To analyze the impact of solar eclipse attacks on the block-chain network and comprehensively and accurately evaluate the security of the current system,a method based on the Markov differential is proposed to solve the problem that it is difficult to meet the multi-stage continuous real-time randomness in the current block-chain network attack and defense ***-chain network security situation awareness method based on game *** method analyzes the security data generated by the solar eclipse attack,establishes the corresponding attack graph,and classifies the offensive and defensive strengths of the offensive and defensive *** a multi-stage offensive and defensive game,the security level of each node of the blockchain system is combined with the final objective function value comprehensively evaluates the real-time security status of the *** results of simulation experiments show that the proposed model and algorithm can not only effectively evaluate the overall security of the blockchain network,but also have feasibility in predicting the future security status.

The effects of a diesel oxidation catalytic （DOC） converter on diesel engine emissions were investigated on a diesel bench at various loads for two steady-state speeds using diesel fuel and B20. The DOC was very effective in hydrocarbon （HC） and CO oxidation. Approximately 90%-95% reduction in CO and 36%-70% reduction in HC were realized using the DOC. Special attention was focused on the effects of the DOC on elemental carbon （EC） and organic carbon （OC） fractions in fine particles （PM2.5） emitted from the diesel engine. The carbonaceous compositions of PM2.5 were analyzed by the method of thermal/optical reflectance （TOR）. The results showed that total carbon （TC）, OC and EC emissions for PM2.5 from diesel fuel were generally reduced by the DOC. For diesel fuel, TC emissions decreased 22%-32% after the DOC depending on operating modes. The decrease in TC was attributed to 35%-97% decrease in OC and 3%-65% decrease in EC emissions. At low load, a significant increase in the OC/EC ratio of PMz.5 was observed after the DOC. The effect of the DOC on the carbonaceous compositions in PM2.5 from B20 showed different trends compared to diesel fuel. At low load, a slight increase in EC emissions and a significant decrease in OC/EC ratio of PM2.5 after DOC were observed for B20.

The reliability and high performance of metadata service is crucial to the store architecture. A novel design of a two-level metadata server file system （TTMFS） is presented, which behaves high reliability and performance. The merits both centralized management and distributed management are considered simultaneously in our design. In this file system, the advanced-metadata server is responsible for manage directory metadata and the whole namespace. The double-metadata server is responsible for maintaining file metadata. And this paper uses the Markov return model to analyze the reliability of the two-level metadata server. The experiment data indicates that the design can provide high throughput.

This study investigated the effects of long-term low-salinity on the growth performance,proximate composition,amino acid and fatty acid profiles of Scylla *** salinity of the low-salinity-culture group(LC)and maintained-salinity-cul-ture group(MC)were set at 5 and 25 *** rearing for 30 d,the survival rate(SR)of the LC group was significantly lower,whereas the average daily molting frequency(ADMF)was significantly higher than those in MC group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference for weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)between the two *** moisture content of the LC group was slightly higher than the MC group without significant *** contents of ash,crude lipid and crude pro-tein in the LC group were lower than those in the MC group,but no significant differences were found except for ash content.A total of 17 free amino acids and 23 fatty acids were identified from the muscle of *** total amino acids(TAA),essen-tial amino acids(EAA)and essential amino acid index(EAAI)had no significant difference between the two *** crabs from LC group had a significantly higher HUFA,including EPA,DHA,*** percentage of n-3 PUFA and the ratio of n-3/n-6 PUFA were significantly higher in the LC *** results indicated that *** rearing at low salinity had significantly de-creased SR;however,the low-salinity environment significantly promoted the accumulation of unsaturated fatty acids(UFAs),espe-cially the n-3 PUFA,which might be related to the osmoregulation mechanism.

越行点的设置对于实现市域(郊)铁路快慢车组合运营至关重要。在对市域(郊)铁路越行点设置方式和越行点选择影响因素进行综述的基础上,针对国内建设一定数量的有越行功能中间站的市域(郊)列车,提出一种越行点选择模式。该模式考虑到发线或越行线的建设条件、越行点的数量以及车站间隔时间。为了实现全体乘客出行时间的最小化,构建市域(郊)列车越行点选择的优化模型,并采用该模型计算列车在各个车站的到发时间,并确定越行点的位置。同时,为了有效分析和确定越行点的位置,提出一种基于优化模型的列车到发时间的计算方法和列车运行图的铺画手段。以上海机场联络线为实例,应用提出的优化模型计算上下行列车在各个车站的停站时间,并绘制相应的列车运行图。研究结果表明,在远期规划的上海机场联络线高峰小时,假设开行6对站站停列车、大站停列车和城际列车,根据优化模型的计算,仅需设置一座具有越行功能中间站,即张江站。为市域(郊)铁路越行点的设置提供了一种优化模型和计算方法,在减少越行点数量的同时,实现全体乘客的出行时间最小化。

Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers in Surface Sediment from songhua River Basin,Northeast of China

Sixty sediment samples were collected from the main songhua River in three years. Twelve polybrominated diphenyl ether( PBDE) congeners( BDE17,28,47,66,99,100,153,154,138,183,and BDE-209) were detected to state the pollution situation. The results showed that the total concentration of total PBDEs ranges from 0. 424 to 23. 0 ng / g dry weight,with the mean of 3. 02 ng / g,and the total PBDEs concentration is at relative low level compared with those worldwide. The congener profile showed that BDE-209 is the dominant congener that accounts for more than 80. 1% of total PBDEs in sediments,followed by BDE-47 and BDE-99. These profiles are consistent with a high consumption of Deca-BDEs for the brominated flame retardant market in China. The results of spatial and seasonal observations indicated that local sources,temperature variation, and hydrologic conditions are significant factors on PBDEs concentrations. Hazard quotients suggested that PBDEs pose no potential risk to benthic organisms in detected area at present.

Diabetes mellitus(DM)has emerged as a serious public health concern,due to the high morbidity and mortality resulted from its complications,such as diabetic nephropathy,diabetic cardiovascular complication,and diabetic neuropathy,*** this study,we investigated the beneficial effects of sepia ink melanin(SIM)on hyperglycaemia and the restoration of diabetic symptoms in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic model *** first,the normal experimental mice were performed with intraperitoneal injection of STZ(40 mg(kg BW)^(−1))(BW,body weight)to attain diabetes and then were treated with different concentrations of SIM(120,240 and 480 mg(kg BW)^(−1))for four *** treatment,significant decrease in gluconeogenesis were determined,accompanied by a notable increase in both glycolysis and oxidative enzyme activities in SIM-treated groups,such as liver marker enzymes in the serum and key antioxidant enzymes in *** results revealed the transcriptional alterations in SIM-treated *** exposure increased the expression levels of several genes related to insulin transduction and PI3K/Akt pathway,including PI3K,Akt,Irs-2,and ***,expression levels of Dicarbonyl/l-xylulose reductase(Dcxr)and UDP-glucose dehydrogenase(Ugdh),which are in-volved in pentose-glucuronate interconversion pathway,were also elevated in SIM-treated ***,histological observation results indicated that nuclear deformation and organelle dissolution were improved,thus could enhance the liver *** results demonstrated that SIM can be effective in ameliorating diabetic symptoms and improving disease management for diabetic patients.
