MiR-142-3p Regulates ILC1s by Targeting HMGB1 via the NF-κB Pathway in a Mouse Model of Early Pregnancy Loss

Application of a microscopic optical potential of chiral effective field theory in (p, d) transfer reactions

The microscopic global nucleon–nucleus optical model potential(OMP)proposed by Whitehead,Lim,and Holt,the WLH potential(Whitehead et al.,Phys Rev Lett 127:182502,2021),which was constructed in the framework of many-body per-turbation theory with state-of-the-art nuclear interactions from chiral effective field theory(EFT),was tested with(p,d)transfer reactions calculated using adiabatic wave *** target nuclei included both stable and unstable nuclei,and the incident energies reached 200 *** results were compared with experimental data and predictions using the phenomenological global optical potential of Koning and Delaroche,the KD02 ***,we found that the micro-scopic WLH potential described the(p,d)reaction angular distributions similarly to the phenomenological KD02 potential;however,the former was slightly better than the latter for radioactive *** average,the obtained spectroscopic factors(SFs)using both microscopic and phenomenological potentials were similar when the incident energies were below approxi-mately 120 ***,their difference tended to increase at higher incident energies,which was particularly apparent for the doubly magic target nucleus 40Ca.

基于信度规则库的惯性平台健康状态参数在线估计

实时准确的健康状态预测是规划惯性平台系统及时、经济的维修策略的关键技术。由于平台系统的健康状态是不能够直接观测的,假设平台系统的特征参数监测数据是可以获取到的,而且平台系统的健康状态与特征量是相关的。基于信度规则库(BRB),以平台系统的状态监测特征参数作为BRB系统的输入,以平台的健康状态作为输出结果,组建了惯性平台健康状态预测系统。为了克服现有BRB参数优化方法的不足,实现实时状态预测,基于期望最大化(EM)算法,研究了健康状态预测系统的参数在线估计算法。该算法在获取系统新的输入输出信息后,就对参数进行更新。利用本文提出的方法对惯性平台系统的健康状态实时预测问题进行了实验分析,实验结果表明:该方法可以有效地实现惯性平台系统健康状态预测模型参数实时估计;与参数离线优化方法相比,该方法不仅在预测精度上,而且在运行时间上都具有明显的优势;在工程实际中有良好的应用潜力。

Synthesis of mordenite by solvent-free method and its application in the dimethyl ether carbonylation reaction

Epidemiological features of seasonal influenza transmission among 11 climate zones in Chinese mainland

Background Previous studies provided some evidence of meteorological factors influence seasonal influenza transmission patterns varying across regions and latitudes. However, research on seasonal influenza activities based on climate zones are still in lack. This study aims to utilize the ecological-based Koppen Geiger climate zones classification system to compare the spatial and temporal epidemiological characteristics of seasonal influenza in Chinese mainland and assess the feasibility of developing an early warning *** Weekly influenza cases number from 2014 to 2019 at the county and city level were sourced from China National Notifiable Infectious Disease Report Information System. Epidemic temporal indices, time series seasonality decomposition, spatial modelling theories including Moran’s/ and local indicators of spatial association were applied to identify the spatial and temporal patterns of influenza *** All climate zones had peaks in Winter-Spring season. Arid, desert, cold (BWk) showed up the first peak. Only Tropical, savannah (Aw) and Temperate, dry winter with hot summer (Cwa) zones had unique summer peak. Temperate, no dry season and hot summer (Cfa) zone had highest average incidence rate (IR) at 1.047/100,000. The Global Moran’s/ showed that average IR had significant clustered trend (z = 53.69,P < 0.001), with local Moran’s/ identified high-high cluster in Cfa and Cwa. IR differed among three age groups between climate zones (0-14 years old:F = 26.80,P < 0.001;15-64 years old:F = 25.04,P < 0.001;Above 65 years old:F = 5.27,P < 0.001). Age group 0-14 years had highest average IR in Cwa and Cfa (IR= 6.23 and 6.21) with unique dual peaks in winter and spring season showed by seasonality *** Seasonal influenza exhibited distinct spatial and temporal patterns in different climate zones. Because of the complexity and difficulty of realizing a multi-wavelength soliton state,reports on its internal dynamic characteristics are *** this study,the switching and periodic soliton explosion processes of the multi-wavelength soliton state in a negative dispersion passively mode-locked fiber laser are *** generation of the multi-wavelength soliton state undergoes the process of noise,oscillation,and stable mode-locking,and the splitting and annihilation of solitons with different group velocities directly impact the generation and disappearance of three *** and negative dispersion lead to different group velocities of *** presence and displacement of solitons with different group velocities cause soliton collisions,which lead to soliton explosions.A soliton experiences relative phase oscillation,chaos,and oscillation,as well as convergence and separation before and after an *** an increase in parameters related to pump power,single-soliton oscillation,multi-wavelength solitons,and chaos are found in experiments and simulations,proving the relevance and reliability between simulation and experimental *** work promotes the dynamical study of multi-soliton collisions in nonlinear science and the development of chaos theory in multi-comb lasers.

The noise spectral characteristics and noise reduction schemes of screw air-source heat pump:A case study

The screw air-source heat pump can cause incessant high noise levels during operation,which might hinder adoption of this energy-efficient heat ***,acoustic measurements and comparison testing were performed in this *** measurements revealed that the compressor is the main noise source of the heat pump,and it shows a multipeak frequency distribution and a wide frequency spectrum under different work conditions,with multiple peaks at 63,250,and 1000 ***,a compressor sound insulation cover with broadband absorption was proposed,and it was experimentally proven that the insulation cover can reduce the maximum sound pressure level of one unit from 89.8 dBA to 79.1 ***,we proposed several noise reduction strategies and compared their noise reduction effects using computer *** results showed that the noise problem can be effectively improved through the rational design of the sound barrier and the layout and opening options of heat *** distance between the sound barrier and heat pump and the sound attenuation due to diffraction ALa exhibit a U-shaped *** buildings of different heights,the optimal heights of noise barrier are *** 5.5-meter is the optimal height of the sound barrier for single-story *** conclusions can be applied to other building projects for heat pump noise reduction.
