The yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24.institutes and universities that located in the yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3.endangered fishes,(4.yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 4.3.fish species(belonging to 163.genus,3. families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 3.3.fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3.of the resources in 1950s,3..9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

目的探索脑型疟发病过程中,星形胶质细胞被脑血管周炎性微环境诱导活化及其机制,及其对神经元损伤的影响。方法4.5周C57BL/6雄性小鼠经腹腔接种5×10^(6)个感染伯氏疟原虫ANKA株的红细胞,7~10 d后死亡,作为实验型脑型疟模型。新生3.5 d的乳鼠,安乐死后分离脑皮层原代星形胶质细胞;24.h内的乳鼠,安乐死后分离脑皮层原代神经元。以20 ng/mlγ干扰素(IFN-γ)、1 ng/ml肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和感染疟原虫的小鼠红细胞(pRBC)诱导星形胶质细胞活化,作为活化组,同时设置未处理静息态细胞作为对照组。24.h后用细胞裂解提取液提取总RNA测序,聚类分析生成热图,选取代表性的数个基因绘制小提琴图。EliSA测定细胞培养上清中CXCL10表达水平。分离脑型疟小鼠脾脏CD8^(+)T细胞,与活化的星形胶质细胞共孵育,荧光显微镜下观察免疫突触及与CXCL10抗体共孵育后的CXCL10水平,流式细胞仪检测CD80等分子表达水平。原代神经元加入两组星形胶质细胞培养上清,在MAP2抗体中孵育,设置空白培养基作为空白组,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)检测试剂盒检测神经元损伤程度,CCK-8试剂盒检测神经元活力。Western blotting检测STAT1、STAT3.其磷酸化分子水平,活化组加入STAT1通路抑制剂氟达拉滨,免疫荧光染色观察神经元形态。采用PRISM Graph Pad 8.0软件进行统计学分析,两两比较采用t检验。结果活化组星形胶质细胞形态由扁平星状变为长梭形,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)相对含量为(1.3.±0.03.,高于对照组的(1.00±0.00)(t=13.3.,P2.57±0.28)ng/ml(t=9.05,P2±2.4.%,高于空白组(0%)和对照组(0%)(t=20.62、20.62,均P2±0.03.低于空白组(1.00±0.00)和对照组(1.4.±0.06)(t=18.92、16.65,均P4.±0.02,低于空白组(1.00±0.00)和对照组(0.55±0.02)(t=3..28、4.93.均P2的比例为1.01±0.07,与空白组(1.00±0.00)、对照组(1.00±0.06)比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.3.、0.13.均P>0.05)。Western blotting结果显示,活化组胞浆中STAT1、p-STAT1蛋白相对表达量分别为3.4.±1.08、4.00±0.82,均高于对照组(1)(t=3.13.5.13.均P3.p-STAT3.白相对表达量分别为1.00±0.03.1.01±0.05,与对照组(1)差异无统计学意义(t=0.27、0.52,均P>0.05)。在活化组胞核中p-STAT1蛋白相对表达量为1.78±0.21,高于对照组(1)(t=5.081,P3.白相对表达量为1.02±0.02,与对照组(1)差异无统计学意义(t=1.3.,均P>0.05)。对MAP2免疫荧光染色结果显示,活化组上清可造成明显的神经元损伤,经STAT1抑制剂处理后损伤得到缓解。结论脑型疟发病过程中血管周炎性微环境可通过STAT1分子诱导神经毒性星形胶质细胞产生,可导致神经元死亡。活化星形胶质细胞与活化的CD8^(+)T细胞相互作用,进一步加重中枢神经系统损伤。

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in china in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in china-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in china used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4.89 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813.cases(56.4.)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 564..8±23.7.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3.(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4.,63.87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in china and confirmed that some medical institutions in china have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP24.4.8a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024.manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4.keV,3.0 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 keV,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for4.,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23.d is found for EP24.4.8a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP24.4.8a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP24.4.8a thus remains an *** suggest that EP24.4.8a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone sarcoma that mostly occurs in young adults. The causes of osteosarcoma are heterogeneous and still not fully understood. Identification of novel, important oncogenic factors in osteosarcoma and development of better, effective therapeutic approaches are in urgent need for better treatment of osteosarcoma patients. In this study, we uncovered that the oncogene MYC is significantly upregulated in metastastic osteosarcoma samples. In addition, high MYC expression is associated with poor survival of osteosarcoma patients. Analysis of MYC targets in osteosarcoma revealed that most of the osteosarcoma super enhancer genes are bound by MYC. Treatment of osteosarcoma cells with super enhancer inhibitors THZ1 and JQ1 effectively suppresses the proliferation, migration, and invasion of osteosarcoma cells. Mechanistically,THZ1 treatment suppresses a large group of super enhancer containing MYC target genes including CDK6 and TGFB2. These findings revealed that the MYC-driven super enhancer signaling is crucial for the osteosarcoma tumorigenesis and targeting the MYC/super enhancer axis represents as a promising therapeutic strategy for treatment of osteosarcoma patients.

The superτ-charm facility(STCF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the Chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(3.) cm^(–2)·s^(–1) or *** STCF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPCII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of matter-antimatter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the Standard *** STCF project in {3. is under development with an extensive R&D *** document presents the physics opportunities at the STCF,describes conceptual designs of the STCF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector R&D and physics case studies.
