Utilizing interpretable stacking ensemble learning and NSGA-Ⅲ for the prediction and optimisation of building photo-thermal environment and energy consumption

This study develops an approach consisting of a stacking model integrated with a multi-objective optimisation algorithm aimed at predicting and optimising the ecological performance of *** integrated model consists of five base models and a meta-model,which significantly improves the prediction ***,the R2 value was improved by 9.19% and the error metrics MAE,MSE,MAPE,and CVRMSE were reduced by 69.47%,79.88%,67.32%,and 57.02%,respectively,compared to the single prediction *** to the research on interpretable machine learning,adding the SHAP value gives us a deeper understanding of the impact of each architectural design parameter on the *** the multi-objective optimisation part,we used the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to successfully improve the energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort of the ***,the optimal design solution reduces the energy use intensity by 31.6 kWh/m^(2),improves the useful daylight index by 39%,and modulated the thermal comfort index,resulting in a decrement of 0.69℃ for the summer season and an enhancement of 0.64℃ for the winter season,***,this study provides building designers and decision makers with a tool to make better design decisions at an early stage to achieve a better combination of energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort optimisation in an integrated manner,providing an important support for achieving sustainable building design.

Accurate trajectory prediction of surrounding road users is the fundamental input for motion planning,which enables safe autonomous driving on public *** this paper,a safe motion planning approach is proposed based on the deep learning-based trajectory prediction *** begin with,a trajectory prediction model is established based on the graph neural network(GNN)that is trained utilizing the INTERACTION ***,the validated trajectory prediction model is used to predict the future trajectories of surrounding road users,including pedestrians and *** addition,a GNN prediction model-enabled motion planner is developed based on the model predictive control ***,two driving scenarios are extracted from the INTERACTION dataset to validate and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed motion planning approach,i.e.,merging and roundabout *** results demonstrate that the proposed method can lower the risk and improve driving safety compared with the baseline method.

Deubiquitinases(DUBs)are a class of enzymes that are able to reverse the process of ubiquitination.1 Extensive research has revealed that there are more than 100 DUBs found in humans,which are classified into seven main families:ubiquitin-specific proteases(USPs),ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolases,the Machado-Joseph disease domain superfamily,the otubain/ovarian tumor-domain containing proteins,the ZUFSP(Zinc finger with UFM1-specific peptidase domain protein)family,the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,and the novel motif interacting with ubiquitin-containing DUB *** DUBs are cysteine proteases,except the JAB1/MPN/MOV34 proteases,which are Zn^(2+) metalloproteases.

To promote charge transfer and separation for efficient photocatalysis,a direct Z-scheme heterostructure was constructed by coupling polymeric carbon nitride(PCN) and WO_(3).Interestingly,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)Z-scheme heterostructure could photocataly tic ally produce hydrogen and value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate) by reforming of plastic polylactic acid(PLA) in alkaline aqueous *** optimizing WO_(3) contents and reaction conditions,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)heterostructure exhibits much increased photocatalytic activity for PLA photoreforming under visible light,with hydrogen evolution rate reaching 402.90 μmol·g~(-1)·h~(-1),which is 3.5 times that of *** is revealed that the Z-scheme charge transfer between PCN and WO_(3) mainly contributes to the promoted charge separation and thus the improved photocatalytic ***,with h+and·OH experimentally evidenced as the predominant active species,a possible reaction pathway for the reforming of PLA into value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate)over PCN/WO_(3) Z-scheme heterostructure is cleared by monitoring the reaction intermediates and *** work paves a carbon neutrality and scalable route toward the synergistical production of hydrogen and value-added chemicals by utilizing and recycling plastic waste.

In recent years,the application of flexible electronic technology[1−3]combined with ultrasonic imaging[4]has blossomed,resulting in a shift in the application place of ultrasonic imaging technology from medical institutions to *** utilization of this application has expanded from the physician’s positioning and guidance to real-time patient monitoring[5],while the range of application scenarios continues to *** transformative changes have made possible through the development of flexible transducer arrays[6,7].*** Xu's team at the University of California San Diego has pioneered the development of various flexible transducer arrays based on island-bridge structures[8]and serpentine electrodes[9].These transducer arrays incorporate rigid 1−3 composite piezoelectric transducers on an island,featuring thin electrodes between the islands to provide mechanical flexibility,metallic electrodes of serpentine structure to provide stretchability of the device,and elastomer materials are used to encapsulate the overall structure,ensuring structural stability and impedance matching to the skin tissue[10].These flexible transducer arrays have found extensive applications in human blood pressure detection[11],cardiac imaging[12],blood flow doppler imaging[13],tissue modulus detection[14],and tissue deep hemoglobin detection[15].
