Correlations of Serological Markers with Development of Systemic Involvement in Adult Immunoglobulin A Vasculitis:A Retrospective Study of 259 Patients in Central China

Objective:Although relatively rare,adult immunoglobulin A vasculitis(IgAV)can lead to severe complications and longer hospitalization,and result in poor prognosis,when compared to childhood ***,early identification and prevention for patients prone to develop systemic involvement are *** purpose of this study was to explore the correlations of common serological markers with the development of systemic involvement in adult ***:A retrospective analysis was performed for adult IgAV patients,who were hospitalized in Wuhan Union Hospital between January 2016 and December 2019.A total of 259 patients were enrolled,and the pre-treatment serological markers were comprehensively ***:In the present study,49.0% and 33.2% of patients developed renal and gastrointestinal(GI)involvement,***,the elevated levels of white blood cells count,D-Dimer(D-D),C-reactive protein(CRP)and neutrophil granulocyte ratio(NE%)>60% were significantly associated with GI involvement in the univariate analysis,while the decrease in high density lipoprotein level,and the elevated D-D and CRP levels were significantly associated with renal involvement(P<0.05).Moreover,a prediction model that combined multiple markers was established by performing a logistic regression analysis,and this presented a more favorable value of prediction than the individual serological ***:The present study suggests that common serological markers have close correlations with systemic involvement in adult IgAV,and that the establishment of a prediction model for systemic involvement may be helpful in facilitating personalized therapeutic strategies and clinical management for IgAV patients.

Effect of Ag and Ni on the melting point and solderability of SnSbCu solder alloys

To improve the properties of Sn10Sb8Cu solder alloy, two new solders （SnSbCuAg and SnSbCuNi） were formed by adding small amounts of Ag or Ni into the solder alloy. The results show that the melting point of the SnSbCuAg solder alloy decreases by 14.1℃ and the spreading area increases by 16.5% compared to the matrix solder. The melting point of the SnSbCuNi solder alloy decreases by 5.4℃ and the spreading area is slightly less than that of the matrix solder. Microstructure analysis shows that adding trace Ag makes the melting point decline due to the dispersed distribution of SnAg phase with low melting point. Adding trace Ni, Cu6Sn5 and （Cu, Ni）6Sn5 with polyhedron shape on the copper substrate can be easily seen in the SnSbCuNi solder alloy, which makes the viscosity of the melting solder increase and the spreading property of the solder decline.

Responses of Contrasting Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Genotypes to Salt Stress as Affected by Nutrient Concentrations

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of applying different concentrations of the macronutrients K＋,Ca2＋,and Mg2＋ on the responses of contrasting rice（Oryza sativa L.） genotypes under salt stress.A solution culture experiment was conducted in a phytotron at the International Rice Research Institute（IRRI）,under controlled temperature and humidity and natural *** subjected to salt stress of 100 mmol L-1 using NaCl,the salt tolerant genotypes FL478 and IR651,accumulated less Na＋ and maintained lower ratios of Na＋/K＋,Na＋/Ca2＋,and Na＋/Mg2＋ than the sensitive genotypes IR29 and *** tolerant genotypes also had higher concentrations of K＋ in their shoots and greater root and shoot biomass and green leaf *** genotypes also maintained much lower concentration of Na＋ and lower and more favorable ratios of Na＋/K＋,Na＋/Ca2＋,and Na＋/Mg2＋ in their active and developing *** tolerance and shoot and root growth of both tolerant and sensitive genotypes were enhanced considerably when higher concentrations of Ca2＋ and Mg2＋ were applied in culture *** concentration of Na＋ and the ratios of Na＋/K＋,Na＋/Ca2＋,and Na＋/Mg2＋ in shoots also declined *** beneficial effects of higher calcium were greater than that of magnesium and application of higher concentration of K＋ seems to have minor *** to salinity in rice can therefore be considerably enhanced through proper nutrient management,by increasing the concentrations of nutrient elements that have favorable effects such as Ca2＋ and Mg2＋.Calcium is particularly more effective than both magnesium and potassium,and can be applied at relatively larger quantities in salt affected soils.

Influence of Molecular Interaction on Crystallization Behavior of Glycine from Mother Liquor

The mother liquor for preparing industrial HCN was investigated, to analyze the side-products’ structure and influence of molecular interactions of side-products with glycine and solvent on the glycine’s crystallization process. The side-products（SPs） were super-branched oligmers with plenty of hydrophilic groups, which could affect the crystallization process by interactions such as hydrogen bond. Alcohol-water mixed solvent with different polyols could be used to weaken the SPs-glycine interaction and strengthen the SPs-water interaction, which help to improve the crystallization efficiency and purity. After optimization, SPs’ mass fraction in glycine could be reduced by 80% and the morphology of crystal particles could also be improved.

针对边缘服务器有限的计算、存储资源与大量用户任务请求之间的矛盾,设计了基于多服务器协同的边缘计算任务缓存网络架构,该架构中边缘服务器可以在内存中缓存并执行用户任务,未缓存的任务放在云端执行。结合用户任务请求时变和邻近区域用户更倾向于请求相似任务的特点,提出一种基于改进Soft Actor-Critic的多服务器协同任务缓存算法(MSAC)。该算法以最小化用户平均任务执行时延为目标,为避免反复选择同一动作而收敛于局部最优,引入最大熵模型来鼓励边缘服务器探索最优动作。通过设计经验共享机制,收集并学习本地边缘服务器和相邻服务器的经验以优化任务缓存策略。仿真结果表明,与最高流行度算法、独立SAC算法、DQN算法、遗传算法相比,所提出的MSAC算法在降低用户任务平均执行时延方面的效果最好。

The highly reversible insertion/extraction of large-radius K^+into electrode materials remains a tough goal,especially for con version-type ***,we design a current collector-integrated electrode(N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu) as an advanced anode for potassium-ion battery(PIBs).The conductive CoSe/CoSe_(2) heterojunction with rich Se vacancy defects,conductive sp^2 N-doped carbon layer,and the elastic copper foil matrix can greatly accelerate the electron transfer and enhance the structural ***,the well-designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu current collector-integrated electrode displays enhanced potassium storage performance with regard to a high capacity(325.1 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) after 200cycles),an exceptional rate capability(223.5 mAh·g^(-1) at2000 mA·g^(-1)),and an extraordinary long-term cycle stability(a capacity fading of only 0.019% per cycle over1200 cycles at 2000 mA·g^(-1)).Impressively,ex situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterizations prove that the elastic structure of copper foil is merged into the cleverly designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu heterostructure,which buffers the deformation of structure and volume and greatly promotes the cycle life during the potassium/depotassium process.

Harnessing solar energy by photocatalytically converting oxygen and water into high-value-added H_(2)O_(2)is a promising way of alleviating both environmental and energy *** is worth noting that suppressing detrimental side reactions,such as the generation of·O_(2)^(-),is a critical approach to enhancing H_(2)O_(2)***,a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D uranium-organic framework(YTU-W-1)was developed and introduced for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)*** material demonstrates a different photocatalytic mechanism when employing uranyl as an initiator,as compared with the conventional semiconductor photocatalytic pathway involving photo-generated charge *** from the strong hydrogen abstraction effect of the U≡O·and the direct one-step oxygen reduction pathway,YTU-W-1 exhibits enhanced photocatalytic performance for H_(2)O_(2)production with yield efficiency of 221μmol h^(-1)g^(-1).Furthermore,YTU-W-1 displays a high H_(2)O_(2)selectivity of 68%,confirmed by rotating ring-disk electrode(RRDE)*** were used to elucidate the critical role of uranyl in the photocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction for H_(2)O_(2)*** research introduces an innovative approach to photo-driven H_(2)O_(2)production,underscoring the potential for heterogeneous catalysts to engage in photocatalytic reactions independently of photogenerated charge carriers.

Depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex of the Dengying Formation in the southwestern Sichuan Basin, SW China: Implications for the Ediacaran microbial mound construction and hydrocarbon exploration

Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. 近年来,门静脉尾状叶支是肝门部胆管癌手术的研究热点之一,术中处理尾状叶支的安全性与有效性尚未明确。门静脉尾状叶支分布、走行于解剖结构复杂的H型横沟区域,涉及肝脏、胆囊、区域淋巴结等组织器官和门静脉、肝动脉、胆管及下腔静脉等脉管系统,是肝胆外科手术的难点区域,合理的手术入路至关重要。肝门部胆管癌根治术中预处理门静脉尾状叶支可以减少术中出血和术后并发症的发生,契合加速康复外科理念。因此,在实施肝门部胆管癌根治术时应强调门静脉尾状叶支预处理的地位。
