To compare the protein difference between B. henselae Houston and B. henselae Marseille by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Method Protein samples were prepared by vorterx, ultrasonic treatment, and centrifugation. Protein concentrations were determined by Bradford method. Protein difference was compared by the first IEF and the second SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results Protein concentrations in samples of Bartonella henselae Houston and Bartonella henselae Marseille were 2.117 μg/μL and 2.200 μg/μL respectively. Sample protein of 40 μg for IPG strips loading was perfect. The results of 2-DE in pH 4 to 7 IPG strips showed that the total protein spots of Bartonella henselae Houston and Bartonella henselae Marseille were 375 and 379 respectively, 95% of the spots were the same between the two strains of Bartonella henselae. Conclusion The procedure of 2-DE may prove successful for the proteomic analysis of Bartonella henselae. Bartonella henselae Houston and Bartonella henselae Marseille are different genotypes.

Objective To prepare artificial antigens and anti-citrinin egg yolk-derived immunoglobulin （IgY） to build an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） for citrinin （CTN）. Methods CTN was conjugated with bovine serum albumin （BSA）, ovalbumin （OVA） with formaldehyde condensation method to prepare artificial antigens and identified by ultraviolet （UV） spectrometry and Infrared （IR） spectrometry. Artificial antigens for CTN and anti-CTN IgY were purified with polyethylene glycol two-step precipitation method and identified by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE）. ELISA with IgY was established. Cross-reactivity of IgY with various structural similarities to CTN and possible co-occurrence with CTN in agricultural commodities were studied. Results UV and IR absorption spectra suggested that CTN was correlated with the carrier protein of BSA or OVA. SDS-PAGE patterns showed that the anti-CTN IgY was almost pure with a molecular weight of approximate 100 KD. The indirect competitive ELISA showed that the detection limit of CTN was 10 ng·mL^-1, with a good linearity ranging 20-640 ng·mL^-1. Conclusion Artificial antigens of CTN can be successfully synthesized. The established ELISA can be used to determine CTN- contaminated samples.

The relativistic mean-field approach was implemented in the Lanzhou quantum molecular dynamics transport model(***). Using the ***, the properties of collective flow and pion production were investigated systematically for nuclear reactions with various isospin asymmetries. The directed and elliptic flows of the *** are able to describe the experimental data of STAR Collaboration. The directed flow difference between free neutrons and protons was associated with the stiffness of the symmetry energy, that is, a softer symmetry energy led to a larger flow difference. For various collision energies, the ratio between the π^(-) and π^(+) yields increased with a decrease in the slope parameter of the symmetry energy. When the collision energy was 270 MeV/nucleon, the single ratio of the pion transverse momentum spectra also increased with decreasing slope parameter of the symmetry energy in both nearly symmetric and neutron-rich ***, it is difficult to constrain the stiffness of the symmetry energy with the double ratio because of the lack of threshold energy correction on the pion production.

To reduce switch numbers and voltage stress in semiconductor devices,this paper proposes a novel single-phase converter combined Active Power Factor Correction(APFC)with switched-capacitor *** addition,dynamic voltage regulation and voltage gain are improved by integrating the boost converter and switching capacitor *** interstage bulk capacitor is no longer *** average current control with redistribution of voltage in cells is proposed to obtain voltage lift ability of the switching capacitor cells and maintain a high-power *** study and verify the proposed converter preliminarily,theoretical analysis and simulation are presented in the ***,a 50o W prototype with two different configurations is built for experimental *** proposed converter can reach 95.62%of maximum efficiency,0.99 of power factor,and 3.55%of THD with 600 V output voltage,simultaneously.

A dedicated weak current measurement system was designed to measure the weak currents generated by the neutron ionization *** system incorporates a second-order low-pass filter circuit and the Kalman filtering algorithm to effectively filter out noise and minimize interference in the measurement *** conducted under normal temperature conditions has demonstrated the system's high precision ***,it was observed that temperature variations can affect the measurement *** were collected across temperatures ranging from -20 to 70℃,and a temperature correction model was established through linear regression fitting to address this *** feasibility of the temperature correction model was confirmed at temperatures of -5 and 40℃,where relative errors remained below 0.1% after applying the temperature *** research indicates that the designed measurement system exhibits excellent temperature adaptability and high precision,making it particularly suitable for measuring weak currents.

This study introduces a coupled electromagnetic–thermal–mechanical model to reveal the mechanisms of microcracking and mineral melting of polymineralic rocks under microwave *** tests validate the rationality of the proposed *** microscopic mineral sections into the granite model for simulation shows that uneven temperature gradients create distinct molten,porous,and nonmolten zones on the fracture ***,the varying thermal expansion coefficients and Young's moduli among the minerals induce significant thermal stress at the mineral *** and biotite with higher thermal expansion coefficients are subjected to compression,whereas plagioclase with smaller coefficients experiences tensile *** the molten zone,quartz undergoes transgranular cracking due to theα–βphase *** local high temperatures also induce melting phase transitions in biotite and *** numerical study provides new insights into the distribution of thermal stress and mineral phase changes in rocks under microwave irradiation.

Multi-access edge computing(MEC)presents computing services at the edge of networks to address the enormous processing requirements of intelligent *** to the maneuverability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),they can be used as temporal aerial edge nodes for providing edge services to ground users in ***,MEC environment is usually dynamic and *** is a challenge for multiple UAVs to select appropriate service ***,most of existing works study UAV-MEC with the assumption that the flight heights of UAVs are fixed;i.e.,the flying is considered to occur with reference to a two-dimensional plane,which neglects the importance of the *** this paper,with consideration of the co-channel interference,an optimization problem of energy efficiency is investigated to maximize the number of fulfilled tasks,where multiple UAVs in a threedimensional space collaboratively fulfill the task computation of ground *** the formulated problem,we try to obtain the optimal flight and sub-channel selection strategies for UAVs and schedule strategies for *** on the multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient(MADDPG)algorithm,we propose a curiosity-driven and twin-networks-structured MADDPG(CTMADDPG)algorithm to solve the formulated *** uses the inner reward to facilitate the state exploration of agents,avoiding convergence at the sub-optimal ***,we adopt the twin critic networks for update stabilization to reduce the probability of Q value *** simulation results show that CTMADDPG is outstanding in maximizing the energy efficiency of the whole system and outperforms the other benchmarks.

[Objective]The study aimed to analyze the release of total phosphorous from Wensi Lake sediment into water.[Method]Though simulation experiments in a laboratory,we studied the effects of various environmental factors like water-soil ratio,water temperature,pH,disturbance and dissolved oxygen（DO） on TP release from Wensi Lake sediment.[Result]The higher the water-soil ratio,the less TP released from the sediment;temperature increase sped up TP release from the sediment;when pH of overlying water was 6,the amount of released TP was the lowest;disturbing the overlying water accelerate TP release from the sediment;the lower the DO content,the larger the released TP.[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for controlling the pollution of Wensi Lake.

Amorphous Sb/C composite with isotropic expansion property as an ultra-stable and high-rate anode for lithium-ion batteries

Antimony(Sb)is an intriguing anode material for Li-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to its high theoretical capacity of 660 m Ah·g^(-1)and appropriate working potential of~0.8 V(***^(+)/Li).However,just like all alloying materials,the Sb anode suffers from huge volume expansion(230%)during repeated insertion/extraction of Li+ions,resulting in structural deterioration and rapid capacity *** this work,a novel amorphous Sb/C composite with atomically dispersed Sb particles in carbon matrix is prepared via a straightforward high-energy ball milling *** intimate intermixing of amorphous Sb with C provides homogeneous element distribution and isotropic volume expansion during cycling,resulting in persistent structural ***,the disordered structure of amorphous material shortens the diffusion distance of lithium ions/electrons,promoting fast reaction kinetics and rate *** from the aforementioned effects,the amorphous Sb/C exhibits a high reversible capacity of537.4 m Ah·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)and retains 201.0 m Ah·g^(-1)at an ultrahigh current rate of 10.0 A·g^(-1).Even after 1500deep cycles at 2.0 A·g^(-1),the amorphous Sb/C electrode still maintains 86.3%of its initial capacity,which outperforms all existing Sb-based anodes reported so *** analysis further reveals a greatly reduced volume variation of merely 34.6%for the amorphous Sb/C electrode,much lower than that of 223.1%for crystalline Sb *** study presents a new approach to stabilizing Sb-based alloy anodes and contributes to the construction of high-performance amorphous anode materials for LIBs,enabling advanced energy storage.
