PIT(passive integrated transponder)射频芯片跟踪作为一种监测方法,被广泛应用于鱼类洄游行为监测及评估鱼道过鱼效率。为了解鱼类在郁江老口航运枢纽鱼道的上溯速度、昼夜特征行为及鱼道通行效率等情况,从而为鱼道设计提供更多参考,该研究以优势种鲮(Cirrhinus molitorella)为试验对象,搭半双工(half duplex,HDX)PIT标记射频芯片跟踪系统,在鱼道中设置了5个监测断面。有效试验鱼共63尾,全部为野生个体,全长范围为16.00~23.50 cm,均值为(19.05±1.49)cm。试验发现,试验鱼在白天活动较为活跃,夜晚则处于休息状态;多数个体在标记放流后上行至第一个天线所需时间超过10 h;标记试验鱼通过整个鱼道的历时为648~5359 min,总通行效率为50.79%。研究可为国内过鱼设施通行效率量化及鱼道中鱼类上溯行为特征研究提供参考。

In the light of the needs to develop high-performance heat transfer component for nation-level large-scale scientific projects of China,a hypervapotron experimental platform with supply of heat flux 1 10 MW m-2 was *** this platform,the multiphase flow and heat transfer phenomena on the surface of triangular fin when the subcooled water flowed through were observed and measured with the planar laser induced fluorescence(PLIF) and high-speed photography *** temperature contour on the slice plane of fin symmetry was measured and the heat flux contour was processed based on gradient *** is confirmed that:1) PLIF with high-speed photography is very powerful technique to investigate the multiphase flow of hypervapotron quantitatively;2) evaporation is the primary way in heat transfer mechanism of hypervapotron flow under the condition of high heat *** techniques and results obtained will provide useful reference in the R&D of hypervapotron technology in China.

The effects of the coefficient of friction and coefficient of restitution on the static packing characteristics of a polydisperse spherical pebble bed are numerically investigated using the discrete element *** important static packing characteristics under different coefficients of friction and restitution are presented and *** results show that the coefficients of friction and restitution impose opposite effects on the packing heights and global packing *** the coefficient of friction nor restitution affected the oscillation width of the wall,whereas their effects are primarily reflected in the oscillation amplitude of the radial local packing factor and the axial local packing factor distribution at the top of the pebble *** both the contact force distribution and coordination number distribution,a left-shifted phenomenon appearing as the coefficient of friction occurred,and only the magnitude of the maximum frequency is affected when the coefficient of restitution changed from 0.1 to *** all simulation cases,the effects of the coefficients of friction and restitution are similar to that of cross-impact.

Integrating engineering software is meaningful but challenging for a system code of a fusion device. This issue is seldom considered by system codes currently. Therefore, to discuss the issue, the Integrated Design System of TF Coil （IDS-TFC） has been worked out, which consists of physical calculation, CAD, and Finite Element Analysis （FEA）. Furthermore, an Integrated and Automatically Optimized Method （IAOM） has been created to address the integration and interfaces. The method utilizes a geometry parameter to connect each design submodule and achieve automatic optimization. Double-objectives optimization has been realized, confirming it is feasible to integrate and optimize engineering design and physical calculation. Moreover, IDS- TFC can also serve as a useful reference of integrated design processing for subsequent fusion design.

The subcooled water flow boiling is beneficial for removing the high heat flux from the divertor in the fusion reactor,for which an accurate critical heat flux(CHF)correlation is *** to now,there are many CHF correlations mentioned for subcooled water flow boiling in the open ***,the CHF correlations’accuracies for the prediction of subcooled water flow boiling are not satisfactory at high heat flux and high pressure for reactor *** present paper compiled 1356 CHF experimental data points from 15 independent open literatures and evaluated 10 existing CHF correlations in subcooled water flow *** the evaluation,the W-2 CHF correlation performs best for the experimental CHF data in all existing critical heat flux ***,the predicted mean absolute error(MAE)of the W-2 correlation is not very ideal for all database and the MAE of the W-2 correlation is from 30%to 50%for some *** order to enhance the CHF prediction accuracy in subcooled water flow boiling at high heat flux and high pressure,the present paper developed a new CHF *** with other existing CHF correlations,the new CHF correlation greatly enhances the prediction accuracy over a broad range of pressures and heat fluxes which are desired in the cooling of high heat flux devices,such as those in the fusion reactor *** validation results show that the new correlation has a MAE of 10.05%and a root mean squared error(RMSE)of 16.61%,predicting 68.1%of the entire database within±10%and 81.5%within±15%.The MAE of the new CHF correlation is 7.4%less than that of the best existing one(W-2 correlation),further confirming its superior prediction accuracy and ***,the new CHF correlation works well not only for a uniform power profile but also for a non-uniform power profile in subcooled water flow boiling at high pressure and high heat flux.

Tunable biasing magnetic field design of ferrite tuner for ICRF heating system in EAST

Ion cyclotron range of frequency（ICRF） heating has been used in tokamaks as one of the most successful auxiliary heating tools and has been adopted in the EAST. However, the antenna load will fluctuate with the change of plasma parameters in the ICRF heating process. To ensure the steady operation of the ICRF heating system in the EAST, fast ferrite tuner（FFT） has been carried out to achieve real-time impedance matching. For the requirements of the FFT impedance matching system, the magnet system of the ferrite tuner（FT） was designed by numerical simulations and experimental analysis, where the biasing magnetic circuit and alternating magnetic circuit were the key researched parts of the ferrite magnet. The integral design goal of the FT magnetic circuit is that DC bias magnetic field is 2000 Gs and alternating magnetic field is±400 Gs. In the FTT, E-type magnetic circuit was adopted. Ferrite material is Nd Fe B with a thickness of 30 mm by setting the working point of Nd Fe B, and the ampere turn of excitation coil is 25 through the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis. The coil inductance to generate alternating magnetic field is about 7 m H. Eddy-current effect has been analyzed, while the magnetic field distribution has been measured by a Hall probe in the medium plane of the biasing magnet. Finally, the test results show the good performance of the biasing magnet satisfying the design and operating requirements of the FFT.

针对生产st13镀锌用冷轧板边部表面色差缺陷问题,对热轧板和酸洗板表面粗糙度进行了检测分析,结果表明,热轧板边部与中间部位的表面粗糙度差异大是边部表面产生色差的主要原因。结合热轧板横断面的铁皮厚度,分析了钢板表面粗糙度差异大的原因。根据实际生产情况,调整冷轧末机架轧机负荷和优化板形,改善钢板表面的色差缺陷,通过合理匹配热轧卷取温度和层流冷却模式,解决了st13钢板表面的边部色差问题。
