Elucidating the complex dynamic cellular organization in the hypothalamus is critical for understanding its role in coordinating fundamental body functions. Over the past decade, single-cell and spatial omics technologies have significantly evolved, overcoming initial technical challenges in capturing and analyzing individual cells. These high-throughput omics technologies now offer a remarkable opportunity to comprehend the complex spatiotemporal patterns of transcriptional diversity and cell-type characteristics across the entire hypothalamus. Current single-cell and single-nucleus RNA sequencing methods comprehensively quantify gene expression by exploring distinct phenotypes across various subregions of the hypothalamus. However, single-cell/single-nucleus RNA sequencing requires isolating the cell/nuclei from the tissue, potentially resulting in the loss of spatial information concerning neuronal networks. Spatial transcriptomics methods, by bypassing the cell dissociation, can elucidate the intricate spatial organization of neural networks through their imaging and sequencing technologies. In this review, we highlight the applicative value of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics in exploring the complex molecular-genetic diversity of hypothalamic cell types, driven by recent high-throughput achievements.

Over the past two decades,(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)(KNN)-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have made significant ***,attaining a high electrostrain with remarkable temperature stability and minimal hysteresis under low electric fields has remained a significant *** address this long-standing issue,we have employed a collaborative approach that combines defect engineering,phase engineering,and relaxation *** LKNNS-6BZH ceramic,when sintered at T_(sint)=1170℃,demonstrates an impressive electrostrain with a d_(33) value of 0.276%and 1379 pm·V^(-1)under 20 kV·cm^(-1),which is comparable to or even surpasses that of other lead-free and Pb(Zr,Ti)O_(3)***,the electrostrain performance of this ceramic remains stable up to a temperature of 125℃,with the lowest hysteresis observed at 9.73%under 40 kV·cm^(-1).These excellent overall performances are attributed to the presence of defect dipoles involving V′_(A)-V∙∙_(O) and B′_(Nb)-V∙∙O,the coexistence of R-O-T multiphase,and the tuning of the trade-off between long-range ordering and local *** work provides a lead-free alternative for piezoelectric actuators and a paradigm for designing piezoelectric materials with outstanding comprehensive performance under low electric fields.

Polymer microspheres(PMs),such as polyacrylamide,have been widely applied for enhanced oil recovery(EOR),yet with environmental ***,we report a microfluid displacement technology containing a bio-based eco-friendly material,i.e.,calcium alginate(CaAlg)microspheres for *** dominant mechanisms responsible for EOR over Ca Alg fluid have been verified,including the microscopic oil displacement efficacy augmented by regulating capillary force(determined by the joint action of interfacial tension and wettability between different phases)and macroscopic sweep volume increment through profile control and mobility ratio *** comprehensive effectiveness can be further impacted when the CaAlg microsphere is embellished ulteriorly by using appropriate amount of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS).The core flooding and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)tests demonstrate that CaAlg-SDS microsphere can balance the interphase property regulation(wettability alteration and IFT reduction)and rheology properties,enabling simultaneous profile control and oil *** introduction of SDS will have a negative impact on rheological properties,which is not favored for *** results show that the involvement of 4-m M SDS will provide the best behavior,with an EOR rate of 34.38%.This cost-effective and environmentally-friendly bio-microspherebased microfluidic displacement technology is expected to achieve“green”oil recovery in future oilfield exploitation.

经济增长给生态环境可持续发展带来了挑战。氮氧化物污染已成为中国社会经济发展的严峻挑战,尤其是工业源氮氧化物污染。现阶段,政策制定者与学者常使用氮氧化物排放总量的变化来衡量环境绩效,少有研究使用结构分解分析方法系统地追踪氮氧化物排放/强度变化的驱动因素。本文在投入产出框架下,对中国工业氮氧化物排放/强度进行加性/乘性结构分解,分别从整体层面、最终需求层面和部门层面探究其驱动因素。结果表明,最终需求层面隐含排放/强度均明显降低,投资和居民消费是氮氧化物排放/强度的主要需求驱动力。排放强度效应是氮氧化物排放/强度下降的主要驱动因素(91.69%),最终需求效应是氮氧化物排放/强度降低的阻碍因素。在部门层面,隐含排放主要由建筑业驱动(49.26%),经济增长主要由服务业驱动(44.90%);“电力、热力生产和供应业”“非金属矿物制品业”和“黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业”排放效率的提高是总排放强度下降的主要驱动因素。基于以上结论,本文讨论了实现经济发展与环境保护双重目标的减排策略,为未来氮氧化物污染的治理提供了理论依据。

Accelerating the redox conversion of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs) with electrocatalysts has been regarded as an effective avenue to surmount the shuttle effect and realize high-performance lithium–sulfur(Li–S) batteries. However, the complicated reaction process, especially the real-time evolution of sulfur-containing species and electrocatalysts under working conditions, has brought great difficulties in the explicit understanding of reaction mechanism of Li–S batteries, thereby severely hampering the design of highly efficient electrocatalysts. Therefore, a crucial prerequisite for correctly identifying the reaction mechanism is an in-depth analysis of the dynamic evolution of reaction intermediates and their structure-performance relationships. In this review,we comprehensively summarized the most recent progress in the dynamic behaviors of LiPSs and electrocatalysts of Li–S batteries under working conditions in conjunction with closely related in-situ/operando characterizations to recognize the realtime evolution of phase, composition, and atomic/electronic structure, thereby unraveling the corresponding catalytic mechanism. In addition, the major challenges and unexplored issues of catalytic conversion of LiPSs were summarized and discussed, aiming to provide perspectives into the development of highly efficient electrocatalysts in Li–S chemistry. Based on this review, we believe that reasonable regulation of reconstruction behaviors can achieve satisfactory electrocatalysts with high catalytic activity, accelerating the development of green energy.
