Linguistic landscape and its impacts on place-making in mountain destination:A case of Mogan Mountain Town of Huzhou City,China

The place and placeness are believed to be a crucial perspective for comprehending the transformative dynamics of tourist destinations in the context of globalization and the rapid development of the tourism *** the material carrier of language,linguistic landscape is an intermediary for people to endow emotions and personalities into the place,becoming an effective path for exploring the place-making in a certain *** Mountain is a famous national tourist resort,which is located in Mogan Mountain Town,Deqing County,Huzhou City,*** is a good case area for studying the relationship between linguistic landscape and placemaking in tourist *** are two theories that form the theoretical foundation of the study,namely the place and the ***,the results showed the overall style of the linguistic *** labelling(52.7%),official signs(55.3%),and standardized Chinese characters predominantly shaped the linguistic landscape,with English and other languages being ***,from the perspective of three dimensions of the geosemiotics framework,such as inscription,language preference,and placement position,we conduct a comprehensive semiotic analysis of the linguistic landscape,which encompasses diverse facets such as fonts,materials,shifts in state,text vectors,and symmetrical ***,we explore the influence of linguistic landscapes on the place-making of Mogan Mountain through the dimensions of location,locale,and sense of *** information on linguistic landscapes indicates the geographical *** linguistic landscapes play an important role in constructing the language order,nostalgic atmosphere,exotic atmosphere,and elegant and tasteful lifestyle of the public space in Mogan *** of linguistic landscapes,including tourists and residents,generate and identify with the unique sense of place in Mogan *** linguistic landscapes construct the destinati

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)is regarded as the future superstar for analytical chemistry and widely applied in various *** the quality of LIBS signal is fundamental to achieving accurate quantification and large-scale commercialization of *** propose control methods that improve LIBS signal quality,it is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the influence of key parameters,such as ambient gas pressure,temperature,and sample temperature on LIBS *** date,extensive research has been carried ***,different researchers often yield significantly different experimental results for LIBS,preventing the formation of consistent *** greatly prevents the understanding of influencing laws of key parameters and the improvement of LIBS quantitative *** ambient gas pressure as an example,this paper compares the effects of ambient gas pressure under different optimization conditions,reveals the influence of spatiotemporal window caused by inherent characteristics of LIBS signal sources,i.e.,intense temporal changes and spatial non-uniformity of laser-induced plasmas,on the impact patterns of key *** the perspective of plasma spatiotemporal evolution,the paper elucidates the influence patterns of ambient gas pressure on LIBS signals,clarifying seemingly contradictory research results in the literature.

In this paper,we study spatial cross-sectional data models in the form of matrix exponential spatial specification(MESS),where MESS appears in both dependent and error *** empirical likelihood(EL)ratio statistics are established for the parameters of the MESS *** is shown that the limiting distributions of EL ratio statistics follow chi-square distributions,which are used to construct the confidence regions of model *** experiments are conducted to compare the performances of confidence regions based on EL method and normal approximation method.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is the most prevalent modification in the eukaryotic transcriptome and has a wide range of functions in coding and noncoding *** affects the fate of the modified RNA,including its stability,splicing,and translation,and plays an important role in post-transcriptional *** play a key role in supporting and pro-tecting muscles and other organs,facilitating the movement of the organism,ensuring blood production,*** diseases such as osteoarthritis,osteoporosis,and bone tumors are serious public health *** processes of bone development and osteogenic differen-tiation require the precise regulation of gene expression through epigenetic mechanisms including histone,DNA,and RNA *** a reversible dynamic epigenetic mark,m^(6)A modifications affect nearly every important biological process,cellular component,and molecular function,including skeletal development and *** recent years,studies have shown that m^(6)A modification is involved in osteogenesis and bone-related *** this review,we summarized the proteins involved in RNA m^(6)A modification and the latest progress in elucidating the regulatory role of m^(6)A modification in bone formation and stem cell direc-tional *** also discussed the pathological roles and potential molecular mech-anisms of m^(6)A modification in bone-related diseases like osteoporosis and osteosarcoma and suggested potential areas for new strategies that could be used to prevent or treat bone de-fects and bone diseases.

Transcriptomics integrated with metabolomics reveals the mechanism of CaCl_(2)-HCl electrolyzed water-induced glucosinolate biosynthesis in broccoli sprouts

Glucosinolates are important phytochemicals in *** investigated the effect of CaCl_(2)-HCl electrolyzed water(CHEW)on glucosinolates biosynthesis in broccoli *** results showed that CHEW treatment significantly decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdeh yde(MDA)contents in broccoli *** the the 8^(th)day,compared to tap water treatment,the the total glucosinolate content of broccoli sprouts with CHEW treatment increased by 10.6%and calcium content was dramatically enhanced from 14.4 mg/g DW to 22.7 mg/g *** transcriptome and metabolome analyses revealed that CHEW treatment activated ROS and calcium signaling transduction pathways in broccoli sprouts and they interacted through MAPK ***,CHEW treatment not only promoted the biosynthesis of amino acids,but also enhanced the expression of structural genes in glucosinolate synthesis through transcription factors(MYBs,bHLHs,WRKYs,etc.).The results of this study provided new insights into the regulatory network of glucosinolates biosynthesis in broccoli sprouts under CHEW treatment.

Rockburst proneness considering energy characteristics and sample shape effects

Accurate prediction of rockburst proneness is one of challenges for assessing the rockburst risk and selecting effective control *** study aims to assess rockburst proneness by considering the energy characteristics and qualitative information during rock *** representative rock types in cylindrical and cuboidal sample shapes were tested under uniaxial compression conditions and the failure progress was detected by a high-speed *** far-field ejection mass ratio(FEMR)was determined considering the qualitative failure information of the rock *** peak-strength energy impact index and the residual elastic energy index were used to quantitatively evaluate the rockburst proneness of both cylindrical and cuboidal ***,the performance of these two indices was analyzed by comparing their estimates with the *** results show that the accuracy of the residual elastic energy index is significantly higher than that of the peak-strength energy impact *** residual elastic energy index and the FEMR are in good agreement for both cylindrical and cuboidal rock *** is because these two indices can essentially reflect the common energy release mechanism characterized by the mass,ejection velocity,and ejection distance of rock *** suggests that both the FEMR and the residual elastic energy index can be used to accurately measure the rockburst proneness of cylindrical and cuboidal samples based on uniaxial compression test.

Fine-grained grid computing model for Wi-Fi indoor localization in complex environments

The fingerprinting-based approach using the wireless local area network(WLAN)is widely used for indoor ***,the construction of the fingerprint database is quite *** when the position of the access point(AP)or wall changes,updating the fingerprint database in real-time is *** appropriate indoor localization approach,which has a low implementation cost,excellent real-time performance,and high localization accuracy and fully considers complex indoor environment factors,is preferred in location-based services(LBSs)*** this paper,we proposed a fine-grained grid computing(FGGC)model to achieve decimeter-level localization *** points(RPs)are generated in the grid by the FGGC ***,the received signal strength(RSS)values at each RP are calculated with the attenuation factors,such as the frequency band,three-dimensional propagation distance,and walls in complex *** a result,the fingerprint database can be established automatically without manual measurement,and the efficiency and cost that the FGGC model takes for the fingerprint database are superior to previous *** proposed indoor localization approach,which estimates the position step by step from the approximate grid location to the fine-grained location,can achieve higher real-time performance and localization accuracy *** mean error of the proposed model is 0.36 m,far lower than that of previous ***,the proposed model is feasible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Wi-Fi indoor *** also shows high-accuracy performance with a fast running speed even under a large-size *** results indicate that the proposed method can also be suitable for precise marketing,indoor navigation,and emergency rescue.

目的观察Galectin-3及HPV16/18-E6蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法以及免疫印迹法,检测60例喉癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中Galectin-3蛋白和HPV16/18-E6蛋白的表达,并分析其与病例临床分期、病理分级等因素之间的关系。结果免疫组织化学结果表明,Galectin-3蛋白表达的阳性率为78.3%(47/60),免疫印迹的结果表明肿瘤组织中Galectin-3蛋白表达明显高于癌旁正常组织;统计学分析显示Glactin-3蛋白的表达与喉癌病例的临床分期、病理的分化程度以及淋巴结转移之间均具有相关性;与人乳头瘤病毒16/18-E6蛋白的表达无相关性。结论 Glactin-3蛋白的表达随着喉癌患者临床严重程度的加重呈逐渐增加的趋势,该指标的检测可为喉癌的早期诊断和治疗提供实验室参考。
