Highly selective electrosynthesis of 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline accompanied with hydrogen production over three-dimensional hollow CoNi-based microarray electrocatalysts

Electrocatalytic oxidation reaction of biomass-based derivatives is an excellent candidate to replace water oxidation for obtaining both value-added products and hydrogen(H_(2)),but the exploration of competent electrocatalysts is still highly ***,two new types of three-dimensional self-supported hollow microarrays containing CoNi layered double hydroxide(CoNi-LDH)and N-doped carbon nanosheets decorated with CoNi alloyed nanoparticles(CoNi-NC)on carbon cloth(CC)are prepared,which are further used as efficient electrocatalysts for tetrahydroisoquinoline(THIQ)electrooxidation and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),*** demonstrate that the Co-modulated electronic environment for Ni(II)/Ni(Ⅲ)redox-looping in CoNi-LDH is the main factor to boost the selectivity of 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline(DHIQ)for the indirect electrooxidation process of *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the Ni(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅲ)dual sites of CoNi-LDH exhibit enhanced adsorption for THIQ but poorer adsorption for DHIQ compared to pure Co(Ⅲ)or Ni(Ⅲ).Therefore,the Ni(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅲ)dual sites can effectively inhibit the peroxidation of DHIQ to isoquinoline(IQ)over CoNi-LDH,thus improving the selectivity of DHIQ to nearly 100%,much higher than that of its pure Ni ***,CC@CoNi-NC can deliver high HER activity with low overpotential(40 mV@10 mA·cm^(-2))and high exchange current density(3.08 mA·cm^(-2)).Impressively,the assembled flow-cell device with CC@CoNi-LDH anode and CC@CoNi-NC cathode only requires low cell voltage and electricity consumption of 1.6 V and 3.50 kWh per cubic meter of H_(2)(@25 mA·cm^(-2)).

Stretchable electronics that monitor joint activity and treat diseases based on liquid metal could be used in the development of healthcare *** devices can be seamlessly integrated with human ***,most high-precision microstructures and complex patterns are difficult to fabricate due to the limitations of conventional fabrication solutions,resulting in suboptimal performance under practical ***,a liquid-metal stretchable system utilizing natural leaf veins was reported as microstructures,which was based on a biomimetic concept and utilized an all-solution process for the preparation of complex *** systems are ultra-high tensile(800%tensile strain),environmentally stable(20 days)and mechanically durable(300-cycle).The system can accurately recognize the wearer's finger bending level as well as simple gesture *** the same time,the system acts as a wearable heater,which can realize the fast heating behavior of heating up to 50℃in 3 min under the human body-safe voltage(1.5 V).The tensile stability is demonstrated by the heterogeneous integration of lasers(405 nm)with the system interconnects for a stretchable and wearable light source.

Flow Field Simulation and Parameter Analysis of Hydraulic Unbalanced Bionic Self-recovery Actuator for Rotary Equipment

The rotor is the most important component of rotating machinery,and the vibration produced by its mass unbalance has a serious influence on the secure and steady operation of the machine,so an effective online suppression technology is urgently needed.A new hydraulic unbalanced bionic self-recovery system is introduced,imitating the way of manually repairing faulty *** accomplish the effect of actuator mass redistribution,the technology employs pressurized air to drive the quantitative transfer of liquid in the reservoir cavity at opposite *** can complete the online adjustment of the equipment's balancing state and suppress the unbalanced vibration of equipment in real time,which gives the equipment the ability to maintain an autonomous health state and improve equipment *** composition and working principle of the system are introduced in detail,and the key performance parameters,such as the minimum running speed and the balancing liquid transfer speed,are analyzed *** fluid-solid coupling model of the actuator was established,and the two-phase flow from inside the hydraulic unbalanced bionic self-recovery actuator was simulated under multiple working conditions and the performance parameters were quantitatively analyzed.A balancing simulation test bed was built,and its effectiveness was verified by performance parameter tests and unbalanced bionic self-recovery *** experimental results show that the mass distribution adjustment of the balancing disk can be achieved using different viscosity balancing liquid,and the response of liquid viscosity 10 cSt is faster than that of liquid viscosity 100 cSt in the process of balancing liquid transfer,and the time is reduced by more than 75%;the system can reduce the simulated rotor amplitude from 18.3μm to 10.6μm online in real time,which provides technical support for the subsequent development of a new generation of bionic intelligent equipment.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a class of covalently closed single-stranded RNAs that are expressed during the development of specific cells and *** play crucial roles in physiological and pathological processes by sponging microRNAs,modulating gene transcription,controlling the activity of certain RNA-binding proteins,and producing functional peptides.A key focus of research at present is the functionality of circRNAs in the nervous system and several advances have emerged over the last 2 ***,the precise role of circRNAs in the nervous system has yet to be comprehensively *** this review,we first summarize the recently described roles of circRNAs in brain development,maturity,and ***,we focus on the involvement of circRNAs in various diseases of the central nervous system,such as brain cancer,chronic neurodegenerative diseases,acute injuries of the nervous system,and neuropathic pain.A better understanding of the functionality of circRNAs will help us to develop potential diagnostic,prognostic,and therapeutic strategies to treat diseases of the nervous system.

Using the efficient,space-saving,and flexible supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2)) Brayton cycle is a promising approach for improving the performance of nuclear-powered *** purpose of this paper is to design and compare sCO_(2) cycle power systems suitable for nuclear-powered *** the characteristics of nuclear-powered ships,this paper uses different indicators to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency,cost,volume,and partial load performance of several nuclear-powered sCO_(2) *** load-following strategies are also designed and *** results show that the partial cooling cycle is most suitable for nuclear-powered ships because it offers both high thermal efficiency and low volume and cost,and can maintain relatively high thermal efficiency at partial ***,the new load-following strategy that adjusts the turbine speed can keep the compressor away from the surge line,making the cycle more flexible and efficient compared to traditional inventory and turbine bypass strategies.

In this paper,an efficient unequal error protection(UEP)scheme for online fountain codes is *** the buildup phase,the traversing-selection strategy is proposed to select the most important symbols(MIS).Then,in the completion phase,the weighted-selection strategy is applied to provide low *** performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed and compared with the existing UEP online fountain *** results show that in terms of MIS and the least important symbols(liS),when the bit error ratio is 10-4,the proposed scheme can achieve 85%and 31.58%overhead reduction,respectively.

Interface structure of α-Mg/14H-LPSO:First-principles prediction and experimental study

The interfacial structure of the α-Mg/14H-LPSO phase in rare earth-including magnesium alloy was investigated via high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADFSTEM) imaging and first-principles calculations of density-functional *** possible interfacial models were constructed according to the different terminations of the LPSO phase,and the corresponding interfacial energies were calculated,from which the four most stable structures(Terl-MgY-hollow,Ter2-Zn-hollow,Ter3-MgYII-hollow and Ter4-Mg-bridge) were *** interfacial phase diagrams related to the Y chemical potentials were obtained from the calculations,and the most stable interfacial structure was ***-MgY-hollow and Ter2-Zn-hollow have the lowest interfacial energies in the range of-0.7 eV <Δμγ<-0.6 eV,where fluctuating change of state is the minimized and the interface is the most *** separation work of the two models was calculated to predict the bonding strength of the structures at both ends of the *** calculation results show that the maximum interfacial separation work is 1.45 J/m^(2) for the interface model of α-Mg and 14H-LPSO phase structure with Ter2-Zn-hollow termination.

BACKGROUND Neovascular glaucoma(NVG)is likely to occur after pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)for diabetic retinopathy(DR)in some patients,thus reducing the expected *** the risk factors for NVG occurrence and building effective risk prediction models are currently required for clinical *** To develop a visual risk profile model to explore factors influencing DR after *** We retrospectively selected 151 patients with DR undergoing *** patients were divided into the NVG(NVG occurrence)and No-NVG(No NVG occurrence)groups according to the occurrence of NVG within 6 months after *** risk factors for postoperative NVG were screened by logistic regression.A nomogram prediction model was established using R software,and the model’s prediction accuracy was verified internally and externally,involving the receiver operator characteristic curve and correction *** After importing the data into a logistic regression model,we concluded that a posterior capsular defect,preoperative vascular endothelial growth factor≥302.90 pg/mL,glycosylated hemoglobin≥9.05%,aqueous fluid interleukin 6(IL-6)≥53.27 pg/mL,and aqueous fluid IL-10≥9.11 pg/mL were independent risk factors for postoperative NVG in patients with DR(Plished based on the aforementioned independent risk factors,and a computer simulation repeated sampling method was used to internally and externally verify the nomogram *** area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity of the model were 0.962[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.932-0.991],91.5%,and 82.3%,*** AUC,sensitivity,and specificity of the external validation were 0.878(95%CI:0.746-0.982),66.7%,and 95.7%,*** A nomogram constructed based on the risk factors for postoperative NVG in patients with DR has a high prediction *** study can help formulate relevant preventive and treatment measures.
