Having reviewed the major classification systems proposed by various scholars across the world, it is found that \%indica\% and \%japonica\% under \%***\% L. are two major directions thoroughly differentiated from the Asian cultivated rice, forming the framework of the classification structure. A system with \%indica\% and \%japonica\% as the only two subspecies is therefore *** are various ways to determine the indica_japonica identity of hybrid rice, but the "combined morphological trait index"(CMT index) method is more efficient and easier to handle, although the isozyme analysis, molecular marker analysis and grain quality assay methods are also feasible.

目的:探讨MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统室内质控情况及应对措施。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年9月井陉矿区人民医院检验科MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统室内质控结果作为研究资料,统计失控率、假失控率、误差检出率。结果:有形成分分析阳性失控率、干化学分析阳性失控率较高,有形成分分析阳性假失控率较高,聚焦、干化学分析阴性失控全部检出。结论:MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统可能会出现失控、假失控、误差检出不完全,临床检测工作应采取针对性应对措施,提高质控及检测结果的准确性。

Influence of pulse polarity on electron emission property of antiferroelectric ceramic

The electron emission property of a novel antiferroelectric cathode material lanthanum-doped lead zirconate stannate titanate (PLZST) on the application of positive or negative triggering voltage pulses has been investigated. All experiments were performed in a vacuum of 10^(-5) Torr and at room tempera-ture. It was discovered that there were two electron emission pulses when low positive triggering voltage was applied to the rear electrode, and three electron emission pulses when high positive trig-gering voltage was applied. However there were always two electron emission pulses when negative triggering pulses were applied. This phenomenon is proposed to be a result of both field electron emission at triple junctions and electron emission caused by polarization reversal. The experimental observations indicate that domain movement in the vicinity close to the triple junction under applica-tion of the triggering voltage pulse may be a primary origin of electron emission from PLZST.

Arabidopsis MORE AXILLARY GROWTH2 MAX2)is a key component in the strigolactone(SL)and karrikin(KAR)signaling pathways and regulates the degradation of SUPPRESSOR OF MAX21/SMAX1-like(SMAX1/SMXL)proteins,which are transcriptional co-repressors that regulate plant architecture,as well as abiotic and biotic stress *** max2 mutation reduces resistance against Pseudomonas syringae ***(Pst).To uncover the mechanism of MAX2-mediated resistance,we evaluated the resistance of various SL and KAR signaling pathway *** resistance of SL-deficient mutants and of dwarf 14(d14)was similar to that of the wild-type,whereas the resistance of the karrikin insensitive 2(kai2)mutant was compromised,demonstrating that the KAR signaling pathway,not the SL signaling pathway,positively regulates the immune *** measured the resistance of smaxl and smxl mutants,as well as the double,triple,and quadruple mutants with max2,which revealed that both the smax1 mutant and smx16/7/8 triple mutant rescue the low resistance phenotype of max2 and that SMAX1 accumulation diminishes *** susceptibility of smax1D,containing a degradation-insensitive form of SMAX1,further confirmed the SMAX1 function in the *** relationship between the accumulation of SMAX1/SMXLs and disease resistance suggested that the inhibitory activity of SMAX1 to resistance requires SMXL6/7/***,the exogenous application of KAR2 enhanced resistance against Pst,but KAR-induced resistance depended on salicylic acid(SA)*** of karrikin signaling delayed SA-mediated defense responses and inhibited pathogen-induced protein ***,we propose that the MAX2-KAI2-SMAX1 complex regulates resistance with the assistance of SMXL6/7/8 and SA signaling and that SMAX1/SMXLs possibly form a multimeric complex with their target transcription factors to fine tune immune responses.

The effects of initial oxygen concentration on the reverse leakage current of PIN rectifier diodes were *** fabricated the PIN rectifier diodes with different initial oxygen concentrations,and analyzed the electrical properties,anisotropic preferred etching by means of optical microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron *** is pointed out that the reverse leakage current increases exponentially with the increasing initial oxygen ***,we researched and analyzed the mechanism of the effects of initial oxygen concentration on the reverse leakage current of PIN rectifier *** is shown that the oxygen precipitations present in an "S" curve with increasing initial oxygen concentration after high temperature *** main reason is that the nucleation and growth of oxygen precipitation at high temperature induce bulk oxidation-induced defects (B-OSF),which are mainly dislocations,and a small amount of rod stacking *** density of B-OSF increases with the increasing initial oxygen *** existence of B-OSF has great effects on the reverse leakage current of PIN rectifier diode.

The increasing utilization of fiber-reinforced thermoplastics(FRTPs)as a substitute for metal in load-bearing structures poses challenges related to NVH issues arising from frequency variations and reliability concerns stemming from fiber dispersion within the resin *** this study,the steel automobile seat beam serves as a benchmark for *** beams are designed and fabricated using two distinct processes:compression molding and injection ***,their modal frequency and reliability are meticulously *** investigations are conducted to explore the influence of various factors,including the combination of laminates and ribs,as well as the stacking sequence of laminates,on the modal *** findings reveal that the modal frequency and vibration mode are subject to alterations based on the fiber type,beam material,and laminate stacking ***,in comparison to the steel benchmark,the first-order frequency of the FRTP beam in this study experiences a 6.59%increase while simultaneously achieving a weight reduction of 32.42%.To assess reliability,a comprehensive analysis is performed,considering a six-fold standard *** analysis yields the permissible range of fluctuation for material elastic constants,bending performance,and frequency ***,the FRTP beams meet the required reliability *** results provide valuable insights for comprehending the stiffness-dependent response and effectively controlling structural performance when implementing FRTP for weight reduction purposes.

中水在火力发电厂主要用作循环水的补充水。对目前火力发电厂中水回用中存在有机物、氨、氮、油类物、磷、盐等含量均较高的问题进行了研究分析,认为循环水补充水石灰处理+复合水质稳定剂处理的工艺比较适合中水回用电厂;应加强循环水杀菌处理,保证循环水胶球清洗系统的清洗效果及增加循环水流速,以防止凝汽器管的腐蚀,同时还应加强对循环水管道和冷却塔水泥构件的防腐。增加污水在好氧池的曝气时间或增加曝气量,可有效降低出水的氨氮含量。
