The neutron total cross section data of^(9)Be are essential in the nuclear structure model research of light nuclei and nuclear power *** neutron total cross section of^(9)Be in the 0.3 eV−120 MeV energy region has been measured using time-of-flight and transmission methods with the Neutron Total Cross Sectional Spectrometer(NTOX)based on the multi-cell fast fission chamber at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)-Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission count-neutron energy distributions of ^(235)U and ^(238)U without samples and with Be samples with three thicknesses were measured in the double-bunch operation mode for a beam power of 100 *** Bayesian method was used to eliminate the influence of the double-bunch problem on neutron measurement in the energy region above 10 *** neutron total cross section of^(9)Be results was consistent with ENDF/B-VIII.0 evaluation library data in the 0.3 eV−20 MeV energy *** the energy ranges of 0.3 eV to 10 keV and 0.01 to 20 MeV,the deviations between our results and the evaluation results of ENDF/B-VIII.0 were within 2.5%and 15%,*** the resonance energy region,the measured resonance energies in our experiment were 0.63,0.82,and 2.8 MeV,*** results showed that the total cross section uncertainties of three Be samples were within 2.2%in the energy region below 1 *** total cross section uncertainty of 30 mm Be from ^(235)U was the smallest and less than 5%in the energy region of 0.3 eV−120 *** results of this experiment can provide technical support for further data analysis and related nuclear data evaluation.

Identification of micro RNAs in six solanaceous plants and their potential link with phosphate and mycorrhizal signalings

To date, only a limited number of solanaceous miRNAs have been deposited in the miRNA database. Here,Rgenome-wide bioinformatic identification of miRNAs was performed in six solanaceous plants（potato, tomato, tobacco,eggplant, pepper, and petunia）. A total of 2,239 miRNAs were identified following a range of criteria, of which 982 were from potato, 496 from tomato, 655 from tobacco, 46 from eggplant,45 were from pepper, and 15 from petunia. The sizes of miRNA families and miRNA precursor length differ in all the ***, 620 targets were predicted, which could be functionally classified as transcription factors, metabolic enzymes, RNA and protein processing proteins, and other proteins for plant growth and development. We also showed evidence for miRNA clusters and sense and antisense miR ***, five Pi starvation- and one arbuscular mycorrhiza（AM）-related cis-elements were found widely distributed in the putative promoter regions of the miRNA genes. Selected miRNAs were classified into three groups based on the presence or absence of P1BS and MYCScis-elements, and their expression in response to Pi starvation and AM symbiosis was validated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（qRT-PCR）. These results show that conserved miRNAs exist in solanaceous species and they might play pivotal roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses.

Monolithic edge-cladding process for the elliptical disk of N31-type Nd-doped high-power laser glass

This paper investigates the monolithic edge-cladding process for the elliptical disk of N31-type Nd-doped phosphate laser glass,which will be utilized under liquid cooling conditions for high-power laser *** thermal stress,interface bubbles and residual refiectivity,which are due to high-temperature casting and bonding during the monolithic edge-cladding process,are simulated and *** applied mould is optimized to a rectangular cavity mould,and the casting temperature is optimized to 1000℃.The resulting lower bubble density makes the mean residual refiectivity as low as 6.75×10^(-5),which is enough to suppress the amplified spontaneous emission generated in the Nd-glass disk,and the resulting maximum optical retardation is converged to 10.2–13.3 nm/cm,which is a favourable base for fine annealing to achieve the stress specification of less than or equal to 5 nm/*** fine annealing at the optimized 520℃,the maximum optical retardation is as low as 4.8 nm/cm,and the minimum transmitted wavefront peak-to-valley value is 0.222 wavelength(632.8 nm).An N31 elliptical disk with the size of 194 mm×102 mm×40 mm can be successfully cladded by the optimized monolithic edge-cladding process,whose edge-cladded disk with the size of 200 mm×108 mm×40 mm can achieve laser gain one-third higher than that of an N21-type disk of the same size.

The seismic profiles processed by high-resolution display that a blind growth fault-bend fold emerges in depth of seismic exploration area in Dayi in the southern section of the frontier Longmen *** paper presents a detailed structural interpretation to seismic section,then describes the deformed geometry related to the pre-growth strata,the growth strata and the post-growth strata on both limbs of the *** computer geometric simulation,based on the model of fault-bend fold,is utilized to stimulate the geometry of the blind growth fold at different sedimentation rates in *** structural features are subsequently extracted and compared with the actual seismic reflection *** research suggests that a low angle overthrust formed during Late Triassic also appears in the southern section of the frontier Longmen *** event of structure took place at the depositional stage of a portion of the middle and upper fourth member of Xujiahe Formation(T3x4),which corresponds to thrusting in the northern section of the frontier Longmen ***,the thrusting displacement here is smaller than one of the northern section.

目的:比较中国急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者院前应用硝酸甘油或中成药对症状改善及对梗死相关动脉(IRA)血流的影响。方法:依托中国急性心肌梗死注册研究于2013年1月1日至2014年3月31日期间,纳入全国108家医院7 d内发病且明确报告院前使用或不使用硝酸甘油或中成药的13064例STEMI患者(已排除共用两类药物患者),其中5280例患者接受了急诊冠状动脉造影。对比使用两类药物对患者症状缓解及IRA的TIMI血流分级水平的影响,其中症状缓解包括完全缓解(症状消失)和部分缓解(不同程度缓解)。结果:13064例患者中,2892例(22.1%)院前应用了硝酸甘油或中成药,其中1149例(8.8%)使用了硝酸甘油,1743例(13.3%)使用了中成药,10172例院前未用药。应用硝酸甘油或中成药的患者,6 h内到达医院的比例(57.4%vs.60.8%vs.50.3%,P<0.0010),与使用院前急救系统的比例(11.8%vs.12.2%vs.9.5%,P=0.0004)均高于未用药的患者。使用硝酸甘油的患者部分缓解比例高于使用中成药的患者(33.8%vs.25.1%,P<0.0010)。多因素Logistic分析显示,使用硝酸甘油较使用中成药完全和部分缓解的可能性较高(OR=1.331,95%CI:1.129~1.569,P=0.0007)。使用硝酸甘油或中成药的患者与未用药患者的院内死亡率相似。在接受急诊冠状动脉造影的患者中,使用中成药或硝酸甘油及未用药患者IRA的TIMI血流达到2~3级的比例分别为21.6%、15.8%和19.3%(P=0.0405)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,与未用药患者相比,使用中成药患者的TIMI血流达到2~3级水平无明显优势(OR=0.856,95%CI:0.705~1.040,P=0.1171),使用硝酸甘油的患者TIMI血流达到2~3级水平可能性降低(OR=0.666,95%CI:0.495~0.895,P=0.0071)。结论:中国约有22.1%的STEMI患者院前单用硝酸甘油或中成药,含服硝酸甘油对症状改善作用优于中成药,与未用药患者相比,应用这两类药物的患者的TIMI血流未见明显改善。

针对上海地铁阿尔斯通车型设计了一种轨道车辆轴箱传感安装结构。首先,通过对轴箱的结构及力学分析,确定了轴箱的载荷与约束条件;其次,利用实车试验,采集并分析获取了轴箱的振动主频特征和加速度功率谱密度;最后,应用ANSYS Workbench和nCode有限元软件,分析了安装结构的冲击强度、模态和疲劳强度。结果表明:在极限冲击下设计的轴箱传感安装结构最大等效应力为121 MPa,小于材料的屈服应力,且大于1.5倍的安全系数;安装结构的前6阶固有频率远离轴箱振动主频,保障了结构的稳定性;车辆3.60×10^(6) km里程对应的累计损伤为1.76×10^(-3),小于破坏阈值,安装结构满足车辆使用要求。经6个月的安装测试,该安装结构无明显裂纹、变形和损伤,实现了轴箱传感器的可靠安装,为车-轨安全监测的传感器安装提供了设计分析方法和工程实践经验。

针对现有算法在无人机与卫星影像具有较大空间分辨率差异时存在匹配正确率不高的问题,本文提出了一种无人机与卫星影像匹配的相似性逼近算法。该方法在匹配前对无人机影像进行高斯滤波处理,提高了无人机与卫星影像的尺度相似性,并最终提高了匹配算法的正确率。试验结果表明,该算法具有较高的匹配精度,适用于无人机与卫星影像空间分辨率差异较大时无人机影像的匹配与自主定位。

针对传统合成孔径雷达(SAR)影像变化检测算法在抑制相干斑噪声时无法有效保留细节特征的问题,该文提出了一种基于改进显著性检测的SAR变化检测算法。算法改进邻域比值法生成高质量差异图,基于改进图模型的显著性检测进行差异图的有效分析,然后通过多阶段图融合策略生成保留细节特征的结果图,最后通过阈值分割获得二值图。使用5种经典方法在4个公开SAR影像数据集上进行实验,结果表明提出的方法具有较佳的变化检测性能,并在抑制噪声的同时有效保留了特征细节。

Bavachin enhances NLRP3 inflammasome activation induced by ATP or nigericin and causes idiosyncratic hepatotoxicity

Psoraleae Fructus(PF)is a well-known traditional herbal medicine in China,and it is widely used for osteoporosis,vitiligo,and other diseases in clinical ***,liver injury caused by PF and its preparations has been frequently reported in recent *** previous studies have demonstrated that PF could cause idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury(IDILI),but the mechanism underlying its hepatotoxicity remains *** paper reports that bavachin isolated from PF enhances the specific stimuli-induced activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and leads to *** boosts the secretion of IL-ip and caspase-1 caused by ATP or nigericin but not those induced by poly(I:C),monosodium urate crystal,or intracellular *** does not affect AIM2 or NLRC4 inflammasome ***,bavachin specifically increases the production of nigericin-induced mitochondrial reactive oxygen species among the most important upstream events in the activation of the NLRP3 *** increases the levels of aspartate transaminase and alanine aminotransferase in serum and hepatocyte injury accompanied by the secretion of IL-ip via a mouse model of lipopolysaccharide-mediated susceptibility to *** results suggest that bavachin specifically enhances the ATP-or nigericin-induced activation of the NLRP3 *** also potentially contributes to PF-induced idiosyncratic ***,bavachin and PF should be evaded among patients with diseases linked to the ATP-or nigericin-mediated activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome,which may be a dangerous factor for liver injury.
