In this paper,we consider the stochastic differential equations with piecewise continuous arguments(SDEPCAs)in which the drift coefficient satisfies the generalized one-sided Lipschitz condition and the diffusion coefficient satisfies the linear growth condition.Since the delay term t-[t]of SDEPCAs is not continuous and differentiable,the variable substitution method is not suitable.To overcome this dificulty,we adopt new techniques to prove the boundedness of the exact solution and the numerical solution.It is proved that the truncated Euler-Maruyama method is strongly convergent to SDEPCAs in the sense of L'(q≥2).We obtain the convergence order with some additional conditions.An example is presented to illustrate the analytical theory.

For switched cyber-physical systems with disturbances and actuator faults, we address fault detection and isolation problems. First, the preconditions relative to subsystems are discussed in detail,and the original subsystems are turned into an overall system. Second, the frequency ranges of faults are considered to belong to the finite-frequency domain, and the observer, which makes the residual robust against disturbances and sensitive to faults, is designed by combining the finite-frequency H-technique with the mixed L2-L∞/H∞technique. Third, design conditions, which guarantee that the error system is stable and satisfies the mixed performance, are derived using the average dwell time method and Lyapunov functionals. Finally, a traffic density dynamic model is proposed to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Optical encryption,exploiting degrees of freedom of light as parameters to encode and decode information,plays an indispensable role in our daily life.Responsive structural color materials can give real-time visible feedback to external stimuli and provide ideal candidates for optical encryption.However,the development of existing responsive structural color materials is hindered by poor repeatability and long feedback time.Meanwhile,there are only few strategies to exploit structural colors in multichannel information encryption.Herein,bioinspired by the structural color variation due to a change in angle arising from the movement of animal’s scales or feathers,we developed a general multichannel information encryption strategy using a two-dimensional deformable kirigami arranging orientations of the grating arrays by design.The kirigami grating sheet shows rapid,repeatable,and programmable color change.This strategy utilizes the topological space deformation to guide the change of optical property,which suggests new possibilities for spatial and spectral encryption as well as mechano-sensing and camouflage.

Traditional photothermal agents of indocyanine green(ICG)have poor stability,short circulation time,and poor brain permeability due to the blood–brain barrier(BBB),greatly impairing their therapeutic efficacy in glioblastoma(GBM).Herein,we develop a novel kind of SiNPs-based nanoprobes to bypass the BBB for photothermal therapy of GBM.Typically,the SiNPs-based nanoprobes are composed of the particle itself,the BBB-targeting ligand of glucosamine(G),and the therapeutic agent of ICG.We demonstrate that the as-synthesized nanoprobes could cross the BBB through glucose transporter-1(GLUT1)-mediated transcytosis,followed by accumulation at GBM tissues in mice.Compared with free ICG,G-ICG-SiNPs show stronger stability(for example,the fluorescence intensity of G-ICG-SiNPs loaded with the same dose of ICG decays by 34.6%after 25 days of storage,while the fluorescence intensity of ICG decays by 99.5%under the same conditions).Furthermore,the blood circulation time of G-ICG-SiNPs increases by about 17.3-fold compared with their ICG counterparts.After injection of the therapeutic agents into the GBM-bearing mice,GBM-surface temperature rises to 45.3℃in G-ICG-SiNPs group after 5-min 808 nm irradiation but climbs only to 36.1℃in equivalent ICG group under the identical conditions,indicating the superior photothermal effects of GICG-SiNPs in vivo.

Since 2015,green tides with Ulva prolifera as the dominant species in the Qinhuangdao coastal waters have continued to occur.In this study,the relationship between green tides in Qinhuangdao and the Yellow Sea(setting sites in Rudong and Qingdao)was evaluated by genetic analyses of U.prolifera.Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers were used to analyze genetic diversity and genetic relationships among groups.Genetic differentiation was lower among floating U.prolifera populations in Rudong and Qingdao than in Qinhuangdao.The floating U.prolifera population had higher genetic diversity and polymorphism levels in Qingdao and Rudong than in Qinhuangdao.Physiological experiments showed that the growth rate and net buoyancy of floating U.prolifera were highest in Qinhuangdao and Qingdao,respectively,under the same environmental conditions(temperature and light).Overall,these findings showed that U.prolifera populations in the Qinhuangdao and Yellow Sea green tides(Rudong and Qingdao)differ significantly at the molecular and physiological levels.Therefore,the Qinhuangdao green tide is not correlated with the Yellow Sea green tide and has a different origin and development mode.This study provides insight into the mechanism underlying green tide blooms in coastal waters of China.

研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者异常内分泌水平对其胚胎染色体非整倍体率和最终妊娠结局的影响.分析2019年1月至2023年4月在徐州市妇幼保健院行胚胎植入前遗传学检测的261个治疗周期.比较PCOS组和非PCOS组在年龄、不孕年限、BMI、FSH、LH、E_(2)、P、AMH、T、AFC、促性腺激素用量、促性腺激素使用时间和HCG日E_(2)水平的差异,分析两组患者2PN率、D_(3)天优质胚胎率、D_(5)/D_(6)天囊胚形成率、活检囊胚整倍体率、活检囊胚非整倍体率和每周期活检囊胚个数等指标,以及整倍体囊胚解冻移植以后的临床妊娠结局.PCOS组的年龄、不孕年限、BMI、FSH、E_(2)、P、T、促性腺激素用量和促性腺激素使用时间与非PCOS组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);LH、AMH、HCG日E_(2)水平和AFC显著高于非PCOS组(P0.05);但每周期活检囊胚个数(5.44个)高于非PCOS组(2.64个);PCOS患者移植高占比D_(5)天优质整倍体囊胚后(76.67%),其临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率和活产率分别为78.33%、78.33%、5.00%、58.33%,与非PCOS患者无统计学差异(P>0.05).PCOS并不显著增加不孕症患者囊胚染色体非整倍体率,整倍体囊胚移植后的临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率和活产率均与非PCOS组无统计学差异,对PCOS患者而言获得足够数量的可供选择的优质囊胚移植是得到理想妊娠结局的关键.

为了解决目前盾构区间正线隧道内设置泵房出现的一系列问题,在天津市既有线内置式泵房使用现状的基础上,优化排水泵总体布置形式,通过管片底部开孔下探来增加集水坑深度,以满足排水相关要求。提出在盾构区间正线隧道内采用机械法实施下沉式泵房外挂集水坑的技术方案,以满足集水坑的有效容积需求,从而缩短集水坑的纵向长度,减少对道床结构的不利影响。提出与该项技术实施相关的特殊衬砌管片构造形式、结构方案、实施步骤等,并对该项技术施工全过程进行了数值模拟分析,结果显示该项技术整体施工风险可控、结构方案合理。鉴于目前地下工程建设需求,研发一种在盾构区间正线隧道内采用机械法实施下沉式泵房外挂集水坑的技术方案,具有重要的探索价值及推广意义。

目的本研究通过在临床医学五年制医学心理学教学中融入课程思政,与传统讲授式教学方法比较,以观察课程思政在医学心理学教学中的效果。方法选取2016—2019级吉林大学临床医学五年制进行医学心理学学习的学生323名作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同分为对照组(传统讲授式教学方法)161名及观察组(融入课程思政教学模式)162名。于课程结束时,通过调查问卷的形式比较两组学生对医学心理学课程教学效果的评价。结果问卷调查结果显示,观察组在心理健康与人际关系能力、自主学习能力、医患关系及医患沟通能力、岗位胜任力方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各二级指标除掌握医学心理学基本知识和应用技能、创新意识及学习新知识能力方面外观察组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学五年制本科教学过程中,融入课程思政的医学心理学教学模式,提高了学生的心理健康与人际关系、自主学习、医患关系及医患沟通等方面的能力,对提升学生岗位胜任力具有重要意义。

In the realm of modern cryptography and anti-counterfeiting,innovative approaches are crucial to encode sensitive information securely.Tailored responsive structural colors have garnered significant interest due to their feature-rich spectra and high sensitivity to external stimuli.However,high costs and complex processing involved in integrating the various delicate microstructures have impeded their widespread development.In this study,we present a straightforward multilevel chromatic encryption scheme utilizing direct-writing gradient-crosslinked microdomes.The solvent-responsive structural color of each microdome,arising from the synergistic effect of total internal reflections and interference,is adjusted independently across the entire visible region.Each microdome functions as a signal recording unit,enabling multilevel color variations through a solventdependent development step.This approach facilitates the encoding of enhanced information into a single pixel.To demonstrate the efficacy of our method for advanced applications,we have prepared a collection of solvent-dependent multilevel codes for algorithm cryptography,showcasing its potential for high-level anti-counterfeiting and high-density optical data storage.
