With their high economic value and cultural significance,modern roses are one of the most important ornamental *** of their complicated genetic background and tetraploid nature,the creation of high-density genetic maps of roses has been a challenge that has slowed the pace of molecular breeding for modern *** current construction of tetraploid genetic maps based on existing diploid rose genomes could lead to inaccurate marker information and genotyping ***,we generated the first high-quality tetraploid genome of Rosa chinensis‘yunzheng Xiawei.'Utilizing Illumina,PacBio,and Hi-C sequencing technologies,we assembled a genome of 858.59 Mb with *** of inheritance analysis using PolyOrigin indicated that modern roses show both quadrivalent and bivalent *** on this reference genome,high-density genetic maps were constructed using MSTmap with nearly saturated *** trait locus(QTL)analysis was conducted using WinQTLCart and R/qtl for flavonoids and carotenoids,and 11 QTL clusters were *** combining the genome annotation,phylogenetic analyses,and gene expression analyses,we were able to identify several key genes related to flavonoid and carotenoid *** study provides the basis for further genetic analyses of highly heterozygous tetraploid roses and could facilitate the progress of marker-assisted selection in modern roses.

对塔里木盆地轮南东斜坡东河砂岩非均质性储集体进行成岩岩相分析,划分为6种成岩岩相。广泛发育的碳酸盐致密胶结相及非致密胶结相在成岩早期就导致了储集层强烈的非均质性;局部溶蚀作用发育的碳酸盐非致密胶结-弱溶蚀相、剩余原生孔隙-弱溶蚀相和剩余原生孔隙溶蚀相,是成岩晚期储集性得到改善的结果。成岩岩相与储集层类型具有良好的对应关系:Ⅴ类非储集层由碳酸盐致密胶结相组成;Ⅳ类差储集层主要由碳酸盐非致密胶结相组成;Ⅲ类较差储集层主要由碳酸盐非致密胶结-弱溶蚀相(原生孔隙相次之)组成;Ⅱ类中等储集层主要由剩余原生孔隙-弱溶蚀相(次之为碳酸盐非致密胶结-弱溶蚀相)组成;Ⅰ类好储集层主要由剩余原生孔隙-溶蚀相组成。从相带展布及构造特征预测指出:Ⅰ类好储集层主要展布在研究区沿尖灭线一带,圈闭类型以构造-成岩型为主,Ⅱ类中等储集层展布在北部雀马1井—草3井斜坡带上,圈闭类型以成岩型为主。

Herein,the electromagnetic shielding performance of surface concave-convex(SC)and zig-zag micro-arrays was studied by using a simulation prediction and a three-dimensional(3D)printing custom ***,surface stripe concaveconvex(SSC)and surface cylindrical concave-convex(SCC)micro-arrays with or without zig-zag micro-arrays are designed,and their shielding performance is simulated in multi-bands(C-,X-band).The multiwalled carbon nanotubes/polydimethylsiloxane composites(MWCNT/PDMS)with different SC structures and different electrical conductivity are molded in acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)molds which are printed by a 3D *** results show that the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)of the samples can be enhanced by constructing the SC micro-arrays with zig-zag micro-arrays,and improving with the increase of conductivity and *** addition,the shielding mechanism of the SC-MWCNT/PDMS composites is investigated and discussed by an electromagnetic simulation.

BACKGROUND The incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is rising,with cardiac rupture accounting for approximately 2%of deaths in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Ventricular free wall rupture(FWR)occurs in approximately 2%of AMI patients and is notably rare in patients with *** of cardiac rupture include left ventricular FWR,ventricular septal rupture,and papillary muscle *** FWR usually leads to acute cardiac tamponade or electromechanical dissociation,where standard resuscitation efforts may not be *** septal rupture and papillary muscle rupture often result in refractory heart failure,with mortality rates over 50%,even with surgical or percutaneous repair *** SUMMARY We present a rare case of an acute non-STEMI patient who suffered sudden FWR causing cardiac tamponade and loss of consciousness immediate before undergoing coronary *** resuscitation and emergency open-heart repair along with coronary artery bypass grafting resulted in successful patient *** This case emphasizes the risks of AMI complications,shares a successful treatment scenario,and discusses measures to prevent such complications.

The Teleconnection between Rainfall over the Northeastern Slope of the Tibetan Plateau and Downstream Regions: Insights from 20 Years of Heavy Rainfall Events

The connection between rainfall over topographic regions and their downstream areas represents a phenomenon of great concern in atmospheric research. Focusing on the rainfall events of the past two decades, we analyzed the impact of rainfall over the Northeastern Slope of the Tibetan Plateau(NSTP) on rainfall in downstream areas. We discovered that rainfall followed two propagation routes, guided by two modes related to the three-dimensional circulation structure. In the first mode, dominated by cold(warm) anomalies along the west(east) direction, rainfall over the NSTP was concentrated between an upstream cyclonic and a downstream anti-cyclonic anomalous circulation(an upstream trough and a downstream ridge). This pattern was accompanied by upper-level divergence, low-level convergence, a deep moist layer,and a vertical updraft. As a consequence of the eastward movement of the trough-ridge system associated with the coldwarm anomalies, the rainfall over the NSTP moved eastward along 37°-40°N, reaching North China after about 36 h. In the second mode, the circulation structure was also dominated by cold-warm anomalies but rotated clockwise, introducing cold anomalies to the northeast and warm anomalies to the east of the plateau. Following the southeastward movement of the circulation structure, rainfall concentrated upstream of the anti-cyclonic circulation around the warm center before moving southeastward to the Sichuan Basin along the eastern edge of the plateau after 30-36 h. The findings of this study could broaden the understanding of rainfall-related teleconnection between two distant regions and offer helpful guidance for identifying early signals of rainfall disasters over the Chinese mainland.

The land application of livestock manure has been widely acknowledged as a beneficial approach for nutrient recycling and environmental ***,the impact of residual antibiotics,a common contaminant of manure,on the degradation of organic compounds and nutrient release in Eutric Regosol is not well ***,we studied,how oxytetracycline(OTC)and ciprofloxacin(CIP)affect the decomposition,microbial community structure,extracellular enzyme activities and nutrient release from cattle and pig manure using litterbag incubation *** showed that OTC and CIP greatly inhibited livestock manure decomposition,causing a decreased rate of carbon(28%-87%),nitrogen(15%-44%)and phosphorus(26%-43%)*** relative abundance of gramnegative(G-)bacteria was reduced by 4.0%-13%while fungi increased by 7.0%-71%during a 28-day incubation ***-occurrence network analysis showed that antibiotic exposure disrupted microbial interactions,particularly among G-bacteria,G+bacteria,and *** changes in microbial community structure and function resulted in decreased activity of urease,β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase,alkaline protease,chitinase,and catalase,causing reduced decomposition and nutrient release in cattle and pig *** findings advance our understanding of decomposition and nutrient recycling from manure-contaminated antibiotics,which will help facilitate sustainable agricultural production and soil carbon sequestration.
