Porous NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9（NiO-SDC） ceramics with homogeneous pore distribution were prepared using polystyrene （PS） spheres as pore templates. NiO-SDC powders were synthesized by a glycine-nitrate method, ultrasonically mixed with PS spheres in ethanol, dried and then pressed into green pellets. The pellets were sintered to yield porous NiO-SDC ceramics. The effects of the sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical strength of the ceramics were investigated. NiO-SDC ceramics sintered at 1200 and 1350℃ have interconnected pore structures and high compression strength. When single cells were fabricated using porous NiO-SDC ceramics as anode-supported layers, the peak power density of the cells at 600℃ was 333 and 353 ***-2 for ceramics sintered at 1200 and 1350℃, respectively. The results indicated that these porous ceramic materials are promising for anode substrates for solid oxide fuel cells.

Membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)is an efficient desalination technology for *** fermentation residue biochar(PFRB)possesses a hierarchical porous and O/N-doped structure which could serve as a high-capacity desalination electrode in the MCDI *** optimal conditions(electrode weight,voltage,and concentration)and a carbonization temperature of 700℃,the maximum salt adsorption capacity of the electrode can reach 26.4 mg/g,which is higher than that of most carbon ***,the electrochemical properties of the PFRB electrode were characterized through cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)with a maximum specific capacitance of 212.18 F/***,biotoxicity tests have showed that PFRB was non-biotoxin against luminescent bacteria and the MCDI system with the PFRB electrode remained stable even after 27 adsorption–desorption *** study provides a novel way to recycle penicillin residue and an electrode that can achieve excellent desalination.

Determination of Amylose Content and Its Relationship with RVA Profile Within genetically Similar Cultivars of Rice(Oryza sativa ***)

Anther culture pure lines with antisense Wx gene were generated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated co-transformation followed by anther culture in transgenic rice （Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica）. The antisense Wx transgenic pure lines were used to analyze the differences and the relationship between RVA eigenvalues among the lines with different amylose contents. 77 pure lines of anther culture having antisense Wx gene were studied for the amylose content of its offspring cultivar, Wuyunjing 7. It was found that levels ofamylose content were similar to the control in 19 lines （16.0%）; 1-5% lower than control in 50 lines, of which, within 11.0-13.9% in 40 lines; and 3.1-4.0% in 8 lines. The effect of the amylose content on RVA eigenvalue was analyzed through the RVA profile graphic comparison and test of significance for RVA eigenvalues. The analysis of RVA profiles with different amylose contents indicated that there were two kinds of RVA profiles within genetically similar cultivars. The lines with 3.1-4.0% of amylose content were distinctly different from other lines and conventional glutinous rice. The comparison of the similarity curve of RVA profile of the lines with different amylose contents showed that the lines with lower amylose content had a distinguished RVA profile with the curve increasing gradually, but not exceeding the first apex. The test of significance for eigenvalues of the RVA profile in the lines with different amylose contents indicated that there were five eigenvalues remarkably different among the lines with 3.1-4.0% of amylose content compared with other two groups. Further, there were three eigenvalues remarkably different among the lines with 11.0-13.5% of amylose content compared with control group. An optimized mathematical model, which characterizes the relationships between the amylose content and RVA eigenvalue, has been established in this study. Lead titanate nanostructures with different phases and morphologies, layered hexagonal PbTiO2（CO3）0.3- （NO3）0.35（OH） nanosheets, pyrochlore Pb2Ti2O6 nanodendites, pre-perovskite PbTiO3 nanofibres and perovskite PbTiO3 nanoplates, have been synthesized via a conventional hydrothermal route assisted with different concentra- tions of tetramethylammonium hydroxide （TMAH）. X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, and high-resolution TEM （HRTEM） were employed to characterize the phase, morphology and growth behavior of the synthesized samples. The results reveal that at low TMAH concen- tration the obtained samples are mainly of PbTiO2（CO3）o.3（NO3）0.35（OH） nanosheets. With the TMAH concentration increasing, the obtained samples change to pyrochlore Pb2Ti2O6 nanodendites, pre-perovskite PbTiO3 nanofibres and perovskite PbTiO3 nanoplates in turn. With the basis of the experimental results, the phase- and morpholo- gy-evolution mechanism of the lead titanate nanostructures is discussed by combining the analysis of the lattice structure feature and the properties of TMAH.

Extracting Result Schema Based on Query Instances in the Deep Web

Deep Web sources contain a large of high-quality and query-related structured date. One of the challenges in the Deep Web is extracting result schemas of Deep Web sources. To address this challenge, this paper describes a novel approach that extracts both result data and the result schema of a Web database. The approach first models the query interface of a Deep Web source and fills in it with a specifically query instance. Then the result pages of the Deep Web sources are formatted in the tree structure to retrieve subtrees that contain elements of the query instance, Next, result schema of the Deep Web source is extracted by matching the subtree＇ nodes with the query instance, in which, a two-phase schema extraction method is adopted for obtaining more accurate result schema. Finally, experiments on real Deep Web sources show the utility of our approach, which provides a high precision and recall.

Capacitive deionization(CDI)is a novel electrochemical water-treatment *** electrode material is an important factor in determining the ion separation *** carbon(AC)is extensively used as an electrode material;however,there are still many deficiencies in commercial *** adopted a simple processing method,ball milling,to produce ball milled AC(BAC)to improve the physical and electrochemical properties of the original AC and desalination *** BAC was characterized in detail and used for membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)and flow-electrode capacitive deionization(FCDI)electrode *** ball milling,the BAC obtained excellent pore structures and favorable surfaces for ion adsorption,which reduced electron transfer resistance and ion migration resistance in the *** optimal ball-milling time was 10 ***,the improved effects of BAC as fixed electrodes and flow electrodes are different and the related mechanisms are discussed in *** average salt adsorption rates(ASAR)of FCDI and MCDI were improved by 134%and 17%,respectively,and the energy-normalized removal salt(ENRS)were enhanced by 21%and 53%,*** believe that simple,low-cost,and environmentally friendly BAC has great potential for practical engineering applications of FCDI and MCDI.

[Objective] To establish good animal models of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and serve treatment of HCC in humans. [Method] Several common animal models of HCC were introduced briefly. [Result] The commonly used animal models include C57BL/6J mouse model of or- thotopic HCC induced with Hepa1-6 cells, nude mouse model of HCC constructed with Hep_G2 cell lines, rat HCC model constructed through direct transplantation or direct injection, HU-PBL-SCID mice modal, and other transplanted HCC models or genetic HCC models. [ Conclusion] Animal model is an important means and platform for experimental studies. To establish animal models of HCC is of important significance for studies on pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of HCC.

Glossmark TM technology is a digital watermark process that embeds a visually striking gloss image within a high quality color print without the need of special papers or toners. It utilizes the angular dependence of gloss to create a differential-gloss image through the modulation of halftone structures. Both the primary image and the embedded Glossmark TM image can be distinctively viewed from different perspectives with little interference. The strong directional nature of the gloss and the subtle halftone modulation process make Glossmark TM images very difficult to detect by a scanner and even more challenging to reproduce through scanning and printing. The Glossmark TM technology is ideally suitable for document authentication and graphics enhancement. Its digital implementation provides a capability to embed variable data as digital watermarks into individual prints quickly and economically.
