Objective:To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA)on vasomotor symptoms in rats with acute cerebral infarction,by observing the changes in the expression of factors related to the phosphatidylinositol(PI)system.Methods:Forty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups by a random number table:the control group(n=6),the model group(n=18)and the EA group(n=18).The EA group was given EA treatment at Shuigou(GV 26)instantly after modeling with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)method,while the model and control groups were not given any treatment.The degrees of neurological deficiency were evaluated using neurological severity scores(NSS)and the brain blood flow was evaluated by a laser scanning confocal microscope.Western blot analysis was conducted to detect the expression levels of G-protein subtype(Gq)and calmodulin(CaM).Competition for protein binding was conducted to detect the expression level of inositol triphosphate(IP3).Thin layer quantitative analysis was conducted to detect the expression level of diacylglycerol(DAG).The expression level of intracellular concentration of free calcium ion([Ca^(2+)]i)was detected by flow cytometry.Results:The NSS of the model group was significantly higher than the control group at 3 and 6 h after MCAO(P<0.01),while the EA group was significantly lower than the model group at 6 h(P<0.01).The cerebral blood flow in the model group was significantly lower than the control group at 1,3 and 6 h after MCAO(P<0.01),while for the EA group it was remarkably higher than the model group at the same time points(P<0.01).The expressions of Gq,CaM,IP3,DAG and[Ca^(2+)]i in the model group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those in the EA group were significantly lower than the model group at the same time points(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:EA treatment at GV 26 can effectively decrease the over-expression of related factors of PI system in rats with acute cerebral infarction,improve cerebral autonomy movement,and alleviate cere

本文剖析了“智改数转”涵义、动因与现实意义;对中小企业实施“智改数转”的产业环境、政策环境进行了分析与研究,总结出中小企业实施“智改数转”面临的两大问题,即认识问题和基础薄弱。对于“智改数转”的思想认识、方案形成与具体实施,主张采取自下而上和自上而下两者相结合的形式,但其中自上而下的决策和实施过程需要占据主导地位。而对于企业“智改数转”基础,提出企业首先做好管理升级、实施两化融合、上ERP系统、进行大量的员工素质培训、技能培训、观念培训等。提出中小企业实施“智改数转”的参考路径为:诊断-全员实施-选择性实施-由内向外实施等。

Heteroatom doping regulates the catalytic performance of singleatom catalyst supported on graphene for ORR

Replacing fossil fuels with fuel cells is a feasible way to reduce global energy shortages and environmental pollution.However,the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)at the cathode has sluggish kinetics,which limits the development of fuel cells.It is significant to develop catalysts with high catalytic activity of ORR.The single-atom catalysts(SACs)of Pt supported on heteroatom-doped graphene are potential candidates for ORR.Here we studied the SACs of Pt with different heteroatoms doping and screened out Pt-C_(4) and Pt-C_(3)O_(1) structures with only 0.13 V overpotential for ORR.Meanwhile,it is found that B atoms doping could weaken the adsorption capacity of Pt,while N or O atoms doping could enhance it.This regularity was verified on Fe SACs.Through the electronic interaction analysis between Pt and adsorbate,we explained the mechanism of this regularity and further proposed a new descriptor named corrected d-band center(ε_(d-corr))to describe it.This descriptor is an appropriate reflection of the number of free electrons of the SACs,which could evaluate its adsorption capacity.Our work provides a purposeful regulatory strategy for the design of ORR catalysts.

A method for active deception jamming discrimination based on frequency response

There are many types of radar active deception false target jamming that are highly correlated with the real target.Recognizing the real and false targets under a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)is difficult.To solve the above problem,this article proposes a real/false target recognition method based on the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response by analyzing the differences in the scattering characteristics and modeling real target echoes as a synthesis of multi-scattering center echoes.Firstly,in the range-doppler domain,the real and false targets are truncated along the range dimension,and a fast Fourier transform is performed to extract the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response.Then,a two-channel feature fusion network is designed for real and false target recognition.Finally,a Multi-Coherent Processing Interval Joint Decision Method(M-CPIJDM)based on temporal information is proposed to improve the recognition performance.Experiments using the measured data show that the proposed method can well recognize real and false target signals under four jamming backgrounds:distance false target,velocity false target,distance-velocity composite false target,and forwarding dense false target.

某医院总建筑面积约19.8万m^(2),门诊大厅采用钢制树形柱+单层铝合金屋盖结构体系,采用Z字形单层铝合金屋盖结构,东西向长度为104.963 m,南北向最宽处为47.427 m。为了营造轻松的视觉氛围,在南北主楼中间的位置采用铝合金门诊大厅“飘带”,形成一个以流畅曲面覆盖的公共大厅,作为患者踏入医院的起始点和主要交通空间。用流畅的曲面“飘带”作为院区的视觉中心,体现轻盈、现代、时尚的理念,空间通透明亮,极具现代感。虽然大跨度铝合金结构应用越来越多,但目前我国暂无Z字形大跨度钢铝组合屋盖结构安装案例可参考,因此研究轻材质大跨度铝合金屋盖结构综合施工技术具有重要的意义。

A New Method for Solving Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations Based on Liquid Time-Constant Networks

In this paper,physics-informed liquid networks(PILNs)are proposed based on liquid time-constant networks(LTC)for solving nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs).In this approach,the network state is controlled via ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The significant advantage is that neurons controlled by ODEs are more expressive compared to simple activation functions.In addition,the PILNs use difference schemes instead of automatic differentiation to construct the residuals of PDEs,which avoid information loss in the neighborhood of sampling points.As this method draws on both the traveling wave method and physics-informed neural networks(PINNs),it has a better physical interpretation.Finally,the KdV equation and the nonlinear Schr¨odinger equation are solved to test the generalization ability of the PILNs.To the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first deep learning method that uses ODEs to simulate the numerical solutions of PDEs.

On asymptotic stability of the 3D Boussinesq equations without heat conduction

We investigate the asymptotic stability of the solutions to Boussinesq equations without heat conduction with the initial data near a specific stationary solution in the three-dimensional domain Ω=R^(2)×(0,1).It is shown that the solution starting from a small perturbation to the stationary solution converges to it with explicit algebraic rates as time tends to infinity.

On-surface synthesis and characterization of polyynic carbon chains

Carbyne, an elusive sp-hybridized linear carbon allotrope, has fascinated chemists and physicists for decades. Due to its high chemical reactivity and extreme instability, carbyne was much less explored in contrast to the sp2-hybridized carbon allotropes such as graphene. Herein, we report the on-surface synthesis of polyynic carbon chains by demetallization of organometallic polyynes on the Au（111） surface;the longest one observed consists of ～60 alkyne units（120 carbon atoms）. The polyynic structure of carbon chains with alternating triple and single bonds was unambiguously revealed by bond-resolved atomic force microscopy. Moreover, an atomically precise polyyne, C14, was successfully produced via tip-induced dehalogenation and ring-opening of the decachloroanthracene molecule(C14Cl10) on a bilayer NaCl/Au（111） surface at 4.7 K, and a band gap of 5.8 eV was measured by scanning tunnelling spectroscopy,in a good agreement with the theoretical HOMO–LUMO gap（5.48 eV）.

LOADS INFLUENCE ANALYSIS ON NOVEL HIGH PRECISION FLEXURE PARALLEL POSITIONER

A large workspace flexure parallel positioner system is developed, which can attain sub-micron scale accuracy over cubic centimeter motion range for utilizing novel wide-range flexure hinges instead of the conventional mechanism joints. Flexure hinges eliminate backlash and friction, but on the other hand their deformation caused by initial loads influences the positioning accuracy greatly, so discussions about loads＇ influence analysis on this flexure parallel positioner is very necessary. The stiffness model of the whole mechanism is presented via stiffness assembly method based on the stiffness model of individual flexure hinge, And the analysis results are validated by the finite element analysis （FEA） simulation and experiment tests, which provide essential data to the practical application of this positioner system.
