Unusual high-density and saline aqueous inclusions in ultrahigh pressure metamor- phic rocks from Sulu terrane in eastern China

Primary high-density fluid inclusions were identified in garnet from ultrahigh pressure eclogite in the southern part of the Sulu terrane. They occur isolatedly or in cluster together with relatively low-density two-phase inclu-sions. The eutectic temperature of the inclusions is as low as ≤ -52℃. A bubble was nucleated in a liquid inclusion dur-ing the specific stage of cyclic cooling-heating runs, and the liquid-gas homogenization temperature was measured to be ≤-12.5℃. The composition of the inclusions modeled by the system CaCl2-NaCl-H2O, yields the fluid density of 1.27g/cm3 that corresponds to a pressure of ca. 2.4 GPa at thetemperature of peak eclogite-facies metamorphism, close tothe ultrahigh pressure metamorphic conditions. During theexhumation of the eclogite the inclusions reacted with thehost mineral, forming hydrous silicate minerals that resulted in lowering of the fluid density and its transformation to multi-phase inclusions.

目的研究复方丹参滴丸对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)小鼠的药效学作用,探讨其治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的可行性。方法SPF级健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠适应性喂养一周后,随机分为正常组和高脂饮食组,正常组用普通饲料喂养,高脂饮食组用高脂饲料喂养。8周后将高脂饮食组随机分为模型组、复方丹参滴丸组(CDDP)、阳性对照阿托伐他汀组(Ator)、复方丹参滴丸+阿托伐他汀联用组(CDDP+Ator),各组按要求给予相应的药物灌胃5周,正常组和模型组给予对应体积的生理盐水。给药结束后,小鼠进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、生化指标检测和肝组织病理学观察。结果与正常组相比,模型组小鼠体质量增长快,血糖值、OGTT-曲线下面积(AUC)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)显著升高(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)显著降低(P<0.01),肝内脂肪沉积多;与模型组相比,CDDP组小鼠体质量增长缓慢,血糖值、OGTT-AUC、TG、TC、LDL-c、ALT、AST降低(P<0.01;P<0.05),肝内脂肪沉积较少。结论复方丹参滴丸对NAFLD小鼠具有降低体质量、血糖值、血脂,改善肝功能、糖耐量异常,减轻肝脏脂肪变性和沉积等作用,需进一步研究其治疗NAFLD的作用机制,并探讨其成为治疗NAFLD药物的可能性。

The acceleration of industrialization worsening indoor environments of industrial buildings has drawn more attention in recent *** ventilation can improve indoor air quality(IAQ)and reduce carbon *** evaluate gaseous pollutant levels in industrial buildings for the development of buoyancy-driven natural ventilation,two theoretical models of pollutant flushing(Model I and Model II)are developed based on the existing thermal stratification theory in combination with the mixing characteristics of lower *** results show that indoor pollutant flushing is mainly dependent on the pollution source intensity and effective ventilation *** mixing characteristics of lower pollutant has an important effect on pollutant stratification and evolution during ventilation,but it does not change the prediction results at steady *** the dimensionless pollution source intensity is larger than 1,the pollution source should be cleaned up or other ventilation methods should be used instead to improve *** addition,the comparisons between Model I and Model II on instantaneous pollutant concentration are significantly influenced by the pollution source intensity,and the actual pollutant concentration is more likely to be between the predicted values of Model I and Model *** reduce pollutant concentration to a required level,the pollution source intensity should be in a certain *** theoretical models as well as the necessary conditions for ventilation effectiveness obtained can be used for the ventilation optimization design of industrial buildings.

Based on a survey of university teachers and students in Nanjing area of 2007,this article analyzes domestic users' awareness towards Open Access(OA),and the changes by comparing the corresponding data of *** survey shows that the research evaluation system,the quality of literature and the payment for OA publications are the important factors for university users to choose OA or *** authors finally suggest that the current research evaluation system should be reformed to accommodate OA ***,great efforts should be devoted to improve the quality of OA literatures,and the governments and research institutions should provide stronger support than before.

To the Editor:A multicenter retrospective survey in China shows that the most common pulmonary fungal disease is pulmonary aspergillosis.[1]The diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA)remains challenging because of the high false-negative and false-positive rate of galactomannan(GM)*** research reports that the IPA misdiagnosis rate can be as high as 73%.Besides,GM is time consuming,making the diagnosis delayed.

新疆海蓝宝石产于阿勒泰可可托海花岗伟晶岩脉之中 ,呈海蓝宝石的绿柱石中分布多种类型的流体包裹体 ,其中以熔体 -气液流体和 CO2 +H2 O不混溶流体包裹体类型为特征。流体包裹体捕获的温度从大于 70 0℃逐渐降低到 2 0 0℃左右 ,捕获压力从大于 30 0 MPa也递减到 2 0 0～ 10 0 MPa。流体包裹体形成的热力学条件为合成宝石提供了实验数值依据。流体包裹体特殊的组合类型和标志特征以及一定的热力学参数数值是区分本区和其它产地及人工合成海蓝宝石的标志。宝石人工加热后 ,其中 CO2 流体包裹体形态和热力学参数有较大的变化。

文章以某重型专用车进气系统为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件对空滤器及底座支架进行静强度和模态分析。基于频域加速方法,在电磁振动台上进行振动试验,通过台架试验验证了新设计支架的可靠性;同时,在实验室进行振动前后空滤器总成性能指标的验证,确保满足产品性能要求。综上所述,新的设计结构在满足设计要求的同时,还验证了仿真分析的准确性,缩短了整车开发周期和成本。为后续新产品研发积累经验并提供参考依据。

Transcriptome shock in an interspecific F1 triploid hybrid of Oryza revealed by RNA sequencing

Interspecific hybridization is a driving force in evolution and speciation of higher plants. Interspecific hybridization often induces immediate and saltational changes in gene expression, a phenomenon collectively termed ＂transcriptome shock＂. Although transcriptome shock has been reported in various plant and animal taxa, the extent and pattern of shock-induced expression changes are often highly idiosyncratic, and hence entails additional investigations. Here, we produced a set of interspecific F1 triploid hybrid plants between Oryza sativa, ssp. japonica （2n=2x=24, genome AA） and the tetraploid form of O. punctata （2n=4x =48, genome, BBCC）, and conducted RNA-seq transcriptome profiling of the hybrids and their exact parental plants. We analyzed both homeolog expression bias and overall gene expression level difference in the hybrids relative to the in silico ＂hybrids＂（parental mixtures）. We found that approximately 16% （2,541） of the 16,112 expressed genes in leaf tissue of the F1 hybrids showed nonadditive expression, which were specifically enriched in photosynthesis-related pathways. Interestingly, changes in the maternal homeolog expression, including non-stochastic silencing, were the major causes for altered homeolog expression partitioning in the F1 hybrids. Our findings have provided further insights into the tran- scriptome response to interspecific hybridization and heterosis.
