Respiratory diseases rank as the third leading cause of adult mortality[1],while cardiopulmonary and gastrointestinal issues are the primary cause of death within the first five years of a child’s life[2].The monitoring of cardiac,respiratory,and gastrointestinal sounds plays a vital role in routine care,as alterations or absence of these body sounds can serve as indicators of underlying diseases.

Although adenomyosis is a largely benign disease,malignant transformations do happen in rare cases,resulting in endometrioid adenocarcinoma or sarcoma in the ***, attention has been focused on the malignant transformation of the *** 1988, the concept of atypical endometriosis （aEM） was first proposed by LaGrenade and Silverberg,[1] who suggested that aEM might be a precursor of malignant transformations of ***, the majority of investigations of aEM focus on endometriosis, while adenomyosis remains *** this article, we report 10 cases of atypical glandular hyperplasia transformation of adenomyosis, of whom the clinical and pathological characteristics are observed.

Oxygen(O2) supply to the brain is of utmost importance for human health, as cerebral hypoxia can result in irreversible brain damage. Neurodegenerative diseases, such as epilepsy, are closely associated with cerebral hypoxia [1,2]. Real-time monitoring of cerebral oxygenation holds significant value in neuroscience research and clinical diagnostics [3–10].

Chordoma as a rare malignant tumor arising from remnants of the fetal notochord accounts for 1%-4%of primary bone tumors. It is usually predominant in males. Local recurrences are common （44%-78%） and distant metastases may occur years after the initial presentation. The reported rates of metastases range from 10% to 48%, which are usually accompanied by a sacrococcygeal chordoma. Cases of surgical seeding and intradural spinal seeding also have been reported climcally. To our knowledge, the present case is the first one concerning cerebrospinal fluid metastases and fatal progression of a sacrococcygeal chordoma.

Two novel metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),JLU-MOF130([In(NH2−BDC)(Imi)(1H−Imi)]·DMF·H2O,NH2−H2BDC=2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid,1H−Imi=1H-imidazole,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)and JLU-MOF131([In(1,4-NDC)(Imi)(1H−Imi)]·DMF0.5,1,4-H_(2)NDC=1,4-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid),were ***-MOF130 features a three-dimensional(3D)architecture with a neb ***-MOF131 is characterized by a two-dimensional(2D)structure with an sql ***-MOF130 has excellent fluorescence detection performance towards Fe^(3+),2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP),and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP),but the fluorescence detection performance of JLU-MOF131 is further improved by converting NH2−H2BDC to more conjugated 1,4-H_(2)*** Stern-Volmer(SV)quenching constant(KSV)values of JLU-MOF130 sensing 2,4-DNP,TNP,and Fe^(3+)are 5.24×10^(4),4.44×10^(4),and 4.73×10^(3) L/mol,*** corresponding limit of detection(LOD)values are 1.17,1.36,and 14.59µmol/*** KSV values for JLU-MOF131 are 1.26×10^(5),9.02×10^(4),and 8.48×103 L/mol,and the corresponding LOD values are 0.35,0.42,and 3.60µmol/L,***,the emission wavelengths of the two MOFs obviously shift as the fluorescence emission intensities decrease upon the addition of 2,4-DNP and TNP,which can be applied in selective detection.

Surface engineering and Cu valence regulation are essential factors in improving the C_(2)selectivity during the electrochemical reduction of CO_(2).Herein,we present a sea urchin-like CuO/Cu_(2)O catalyst derived from rhombic dodecahedra Cu_(2)O through one-step oxidation/etching method where the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states are formed via in situ reduction during *** combined effects of the morphology and the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states on C–C coupling are evaluated by the Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)and the C_(2)/C1 ratio obtained in an H-cell.R-Cu^(O)/Cu_(2)O exhibited 49.5%Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)with a C_(2)/C1 ratio of 3.1 at−1.4 V *** hydrogen electrode,which are 1.5 and 3.2 times higher than those of R-Cu_(2)O,*** a flow-cell,68.0%Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)is achieved at a current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2).The formation of the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states was confirmed by in situ Raman ***,the sea urchin-like structure provides more active sites and enables faster electron *** a result,the excellent C_(2)production on R-CuO/Cu_(2)O is primarily attributed to the synergistic effects of the sea urchin-like structure and the stable mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)***,this work presents an integrated strategy for developing Cu-based electrocatalysts for C_(2)production through electrochemical CO_(2)reduction.
