The chemical compositions of Anemone raddeana Rhizome, a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, were reviewed, along with its bioactivity and pharmacological properties and method improvements of extracting and detecting triterpenoid saponins. A. raddeana Rhizome is used to treat neuralgia and rheumatism, and is rich in triterpenoid saponins, most of which are pentacyclic, with oleanane as the nucleus. So far, 37 triterpenoid saponins have been determined from the herb. Its reported bioactivity and pharmacological properties have been described as anticancerous, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, anticonvulsive, antihistaminic, and sedative. It has also been used for the induction of the humoral immune response and treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis. However, the herb also has hemolytic effects and can be toxic, which limits its clinical application. Further studies are needed on the pharmaceutical functions, mechanisms, and immunological responses to contribute to the herb＇s clinical applications.

This paper proposes an equation to calculate breaking wave induced wave set-up and set-down along reef flat. The mathematical equation was derived based on the theory of radiation stress and the conservation of wave energy. The equation is primarily determined by several physical variables including the breaking wave index, the stable wave index, the attenuation coefficient of wave energy flux, and the flow velocity in the re-stabilization zone. A series of laboratory experiments were carried out to calibrate the theoretical equations. Specifically, the breaking wave index,the stable wave index, and the velocity over the reef flat were measured in the laboratory. The attenuation coefficient of wave energy flux in our theoretical equation was determined by calibration by comparing with the laboratory measured wave height. Furthermore, it has been put forward that the velocity based on cnoidal wave theory could be used to determine the velocity over the reef flat if there is no velocity measurement available. Overall, the proposed equation can provide satisfactory prediction of wave set-up and set-down along the reef flat.

Single-particle resonances in the continuum are crucial for studies of exotic *** this study,the Green’s function approach is employed to search for single-particle resonances based on the relativistic-mean-field ***^(120)Sn as an example,we identify singleparticle resonances and determine the energies and widths directly by probing the extrema of the Green’s *** contrast to the results found by exploring for the extremum of the density of states proposed in our recent study[***.C,44:084105(2020)],which has proven to be very successful,the same resonances as well as very close energies and widths are *** comparing the Green’s functions plotted in different coordinate space sizes,we also found that the results very slightly depend on the space *** findings demonstrate that the approach by exploring for the extremum of the Green’s function is also very reliable and effective for identifying resonant states,regardless of whether they are wide or narrow.

The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by constructing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene （PP） *** uniformly loaded compact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress encountered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance（145.88 MPa） of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm-2with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.

背景:聚己内酯因具有良好的加工和降解性能在骨组织工程中得到广泛应用,但其较差的亲水性及机械强度并不能为成骨细胞提供良好的生长环境。目的:制备聚己内酯/纳米金刚石-磷脂复合材料,评估其生物相容性和体外促成骨分化能力。方法:使用磷脂对纳米金刚石进行改性,以聚己内酯为原材料,采用溶液浇铸法制备含不同质量比例(0%,2.5%,7.5%,10%)纳米金刚石-磷脂的聚己内酯/纳米金刚石-磷脂复合膜,使用聚己内酯/纳米金刚石膜进行对比,通过对各组材料表面形貌、元素组成、力学性能及水接触角的观察,选取理化性能较佳的复合膜。将MC3T3-E1细胞分别接种于纯聚己内酯膜、聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石-磷脂膜及聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石膜,检测细胞增殖、黏附及成骨分化能力。结果与结论:①通过扫描电镜及表面元素组成证实聚己内酯/纳米金刚石-磷脂复合膜制备成功,与纯聚己内酯膜相比,聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石-磷脂膜的拉伸强度提高了86.06%,弹性模量提高了54.76%,水接触角降低至70.0°,显示出良好的理化性能;②CCK-8检测结果显示,相较于纯聚己内酯膜、聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石膜,聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石-磷脂膜可促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖;鬼笔环肽染色显示,相较于聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石膜,纯聚己内酯膜、聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石-磷脂膜上的MC3T3-E1细胞多为菱形或纺锤形纤维状,细胞连接更紧密;碱性磷酸酶染色显示,相较于纯聚己内酯膜、聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石膜,聚己内酯/7.5%纳米金刚石-磷脂膜上的MC3T3-E1细胞展现了更强的成骨分化能力;③结果表明,聚己内酯/纳米金刚石-磷脂复合材料具有良好的力学性能、亲水性、生物相容性及体外促成骨分化能力。
