Combustion with lean premixed and low swirl is an effective way of flame *** can improve the flame stability and reduce NOX *** this kind of combustion,one of the most important issues is fuel/air premixed *** the structure parameters influence that issue is figured out through numerical *** structure parameters concerned in the study are as *** are shape of blades,number of blades,location and shape of gas *** influences of them are analysed with comprehensive consideration of many *** the same light shading rate and stagger angle,the axial swirler with curved blades has worse premixed uniformity and lower pressure loss than the one with straight *** the same structure of each blade,the decrease of the quantity of blades does influence the pressure loss,while the quantity of gas jets changes *** it has little effect on premixed uniformity in a certain ***,more blades make contribution to better premixed *** the total flow area is the same,the axial and circumferential positions of the fuel jets also greatly influence the premixing *** the fuel jets are upstream the blades and locate at middle of the vanes,the premixing performance is the ***,the jet direction of the fuel jets is a very important influencing factor of the premixing *** the fuel jet direction is oblique downward at an angle of 30°to the horizontal,the premixing effect is better than the horizontal outflow,which is better than the oblique upward structure.

核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体在类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎及痛风性关节炎等疾病的发生发展中起着十分重要的作用。在关节炎性疾病中,NLRP3炎症小体表达上调,介导炎症反应,影响疾病进展。类风湿关节炎中,NLRP3炎症小体诱导促炎因子产生,调节辅助性T细胞比例,介导滑膜炎症;骨关节炎中,NLRP3介导促炎因子分泌,影响基质蛋白酶产生,诱导软骨细胞凋亡,促进滑膜炎症,加速关节退变;痛风性关节炎症中,巨噬细胞NLRP3炎症小体被尿酸单钠晶体激活,促进炎症反应。本文对NLRP3炎症小体激活机制及其在关节炎症疾病发病中的作用进行综述。

In the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe,Mei2,an RNA-binding protein essential for entry into meiosis,regulates meiosis ***2 binds to a specific non-coding RNA species,meiRNA,and accumulates at the sme2 gene locus,which encodes *** research has shown that the Mei2 C-terminal RNA recognition motif(RRM3)physically interacts with the meiRNA 5'region in vitro and stimulates meiosis in ***,the underlying mechanisms still remain *** first employed an in vitro crosslinking and immunoprecipitation sequencing(CLIP-seq)assay and demonstrated a preference for U-rich motifs of meiRNA by Mei2 *** then solved the crystal structures of Mei2 RRM3 in the apo form and complex with an 8 mer RNA fragment,derived from meiRNA,as detected by in vitro *** results provide structural insights into the Mei2 RRM3-meiRNA complex and reveal that Mei2 RRM3 binds specifically to the Uuc(U)***,a structure-based Mei2 mutation,Mei2F644A causes defective karyogamy,suggesting an essential role of the RNA-binding ability of Mei2 in regulating meiosis.

In agroecosystems, plants are constantly exposed to attack from diverse herbivorous insects and microbes, and infestation with one species may change the plant defense response to other species. In our investigation of the relationships among rice plants, the brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens (St & aring;l) and the rice blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae, we observed a significant increase in the resistance of rice treated with rice blast to N. lugens, as evidenced by improved plant survival rates in a small population resistance study. Subsequent transcriptome data analysis revealed that the rice blast fungus can induce the expression of genes in the jasmonic acid (JA) and flavonoid pathways. Similar to the flavonoid pathway, the JA pathway also contains 2 types of genes that exhibit similar and opposite trends in response to N. lugens and rice blast. Among these genes, the osjaz1 mutant and the osmyc2 mutant were phenotypically confirmed to positively and negatively regulate rice resistance to N. lugens and rice blast, respectively. Subsequent mass spectrometry and quantification experiments showed that the exogenous application of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) can induce the accumulation of eriodictyol, naringenin and quercetin, as well as the expression of OsF3H, Os4CL5 and OsCHI in the flavonoid pathway. This suggests a close connection between the JA pathway and the flavonoid pathway. However, OsF3'H, which negatively regulates rice resistance to N. lugens and rice blast, did not show increased expression. Phenotypic and molecular experiments confirmed that OsMYC2 can bind to and inhibit the expression of OsF3'H, thus revealing the mechanism of rice resistance to N. lugens after treatment with rice blast. These findings will deepen our understanding of the interactions among rice, N. lugens and rice blast.

Pinelliae Rhizoma(PR), known as Banxia in Chinese, Hange in Japanese, and Banha in Korean,is a renowned herbal medicine in East Asia derived from the dry tuber of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.(PT). It is extensively utilized in dispensing granules, classical prescriptions,and herbal formulas to treat various conditions, including cough, infection, phlegm, nausea,asthma, and inflammation. Despite numerous studies on PR and its classical prescriptions over recent decades, a comprehensive synthesis of available evidence regarding its multifunctional roles and therapeutic potential is lacking. This review aims to address this gap by examining emerging evidence from metabonomics, preclinical studies, and clinical trials, while exploring potential trends and prospects for future research. A systematic literature search was conducted across six electronic databases, including Pub Med, Web of Science, Scopus,Science Direct, Wanfang, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure, to identify relevant articles on PR published until March 2023. PR contains 107 compounds with diverse pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, immune regulatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer,anti-asthma, antitussive and expectorant, antioxidant, anti-obesity, anti-atherosclerosis, antimicrobial, emetic and anti-emetic, anti-convulsant and anti-epileptic, sedative and hypnotic,learning and memory enhancement, and anti-depressant effects. Metabonomic studies suggest that raw PR may exhibit cardiotoxicity and pregnancy toxicity while showing no apparent hepatorenal toxicity. However, limited pharmacokinetic investigations on PR constrain its clinical translation. Furthermore, clinical safety data on PR is scarce, with only four clinical trials assessing its positive effects in pediatric epilepsy, nausea and vomiting, soft tissue injury, and chronic sinus tract. 风光储混合系统与单一风电场或光伏系统的雷电暂态响应存在较大差别,混合系统中风电机组通常有链形、环形和星形3种拓扑,不同拓扑会改变系统的端口阻抗网络特征,进而影响混合系统的过电压分布。为此,采用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了3种风机拓扑下风光储混合系统的暂态模型,计算3种拓扑下风机遭受雷击后混合系统的过电压分布,分析风机拓扑对过电压的影响。结果表明,链形及环形拓扑下,接闪风机的位置会显著影响混合系统的过电压水平,最靠近母线风机遭雷击时光伏及储能系统的过电压峰值是其余风机接闪时的3倍;链形、环形和星形3种拓扑对混合系统过电压的抑制效果依次增强,结果可为风光储混合系统的雷电防护提供参考。

以职工医保风险因素较为典型和突出的上海市为例,构建精算模型,实证评估“门诊共济”时代职工医保基金的收支风险,并通过政策模拟,为应对风险提供建议。结果显示:职工医保基金中短期和长期风险存在差异,按现行政策,职工医保基金将在2035年前收不抵支、出现亏空;统账之间风险不同,统筹账户收支倒挂、穿底风险显著,个人账户结余过多、资金使用低效;“门诊共济”相关改革可以降低基金结构方面的风险;配合人口(激励生育、放松迁入限制)、医保支付(控费)、筹资(延迟退休、退休人口缴费)等政策,“门诊共济”相关改革能更大程度避免基金收支风险,有助于基金高效、持久运行。
