LncRNA PCAT6 promotes progression and metastasis of colonic neuroendocrine carcinoma via MAPK pathway

Worldvolume fermions as baryons in holographic quantum chromodynamics with instantons

In this study,we investigated worldvolume fermions on the flavor brane in the D0-D4/D8 model,which is holographically equivalent to four-dimensional quantum chromodynamics with instantons or equivalently with a theta *** action involving the worldvolume fermions was obtained by the T-duality rules in string theory,and we accordingly derived their effective five-dimensional and canonical four-dimensional forms by using the systematic dimensional reduction and decomposition of the ***,we used the AdS/CFT dictionary to evaluate the two-point correlation function as the spectral function for the worldvolume fermions and interpreted the fermions as baryons by analyzing their quantum number with the baryon vertex in *** this sense,the interacted action involving the worldvolume fermions and gauge field on the flavor brane was finally derived in holography,which describes the various interactions of mesons and baryons with instantons in the large-N ***,this study provides a holographic picture to describe baryons and their interactions based on string theory,particularly in the presence of instantons or a theta angle.

Steady-state and transient investigation of a small pressurized water reactor ACPR50S for different ATFs based on Bamboo-C code

目的探讨前列腺基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)的临床病理学特征、免疫表型、病理诊断及鉴别诊断。方法采用HE及免疫组化法对3例前列腺BCC进行观察,并复习相关文献。结果患者发病年龄分别为39、69及75岁。镜下见瘤细胞较小,异型性较轻,瘤细胞呈巢状、小梁状或筛状排列,巢及小梁边缘的瘤细胞可呈栅栏状排列。肿瘤呈浸润性生长。免疫表型:瘤细胞表达CK(34βE12)、p63及CK5,不表达PSA和P504s。结论诊断前列腺BCC需结合临床资料、HE形态和免疫表型,其生物学行为可表现出较强的侵袭性。

基于声发射技术的钢桥面板疲劳损伤监测与评估

采用多种监测技术融合手段,对正交异性钢桥面板开展了疲劳损伤监测与评估,包括足尺正交异性钢桥面板节段模型疲劳试验与某公路斜拉桥正交异性钢桥面板运营阶段的疲劳损伤监测;在正交异性钢桥面板疲劳试验中,综合采用了美国物理声学(PAC)声发射(AE)传感器、智能锆钛酸铅压电漆(PZT)传感器和应变片进行了粘贴钢板冷加固前后的疲劳裂纹监测;对处于运营阶段的斜拉桥钢桥面板疲劳开裂区域,采用了粘贴角钢的冷加固方法进行加固,并对加固前后的桥梁结构开展了AE监测和应变监测以研究疲劳裂纹状态与检验冷加固方法的效果。疲劳试验与监测结果表明:PAC的AE传感器和智能PZT传感器能有效捕捉具有突发峰值与快速衰减特征的疲劳扩展信号,二者的协同应用实现了疲劳裂纹智能感知,PAC的AE传感器组能实时捕捉纵肋上的疲劳裂纹扩展长度和方向;粘贴钢板冷加固后,应力水平稳定在64.8 MPa,直到继续循环加载至512万次仍无疲劳裂纹扩展,验证了正交异性钢桥面板粘贴钢板疲劳冷加固措施的良好加固效果;在疲劳试验过程中,PAC的AE传感器和智能PZT传感器监测疲劳裂纹扩展结果一致性良好,与应变片相比可实时捕捉更丰富的疲劳裂纹动态信息。对运营阶段正交异性钢桥面板疲劳监测与评估结果表明:加固前AE监测结果峰值能量是加固后峰值能量的5倍,AE累积信号由加固前的密集分布改变为加固后的稀散分布,表明加固后的钢桥面板疲劳裂纹处于稳定状态;随着加载车辆行驶通过,冷加固后的疲劳裂纹尖端应力峰值降低40%至50%;对比加固前后的24 h疲劳应力连续监测结果,疲劳细节附近应变片的应变水平从加固前的78 MPa下降至加固后的48 MPa;AE信号峰值能量、AE累积信号和应力水平的监测结果均证明了冷加固技术对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳开裂加固的有效性。

报告1例伊藤痣上继发色素减退斑。患者女,43岁。7个月前原左颈肩区先天性蓝色斑片中开始出现色素改变:自后体表正中线向左,呈瓷白色、天蓝色及黄蓝色逐渐改变。天蓝色皮损组织病理检查示:表皮基底层黑素细胞消失,真皮浅层及中层少量梭形黑素细胞及较多形态各异的载色素细胞。表皮轻度海绵形成、角化不全、角质形成细胞局灶性坏死及基底层空泡变性。表、真皮交界处淋巴细胞浸润。诊断为继发于伊藤痣上的晕痣(halo nevus)和晕皮炎(halo dermatitis)。

Moiré superlattices have revolutionized the study of two-dimensional materials, enabling unprecedented control over their electronic, magnetic, optical, and mechanical properties. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the latest advancements in moiré physics, focusing on the formation of moiré superlattices due to rotational misalignment or lattice mismatch in two-dimensional materials. These superlattices induce flat band structures and strong correlation effects,leading to the emergence of exotic quantum phases, such as unconventional superconductivity, correlated insulating states,and fractional quantum anomalous Hall effects. The review also explores the underlying mechanisms of these phenomena and discusses the potential technological applications of moiré physics, offering insights into future research directions in this rapidly evolving field.

Multi-layer controlled remote implementation of partially unknown single-qudit operations

Our concern is to investigate controlled remote implementation of partially unknown operations with multiple layers. We first propose a scheme to realize the remote implementation of singlequbit operations belonging to the restricted sets. Then, the proposed scheme is extended to the case of single-qudit operations. As long as the controller and the higher-layer senders consent,the receiver can restore the desired state remotely operated by the sender. It is worth mentioning that the recovery operation is deduced by general formulas which clearly reveal the relationship with the measurement outcomes. For the sake of clarity, two specific examples with two levels are given respectively. In addition, we discuss the influence of amplitude-damping noise and utilize weak measurement and measurement reversal to effectively resist noise.

Pollution and Carbon Emission Reduction and Synergistic Pathways in the Operation Phase of Sponge City Source Control Facilities

China is currently at a crucial stage of systematically advancing the construction of sponge cities and completely implementing the"synergetic enhancement of pollution and carbon emission reduction. "The pollution and carbon emission reduction benefits during the operational phase of sponge source control facilities，as well as the synergistic path must be crucially understood scientifically. Taking 30 sponge city construction projects in Wuxi，Jiangsu Province as examples，we analyzed the pollution and carbon emission reduction benefits，construction costs，and determined the synergistic relationship among them during the operational phase. Additionally，we proposed a synergistic path among the three by utilizing a constrained NSGA-Ⅱ multi-objective optimization algorithm. The results showed differences in the pollutant and carbon reduction capacity and the composition of carbon reduction capacity（carbon sequestration by vegetation，carbon storage by runoff，and carbon reduction by pollution reduction）of sponge source control facilities（infiltration rain gardens，drainage rain gardens，undercrofts，planted swales，and permeable pavement）. Therefore，the ratio of the underlying surface area of the sponge source control facilities influenced the pollutant and carbon emission reduction benefits and costs of the project;however，a marginal effect was observed，which was mainly reflected in the permeable pavement to the pollution reduction benefits of the project（R2=0.423 9）. The synergy between the pollution reduction benefit and carbon emission reduction benefit of sponge projects was weak，in which the pollution reduction benefit had a trend of increasing marginal cost for the pollution reduction benefit（R2=0.784 4），whereas the carbon emission reduction benefit was linearly correlated with the construction cost （R2=0.544 7）.
