Objective:To obtain the subtypes of the clinical hypertension population based on symptoms and to explore the relationship between hypertension and ***:The data set was collected from the Chinese medicine(CM)electronic medical records of 33,458 hypertension inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2014 and May ***,a hypertension disease comorbidity network(HDCN)was built to investigate the complicated associations between hypertension and their ***,a hypertension patient similarity network(HPSN)was constructed with patients'shared symptoms,and 7 main hypertension patient subgroups were identified from HPSN with a community detection method to exhibit the characteristics of clinical phenotypes and molecular *** addition,the significant symptoms,diseases,CM syndromes and pathways of each main patient subgroup were obtained by enrichment ***:The significant symptoms and diseases of these patient subgroups were associated with different damaged target organs of ***,the specific phenotypic features(symptoms,diseases,and CM syndromes)were consistent with specific molecular features(pathways)in the same patient ***:The utility and comprehensiveness of disease classification based on community detection of patient networks using shared CM symptom phenotypes showed the importance of hypertension patient subgroups.

Solvent Effects on the Ultrastructure and Chemical Composition of Cuticular Wax and Its Potential Bioactive Role Against Alternaria alternata in Pingguoli Pear

Effects of different polarity solvents on the ultrastructure and chemical composition of cuticular wax in Pingguoli pear as well as their bioactive role against Alternaria alternate were studied and the results showed that the highest wax content was extracted with chloroform, and its wax content was up to 322.2 gg cm2. Long-chain fatty acids predominated in menthol extracts and n-alkanes were predominant in wax extracted with ether, chloroform and n-hexane. Pingguoli pear fruit surface was covered by a smooth and amorphous wax layer with small, scattered crystal. The morphology of recrystallized wax in vitro after removal with different solvents was not similar to that of the intact fruit surface. Removal of cuticular wax with various solvents significantly enhanced A. alternata infection, except for wax removed by methanol. The solvent extracts of methanol and chloroform stimulated the spore germination and mycelium growth ofA. alternata, but the ether and n-hexane extracts showed antifungal activity.

The emergence of eutectic high-entropy alloys(EHEAs)offers new insights into the design of next generation structural alloys,which is due to their stable dual-phase microstructure and outstanding mechanical properties from room to elevated *** this work,a series of(CoFe2 NiV0.5Mo0.2)100-xNbx(0≤x≤12)EHEAs were designed and prepared via vacuum *** eutectic microstructure composing lamellar face-centered cubic solid solution phase and C14 Laves phase appears in the as-cast EHEA when x=*** microstructure turns to hypoeutectic or hypereutectic when x is below or beyond that critical value *** volume fraction of the hard Laves phase is proportional to the Nb addition,leading to the strength increment yet at the expense of ductility at room *** particular,the EHEA having4 at%Nb shows a compressive strength of 2.1 GPa with an elongation to fracture of 45%,while EHEAs containing 9 and10 at%Nb exhibit ultrahigh yield strengths of over 1.4 *** effect of Nb addition on the corrosion resistance of this Crfree EHEA system was also *** EHEA containing 9 at%Nb has the best anti-corrosion performance in the 3.5 wt%NaCl solution at 298±1 K,indicating a good combination of mechanical and corrosion properties.

Ultrafine eutectic Ti_xSn_y/TiNi composites with high damping capacity

Three kinds of bulk-type ultrafine TixSny/TiNi （TixSny represents Ti3Sn, Ti2Sn, and TisSn3 or Ti6Sns） composites with homogeneous eutectic microstructure were prepared by arc melting. The composites exhibit high damping capacity （tan6 greater than 1 x 10-2） and enhanced mechanical strength （the highest fracture strength is 2.15 GPa）. The damping capacity originates from TiNi and Ti3Sn, while the eutectic contributes to the mechanical strength.

Knockdown of polypyrimidine tract binding protein facilitates motor function recovery after spinal cord injury

After spinal cord injury(SCI),a fibroblast-and microglia-mediated fibrotic scar is formed in the lesion core,and a glial scar is formed around the fibrotic scar as a res ult of the activation and proliferation of ***,a large number of neuro ns are lost in the injured *** the dense glial scar and re plenishing neurons in the injured area are essential for SCI *** tra ct binding protein(PTB),known as an RNA-binding protein,plays a key role in ***,we utilized short hairpin RNAs(shRNAs)and antisense oligonucleotides(ASOs)to knock down PTB *** found that reactive spinal astrocytes from mice were directly reprogrammed into motoneuron-like cells by PTB downregulation in *** a mouse model of compressioninduced SCI,adeno-associated viral shRNA-mediated PTB knockdown replenished motoneuron-like cells around the injured *** Mouse Scale scores and forced swim,inclined plate,cold allodynia,and hot plate tests showed that PTB knockdown promoted motor function recovery in mice but did not improve sensory perception after ***,ASO-mediated PTB knockdown improved motor function resto ration by not only replenishing motoneuron-like cells around the injured area but also by modestly reducing the density of the glial scar without disrupting its overall ***,these findings suggest that PTB knockdown may be a promising therapeutic strategy to promote motor function recovery during spinal cord repair.

EEG dynamics reflects the partial and holistic effects in mental imagery generation

Mental imagery generation is essential in the retrieval and storage of *** studies have indicated that the holistic properties of mental imagery generation can be evaluated more easily than the partial ***,the relationship between partial and holistic mental imagery generations has not been clearly *** address this issue,we designed a task to investigate the changes in the spectrum of the electroencephalogram (EEG) during partial or holistic imagery *** signals were obtained from 18 healthy subjects,and a statistical measure of spectral dynamics between two EEG signals in per frequency band was ***,a bicoherence spectrum analysis was used to detect the phase coupling within these two imagery *** results indicated that EEG of the partial imagery appeared earlier and stronger than that of the holistic imagery in the theta (5–8 Hz) range in a time window around 220 to 300 ms after cue onset,and a slight decrease in the alpha (8–12 Hz) band was observed at around 270 *** scalp topography of these changes in the theta and alpha bands distributed overall significantly in the frontal and central-temporal *** significant phase coupling within two conditions was remarkable at high *** these results,we infer that there are complex relations between partial and holistic *** generation of partial mental imagery is not a subprocess of holistic imagery,but it is relevant to holistic imagery and requires correct modification from the holistic information.

【目的】干旱、半干旱环境中人工林生态系统碳吸收与水分损失之间的平衡关系尚不明确,阐明森林生态系统水分利用效率(WUE)应对环境因子的响应机制有助于量化城市人工林碳、水通量的平衡关系。【方法】应用涡度协方差技术,结合微气象观测系统,获取北京奥林匹克森林公园内油松人工林生态系统碳、水通量和环境因子数据,运用统计和模拟方法,分析人工林碳、水通量在季节尺度的平衡关系以及在干旱、半干旱环境条件下碳吸收与水分损失之间的平衡关系。【结果】研究期2012—2014年降水少,均发生季节性土壤干旱情况,年降水量低于过去60年均值,且逐年降低,2014年降水总量仅271 mm。WUE年均值为2.2~2.9 g·kg^(-1),2012年最小(2.2 g·kg^(-1))、2013年最大(2.9 g·kg^(-1))。生长季WUE主要受植被指数(NDVI)、净辐射(Rn)、气温(Ta)、土壤水分含量(SWC)和饱和水汽压差(VPD)的影响。在季节尺度,调控WUE的主要环境因子有所不同,春季NDVI的影响最大(P<0.05),可解释春季WUE变异的48%;夏季Rn和Ta的影响较强(P<0.05),可分别解释夏季WUE变异的52%和57%;秋季SWC和VPD的影响较强(P<0.05),可分别解释秋季WUE变异的44%和54%。在生长季,WUE和Ta呈线性负相关(P<0.01),WUE与VPD和R_n呈非线性负相关(对数曲线关系),WUE与SWC呈线性正相关(P<0.01);然而在极端干旱月份,如2014年5、6和8月,WUE与SWC呈负相关(P<0.01),WUE降至最低。2012和2013年7月均出现连续无雨的干旱期,WUE达最低值3.7 g·kg^(-1)。相较而言,在生长季的连续降水期,随着SWC增加,WUE达最大值10.3 g·kg^(-1)。【结论】干旱、半干旱环境中人工林生态系统碳、水通量是相互耦合的,季节性干旱和炎热降低碳吸收量和水分损失量,导致WUE降低。生长季的干旱期,在Ta较高的环境下,随着SWC降低,WUE降至最低。在生长季不同气温条件影响下,人工林可利用的土壤有效水与干旱特性(干旱强度和持续时间)相结合共同影响生态系统碳、水通量的季节变化,从而导致人工林WUE应对干旱事件的年际响应差异。

船舶是广东省二氧化碳(CO_(2))的重要排放来源,研究广东省船舶CO_(2)排放的历史变化趋势、驱动因素和减排途径,可为广东省制定碳达峰与碳中和路径提供科学依据.采用排放因子法估算广东省船舶CO_(2)排放量,利用对数平均指数法(LMDI)识别排放驱动因素,并结合情景分析法探究船舶CO_(2)的减排途径.结果表明:(1)2006~2020年广东省船舶CO_(2)排放量从331.94万t增加至639.29万t,其中干散货船和集装箱船是导致排放增加的主要船型.(2)2006~2020年广东省船舶CO_(2)排放的关键正向驱动因素是运输强度(51%)和经济因素(49%),主要负向驱动因素是能源强度(93%)和货类结构(7%).(3)到2030年,如果广东省船舶运输保持当前政策(基准情景)发展,将无法实现碳达峰.(4)到2060年,同时考虑优化能源结构和降低能源强度(节能低碳情景),相比于基准情景有56.51%的CO_(2)减排潜力.可为广东省制定船舶航运行业碳达峰与碳中和管控策略提供科学依据.
