During ship operations,frequent heave movements can pose significant challenges to the overall safety of the ship and completion of cargo *** existing heave compensation systems suffer from issues such as dead zones and control system time lags,which necessitate the development of reasonable prediction models for ship heave *** this paper,a novel model based on a time graph convolutional neural network algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO-TGCN)is proposed for the first time to predict the multipoint heave movements of ships under different sea *** enhance the dataset's suitability for training and reduce interference,various filter algorithms are employed to optimize the *** training process utilizes simulated heave data under different sea conditions and measured heave data from multiple *** results show that the PSO-TGCN model predicts the ship swaying motion in different sea states after 2 s with 84.7%accuracy,while predicting the swaying motion in three different *** performing a comparative study,it was also found that the present method achieves better performance that other popular *** model can provide technical support for intelligent ship control,improve the control accuracy of intelligent ships,and promote the development of intelligent ships.

Abundant interfacial defects remain a significant challenge that hampers both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,an alcohol-dispersed conducting polymer complex,denoted as PEDOT:F(Poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ionomers),is introduced into the interface between perovskite and hole transporting layer in regular-structured ***:F serves as a multi-functional interface layer(filling grain boundaries and covering perovskite's grain-surface)to achieve a robust interaction with organic groups within perovskites,which could induce a structural transformation of PEDOT to increase its conductivity for the efficient ***,the strong interaction between PEDOT and perovskites could promote an effective coupling of undercoordinated Pb~(2+)ions with the lone electron pairs near O&S atoms in PEDOT molecules,thereby enhancing defect ***,PEDOT:F with inherent hydrophobic properties prevents effectively moisture invasion into perovskites for the improved long-term stability of the ***,the PEDOT:F-based PSCs achieved a champion efficiency of 24.81%,and maintained ca.92%of their initial efficiency after 7680 h of storage in a dry air environment,accompanied by the enhanced photothermal stability.

We conducted a retrospective cohort study of 9,552 women experiencing their second delivery between 2014 and 2016 at the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital to investigate the association between the interpregnancy interval(IPI)and adverse perinatal outcomes. With the 12–23-mon IPI as the reference category, logistic regression analyzes were used to examine associations between different IPIs(<12, 12–23, 24–59, 60–119, and ≥120 mon) and perinatal outcomes(gestational diabetes mellitus, premature membrane rupture, gestational hypertension, preterm birth, low birth weight, and macrosomia).Compared with the 12–23-mon IPI category, women with longer IPIs had a higher risk of adverse perinatal outcomes, and those with an IPI ≥120 mon had the highest risk of gestational diabetes mellitus and premature membrane rupture(adjusted odds ratio(OR) 1.76, 95% confidence interval(CI) 1.32–2.35 and adjusted OR 2.03, 95% CI 1.53–2.67, respectively). These results indicate that a longer IPI is associated with a higher risk of adverse perinatal outcomes and an IPI of ≥120 mon appears to be independently associated with a higher risk of gestational diabetes mellitus and premature membrane rupture.

Developing active and durable electrocatalysts for overall water splitting is desirable but challenging to realize sustainable hydrogen ***,we report a facile and general method to prepare ultrafine nickel(Ni)-iridium(Ir)alloy nanoparticles/graphene hybrids for overall water *** optimized hybrid with 4.9 wt%Ir exhibits much higher catalytic activity and durability than commercial 20 wt%Ir/C for both oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Theoretical simulations reveal that the incorporation of Ir in metallic Ni lattice regulates hydrogen adsorption free energy to the optimum level,thus improving HER activity,while in situ generated amorphous Ir-Ni hydr(oxy)oxides around metallic Ni-Ir core have been demonstrated to be the active species under OER conditions,which switches OER rate-determining step to energy-favorable *** overall water splitting electrolyzer assembled by the optimized electrocatalyst shows a low cell voltage of only 1.52 V and excellent stability to deliver a current density of 10 m A *** work provides a powerful strategy toward general synthesis of ultrafine alloy nanoparticles for high-performance overall water splitting.

PetroKG: Construction and Application of Knowledge Graph in Upstream Area of PetroChina

There is a large amount of heterogeneous data distributed in various sources in the upstream of PetroChina. These data can be valuable assets if we can fully use them. Meanwhile, the knowledge graph, as a new emerging technique, provides a way to integrate multi-source heterogeneous data. In this paper, we present one application of the knowledge graph in the upstream of PetroChina. Specifically, we first construct a knowledge graph from both structured and unstructured data with multiple NLP (natural language progressing) methods. Then, we introduce two typical knowledge graph powered applications and show the benefit that the knowledge graph brings to these applications:compared with the traditional machine learning approach, the well log interpretation method powered by knowledge graph shows more than 7.69% improvement of accuracy.

The molecular mechanisms by which dense core vesicles(DCVs) translocate,tether,dock and prime are poorly *** this study,Caenorhabditis elegans was used as a model organism to study the function of Rab proteins and their effectors in DCV ***-27/AEX-6,but not RAB-3,was found to be required for peptide release from *** analyzing the movement of DCVs approaching the plasma membrane using total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy,we demonstrated that RAB-27/AEX-6 is involved in the tethering of DCVs and that its effector rabphilin/RBF-1 is required for the initial tethering and subsequent stabilization by docking.

Influence of Solar Activity on Precise Orbit Prediction of LEO Satellites

The perturbations of low earth orbit(LEO)satellites operating in the orbit of 300~2000 km are *** particular,the atmospheric drag force and solar radiation pressure force change rapidly over a short period of time due to solar *** spaceborne global positioning system(GPS)data of the CHAMP,GRACE and SWARM satellites from 2002 to 2020,this paper studies in depth the influence of solar activity on LEO satellites’precise orbit prediction by performing a series of orbit prediction *** quality of GPS data is more susceptible to being influenced by solar activity during years when this activity is high and the changes in dynamic parameters are consistent with those of solar *** effects of solar activity on LEO orbit prediction accuracy are analyzed by comparing the predicted orbits with the precise *** years of high solar activity,the average root-mean-squares prediction errors at 10,20,and 30 minutes are 0.15,0.20,and 0.26 m,respectively,which are larger than the corresponding values in low-solar-activity years by 59%,63%,and 68%,*** results demonstrate that solar activity has a great influence on the orbit prediction accuracy,especially during high-solar-activity *** should strengthen the real-time monitoring of solar activity and geomagnetic activity,and formulate corresponding orbit prediction strategies for the active solar period.

We offer an intrinsic theoretical framework to reveal the inner relationships among three theories for Euler characteristic number, including Gauss Bonnet-Chern theorem, Hop-Poincaré theorem and Morse theory. Moreover, we consider the Gauss Bonnet-Chern （GBC） form imbedded in arbitrary higher-dimensional manifold, which suggests a Hodge dual tensor current. We show the brane structure inherent in the GBC tensor current and obtain the generalized Nambu action for the multi branes with quantized topological charge.
