In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to particle solidity,and a new method for automatic identification of pores and throats in tight sandstone oil reservoirs are ***,the“pore-throat combination”and“pure pore”are defined and distinguished by drawing the cumulative probability curve of the pore-throat solidity and by selecting an appropriate cutoff *** the discrete grid set is recognized as a pore-throat combination,Legendre ellipse fitting and minimum Feret diameter are *** the pore and throat grid sets are identified as pure pores,the pore diameter can be directly *** the new method,the analytical results for the physical parameters and pore radius agree well with most prior *** results comparing the maximum ball and the new model could also prove the accuracy of the latter's in micro and nano *** new model provides a more practical theoretical basis and a new calculation method for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the complex processes of oil migration.

Objective To develop a specific SARS virus-targeted antibody preparation for emergent prophylaxis and treatment of SARS virus infection. Methods By using phage display technology, we constructed a naive antibody library from convalescent SARS patient lymphocytes. To obtain the neutralizing antibody to SARS virus surface proteins, the library panning procedure was performed on purified SARS virions and the specific Fab antibody clones were enriched by four rounds of repeated panning procedure and screened by highthroughput selection. The selected Fab antibodies expressed in the periplasma of E. coli were soluble and further purified and tested for their binding properties and antiviral function to SARS virus. The functional Fab antibodies were converted to full human IgG antibodies with recombinant baculovirus/insect cell systems and their neutralizing activities were further determined. Results After four rounds of the panning, a number of SARS-CoV virus-targeted human recombinant Fab antibodies were isolated from the SARS patient antibody library. Most of these were identified to recognize both natural and recombinant SARS spike （S） proteins, two Fab antibodies were specific for the virus membrane （M） protein, only one bound to SARS-CoV nucleocapsid protein. The SARS-CoV S and M protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies showed significant neutralizing activities in cytopathic effect （CPE） inhibition neutralization test, these antibodies were able to completely neutralize the SARS virus and protect the Vero cells from CPE after virus infection. However, the N protein-targeted Fab or IgG antibodies failed to neutralize the virus. In addition, the SARS N protein-targeted human Fab antibody reacted with the denatured N proteins, whereas none of the S and M protein specific neutralizing antibodies did. It is well known that nonlocal coherence reflects nonclassical correlations better than quantum entanglement. Here, we analyze nonlocal coherence harvesting from the quantum vacuum to particle detectors adiabatically interacting with a quantum scalar field in minkowski *** find that the harvesting-achievable separation range of nonlocal coherence is larger than that of quantum entanglement. As the energy gap grows sufficiently large, the detectors harvest less quantum coherence, while the detectors could extract more quantum entanglement from the vacuum state. Compared with the linear configuration and the scalene configuration, we should choose the model of equilateral triangle configuration to harvest tripartite coherence from the vacuum. Finally, we find a monogamous relationship, which means that tripartite l_(1)-norm of coherence is essentially bipartite types.

The exploration of component states for optimizing maintenance schedules in complex systems has garnered significant interest from ***,current literature usually overlooks the critical aspects of system flexibility and *** implementation of system reconfiguration can effectively mitigate system downtime and enhance production *** study proposes a dynamic condition-based maintenance policy considering reconfiguration for reconfigurable systems.A double-layer decision rule was constructed for the devices and *** achieve the best overall maintenance effect of the system,the remaining useful life probability distribution and recommended maintenance time of each device were used to optimize the concurrent maintenance time window of the devices and determine whether to reconfigure them.A comprehensive maintenance efficiency index was introduced that simultaneously considered the maintenance cost rate,reliability,and availability of the system to characterize the overall maintenance *** reconfiguration cost was included in the maintenance *** proposed policy was tested through numerical experiments and compared with different-level *** results show that the proposed policy can significantly reduce the downtime and maintenance costs and improve the overall system reliability and availability.

＜正＞As the major immunological cell in CNS,microglia is well studied in the field of cytokines release,but the release mechanism in microglia is largely *** is considered as a terminal degradative compartment of the endocytic pathway,into which transport is thought to be ***,specialized secretory vesicles regulated by calcium share characteristics with lysosomes,suggesting that lysosome exocytosis might be a generalized process present in most cell *** we showed that lysosome in microglia exhibits calcium and SNARE protein dependent *** of cultured microglia with FM dye specifically labels lysosomes,as identified by immunostaining with lysosome specific marker *** lapse imaging with confocal microscopy showed that application of ATP,glutamate,or ionomycin induced calcium-dependent exocytosis in lysosomes as revealed by the destaining of FM dye-labeled ***, treatment of cultures with tetanus toxin（TeNT） that cleaves vesicle protein VAMP2 significantly inhibits lysosome exocytosis. Our results indicate that SNARE protein-dependent lysosome exocytosis may play essential role in microglia functions.
