instead of that of partial *** addition,three flow phenomena in the second case are discussed,including the occurrence of the single pulse,the unstable process during the stall evolution and the switch of instability inception.

Potential role and therapeutic implications of glutathione peroxidase 4 in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease

Alzheimer's disease is an age-related neurodegenerative disorder with a complex and incompletely understood pathogenesis. Despite extensive research, a cure for Alzheimer's disease has not yet been found. Oxidative stress mediates excessive oxidative responses, and its involvement in Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis as a primary or secondary pathological event is widely accepted. As a member of the selenium-containing antioxidant enzyme family, glutathione peroxidase 4 reduces esterified phospholipid hydroperoxides to maintain cellular redox homeostasis. With the discovery of ferroptosis, the central role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in anti-lipid peroxidation in several diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, has received widespread attention. Increasing evidence suggests that glutathione peroxidase 4 expression is inhibited in the Alzheimer's disease brain, resulting in oxidative stress, inflammation, ferroptosis, and apoptosis, which are closely associated with pathological damage in Alzheimer's disease. Several therapeutic approaches, such as small molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological treatments, ameliorate pathological damage and cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease by promoting glutathione peroxidase 4 expression and enhancing glutathione peroxidase 4 activity. Therefore, glutathione peroxidase 4 upregulation may be a promising strategy for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This review provides an overview of the gene structure, biological functions, and regulatory mechanisms of glutathione peroxidase 4, a discussion on the important role of glutathione peroxidase 4 in pathological events closely related to Alzheimer's disease, and a summary of the advances in small-molecule drugs, natural plant products, and non-pharmacological therapies targeting glutathione peroxidase 4 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. High-energy-density lithium(Li)–air cells have been considered a promising energy-storage system,but the liquid electrolyte-related safety and side-reaction problems seriously hinder their *** address these above issues,solid-state Li–air batteries have been widely ***,many commonly-used solid electrolytes generally face huge interface impedance inLi–air cells and also showpoor stability towards ambient air/Li ***,we fabricate a differentiating surface-regulated ceramic-based composite electrolyte(DSCCE)by constructing disparately LiI-containing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)coating and Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)layer on both sides of Li_(1.5)Al_(0.5)Ge_(1.5)(PO_(4))_(3)(LAGP).The cathode-friendly LiI/PMMA layer displays excellent stability towards superoxide intermediates and also greatly reduces the decomposition voltage of discharge products in Li–air ***,the anode-friendly PVDF-HFP coating shows low-resistance properties towards ***,Li dendrite/passivation derived from liquid electrolyte-induced side reactions and air/I-attacking can be obviously suppressed by the uniformand compact composite *** a result,the DSCCE-based Li–air batteries possess high capacity/low voltage polarization(11,836mAh g^(-1)/1.45Vunder 500mAg^(-1)),good rate performance(capacity ratio under 1000mAg^(-1)/250mAg^(-1) is 68.2%)and longterm stable cell operation(~300 cycles at 750 mA g^(-1) with 750 mAh g^(-1))in ambient air.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.

The application of industrial solid wastes as environmentally functional materials for air pollutants control has gained much attention in recent years due to its potential to reduce air pollution in a cost-effective *** this review,we investigate the development of industrialwaste-based functional materials for various gas pollutant removal and consider the relevant reaction mechanism according to different types of industrial solid *** see a recent effort towards achieving high-performance environmental functional materials via chemical or physical modification,in which the active components,pore size,and phase structure can be *** review will discuss the potential of using industrial solid wastes,these modified materials,or synthesized materials from raw waste precursors for the removal of air pollutants,including SO_(2),NO_(x),Hg^(0),H_(2)S,VOCs,and CO_(2).The challenges still need to be addressed to realize this potential and the prospects for future research *** suggestions for future directions include determining the optimal composition of these materials,calculating the real reaction rate and turnover frequency,developing effective treatment methods,and establishing chemical component databases of raw industrial solid waste for catalysts/adsorbent preparation.
