Two cyanobacterial strains CHAB5870 and CHAB5871 morphologically identifi ed as Nostoc-like species were isolated from different habitats in China,and they were phylogenetically and taxonomically characterized based on a polyphasic approach combining morphological,ecological,and molecular *** the 16S rRNA gene phylogeny inferred using maximum likelihood,maximum-parismony,and bayesian inference methods,these two strains clustered within the Pseudoaliinostoc *** 16S rRNA gene sequences of these two strains displayed≥95.5%and≤98%similarity to Pseudoaliinostoc species,which indicated them to represent new species of the genus ***,the unique pattern of D1-D1′and Box-B helix of the 16S–23S rRNA internal transcribed spacer(ITS)secondary structure also revealed that two strains represented novel *** results supported the establishment of two new Pseudoaliinostoc species with the name *** *** *** ***.

Knowledge bases(KBs)are far from complete,necessitating a demand for KB *** various methods,embedding has received increasing attention in recent ***,an important approach using embedding method in KB completion,considers multiple-step relation paths based on TransE,but ignores the association between entity and their related entities with the same direct *** this paper,we propose an approach called EP-TransE,which considers this kind of *** a matter of fact,the dissimilarity of these related entities should be taken into consideration and it should not exceed a certain *** adjusts the embedding vector of an entity by comparing it with its related entities which are connected by the same direct *** further makes the euclidean distance between them less than a certain ***,the embedding vectors of entities are able to contain rich semantic information,which is valuable for KB *** experiments,we evaluated our approach on two tasks,including entity prediction and relation *** results show that our idea of considering the dissimilarity of related entities with the same direct relationships is effective.

Objectives:Cisplatin(CDDP)is a widely used and effective basic chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of a variety of tumors,including ovarian ***,adverse side effects and acquired drug resistance are observed in the clinical application of *** a mode of administration that can alleviate side effects and reduce drug resistance has become a promising strategy to solve this ***:In this study,3 D printing technology was used to prepare a CDDP-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(CDDP-PLGA)polymer compound stent,and its physicochemical properties and cytotoxicity were evaluated both in vitro and in ***:The CDDP-PLGA stent had a significant effect on cell proliferation and apoptosis and clearly decreased the size of subcutaneous tumors in nude mice,whereas the systemic side effects were mild compared with those of intraperitoneal CDDP *** with the control group,CDDP-PLGA significantly increased the mRNA and protein levels of p-glycoprotein(P<0.01;P<0.01)and decreased vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA(P<0.05)and protein levels(P<0.01),however,CDDP-PLGA significantly decreased the mR NA and protein levels of p-glycoprotein(P<0.01;P<0.01)and vascular endothelial growth factor(P<0.01;P<0.01),which are associated with chemoresistance,in subcutaneous tumor *** assay results revealed that,in the CDDP-PLGA group,the staining of the proliferation-related genes Ki67 and PCNA were lightly,and the apoptosis-related gene caspase-3 stained ***:PLGA biomaterials loaded with CDDP,as compared with the same amount of free CDDP,showed good efficacy in terms of cytotoxicity,as evidenced by changes in *** local CDDP release can decrease the systemic side effects of this drug and the occurrence of drug resistance and angiogenesis,and improve the therapeutic *** new approach may be an effective strategy for the local treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.

Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are tumor cells that have sloughed off the primary tumor and extravasate into and circulate in the *** of the metastatic cascade of CTCs has tremendous potential for the identification of targets against cancer *** these very rare CTCs among the massive blood cells is ***,emerging technologies for CTCs detection have profoundly contributed to deepening investigation into the biology of CTCs and have facilitated their clinical *** technologies for the detection of CTCs are summarized herein,together with their advantages and *** detection of CTCs is usually dependent on molecular markers,with the epithelial cell adhesion molecule being the most widely used,although molecular markers vary between different types of *** associated with epithelial-tomesenchymal transition and stemness have been identified in CTCs,indicating their increased metastatic *** a small proportion of CTCs can survive and eventually initiate metastases,suggesting that an interaction and modulation between CTCs and the hostile blood microenvironment is essential for CTC ***-cell sequencing of CTCs has been extensively investigated,and has enabled researchers to reveal the genome and transcriptome of ***,we also review the clinical applications of CTCs,especially for monitoring response to cancer treatment and in evaluating ***,CTCs have and will continue to contribute to providing significant insights into metastatic processes and will open new avenues for useful clinical applications.

Oxygen fugacity(fO_(2))is an intensive variable that describes the redox state of a *** controlling the valence state of multivalent elements,fO_(2)affects the stability of iron-bearing minerals,dominants the species of volatile elements(e.g.,carbon and sulfur),and controls the partitioning behaviors of multivalent elements(e.g.,iron,vanadium,cerium,europium).Thus,fO_(2)plays a key role in understanding the generation and differentiation of arc magmas,the formation of magmatic-hydrothermal deposits,and the nature of magmatic *** zones are an important site for arc magmatism and fluid action,and the study of redox processes is indispensable in subduction zone *** this paper,we first introduce the concept,expression,and estimation methods of fO_(2).Then we retrospect the history and progress about the oxidation state of the metasomatized mantle wedge,summarize the redox property of slab-derived fluids,and review the latest progress on redox evolution of arc magmas during magma generation and *** main conclusions include:(1)despite its wide variation range,fO_(2)of the mantle wedge is generally higher than that of the oceanic mantle;(2)the redox property of the subducting slab-derived fluids is still controversial and the mechanism for the oxidization of the mantle wedge remains unclear;(3)how the fO_(2)varies during the generation and differentiation of the arc magmas is *** propose that the crux in deciphering the oxidization mechanism of the mantle wedge is to determine the mobility of iron,carbon and sulfur in subducting slab-derived fluids(especially solute-rich fluid or supercritical fluid);the key in understanding the redox evolution during arc magma generation and differentiation is to determine the partition coefficients of Fe^(3+)and Fe^(2+)between ferromagnesian minerals and silicate melts.

In“Wittgenstein and Qualia,”Ned Block presents an inversion argument for *** Wittgenstein’s notes as the starting point,Block argues that if we admit the possibility of the“innocuous”inverted spectrum,we will have to accept the“dangerous”inverted spectrum,where qualia are ineffable contents of experience contents that cannot be fully captured by public *** my opinion,Block’s argument merits suspicion as it begs the *** claiming to oppose the inner arena model like Wittgenstein,he presupposes its validity in his argument.I will finally examine how Wittgenstein dissolves confusion about qualia by the way of grammatical analysis.

Although constraint satisfaction approaches have achieved fruitful results, system states may lose their smoothness and there may be undesired chattering of control inputs due to switching characteristics. Furthermore, it remains a challenge when there are additional constraints on control torques of robotic systems. In this article, we propose a novel high-order control barrier function(HoCBF)-based safety control method for robotic systems subject to input-output constraints, which can maintain the desired smoothness of system states and reduce undesired chattering vibration in the control torque. In our design, augmented dynamics are introduced into the HoCBF by constructing its output as the control input of the robotic system,so that the constraint satisfaction is facilitated by HoCBFs and the smoothness of system states is maintained by the augmented dynamics. This proposed scheme leads to the quadratic program(QP), which is more user-friendly in implementation since the constraint satisfaction control design is implemented as an add-on to an existing tracking control law. The proposed closed-loop control system not only achieves the requirements of real-time capability, stability, safety and compliance, but also reduces undesired chattering of control inputs. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by simulations and experiments on robotic manipulators.
