Uncertainty is an important factor that needs to be considered while analyzing the performance of any engineering *** order to quantify uncertainty,fuzzy set theory is frequently used by most of researchers,including energy system *** to the classical reliability theory,component lifetimes have crisp parameters,but due to uncertainty and inaccuracy in data,it is sometimes very difficult to determine the exact values of these parameters in real-world *** overcome this difficulty in the current research,failure and repair rates were taken as triangular fuzzy numbers to determine the fuzzy availability of a system undergoing calendar-based periodic inspection subject to multiple failure modes(FMs).It was assumed that each component in the system had an exponential failure rate and repair rate with fuzzy *** FMs were explicitly taken into account when a functional state of the system was *** FM had a random failure *** the occurrence of any failure,a random time was selected for the relevant corrective repair *** proposed research was studied for one of the major sources of green energy,namely a wind turbine system wherein all the derived propositions have been implemented on it.

The increase in number of people using the Internet leads to increased cyberattack *** Persistent Threats,or APTs,are among the most dangerous targeted *** attacks utilize various advanced tools and techniques for attacking targets with specific *** countries with advanced technologies,like the US,russia,the UK,and India,are susceptible to this targeted *** is a sophisticated attack that involves multiple stages and specific ***,TTP(Tools,Techniques,and Procedures)involved in the APT attack are commonly new and developed by an attacker to evade the security ***,APTs are generally implemented in multiple *** one of the stages is detected,we may apply a defense mechanism for subsequent stages,leading to the entire APT attack *** detection at the early stage of APT and the prediction of the next step in the APT kill chain are ongoing *** survey paper will provide knowledge about APT attacks and their essential *** follows the case study of known APT attacks,which will give clear information about the APT attack process—in later sections,highlighting the various detection methods defined by different researchers along with the limitations of the *** used in this article comes from the various annual reports published by security experts and blogs and information released by the enterprise networks targeted by the attack.

Infection caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SArS-CoV2)virus,responsible for the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,induces symptoms including increased inflammatory response,severe acute respiratory syndrome(SArS),cognitive dysfunction like brain fog,and cardiovascular ***-term effects of SArS-CoV2 COVID-19 syndrome referred to as post-COVID-19 syndrome on age-related progressive neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease remain *** the targeted misexpression of individual SArS-CoV2 proteins in the retinal neurons of the Drosophila melanogaster eye,we found that misexpression of nonstructural protein 3(Nsp3),a papain-like protease,ablates the eye and generates dark necrotic *** misexpression of Nsp3 in the eye triggers reactive oxygen species production and leads to apoptosis as shown by cell death reporters,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)dUTP Nick-end labeling(TUNEL)assay,and dihydroethidium ***,Nsp3 misexpression activates both apoptosis and autophagy mechanism(s)to regulate tissue *** expression of SArS-CoV2 Nsp3 in murine neuroblastoma,Neuro-2a cells,significantly reduced the metabolic activity of these cells and triggers cell *** of SArS-CoV2 Nsp3 in an Alzheimer's disease transgenic fly eye model(glass multiple repeats[GMr]>amyloidβ42)further enhances the neurodegenerative rough eye phenotype due to increased cell *** findings suggest that SArS-CoV2 utilizes Nsp3 protein to potentiate cell death response in a neurodegenerative disease background that has high pre-existing levels of neuroinflammation and cell death.

Achieving accurate control of main steam temperature is a very difficult task in thermal power plants due to the large process lag （8 to 10 minutes） associated with the superheater system and there exists a deviation of ±10 ℃ in closed loop control. A control oriented boiler model and an appropriate optimal control strategy are the essential tools for improving the accuracy of this control system. This paper offers a comprehensive integrated 8th order mathematical model for the boiler and a Kalman Filter based state predictive controller for effectively controlling the main steam temperature within ± 2 ℃ and to enhance the efficiency of the boiler. It is proved through simulation that the predictive controller method with Kalman filter state estimator and predictor is the most appropriate one for the optimization of main steam temperature control as compared to other methods. This control system is under field implementation in a 210 MW boiler of a thermal power plant.

In software development projects,bugs are common *** report bugs in open source *** is a need to develop high quality developer prediction model that considers developer work satisfaction,keep within limited development cost,and improve bug resolution *** address and resolve bug report as soon as possible is the main focus of triager when a new bug is ***,developer work efficiency is an important factor in *** address these issues,a proposed approach recommends a set of developers that could potentially share their knowledge with each other to fix new bug *** proposed approach is called developer working efficiency and social network based developer recommendation(DweSn).It is a composite model that builds developers'profile by using developer average bug fixing time,work efficiency to fix variety of bugs,as well as the developer's social interactions with other developers.A similarity measure is applied between new bug and bugs in corpus to extract the list of capable developers from the *** proposed approach only selects those developers who are active and less loaded with *** developer with the highest profile score is assigned the *** evaluated our approach on the subset of five large open-source projects including Mozilla,Netbeans,Eclipse,Firefox and OpenOffice,and compared it with the *** results demonstrate that combination of developers'efficiency with their average bug fixing time and interactions in their social network gives good accuracy and efficiently reduces bug tossing *** approach shows an improvement in prediction accuracy,precision,recall,F-score and reduced bug tossing length up to 93.89%,93.12%,93.46%,93.27%and 93.25%,*** proposed approach achieved a 93%hit ratio and 93.34%mean reciprocal rank,indicating that our proposed triager is able to efficiently assign bugs to correct developers.

We study the nonlinear coupling of kinetic Alfvén waves with ion acoustic waves applicable to the Earth’s radiation belt and near-Sun streamer belt solar wind using dynamical equations in the form of modified Zakharov *** simulations show the formation of magnetic field filamentary structures associated with density humps and dips which become turbulent at later times,redistributing the energy to higher *** magnetic power spectra exhibit an inertial range Kolmogorov-like spectral index value of-5/3 for k_(⊥)ρ_(i)r dissipation range spectra with indices~-3 for the radiation belt case and~-4 for the nearSun streamer belt solar wind case,here k_(⊥)andρ_(i)represent the wavevector component perpendicular to the background magnetic field and the ion thermal gyroradius,*** quasilinear theory in terms of the Fokker-Planck equation in the region of wavenumber turbulent spectra,we find the particle distribution function flattening in the superthermal tail population which is the signature of particle energization and plasma heating.
