In this paper,the approximate synchronization of leader-follower multiagent systems(MASs) over finite fields is studied in regard to local and global ***,the approximately synchronous state set(ASSS) is ***,combined with ASSS and transient periods,some criteria for the local and global approximate synchronization of systems are ***,the algorithms for calculating the maximum approximately synchronous basin(MASB) and the maximum control invariant set(MCIS) are ***,the global approximate synchronization of the system is achieved by designing the state feedback control,and a design algorithm of the controller using the truth matrix method is ***,the results of approximate synchronization are degenerated to complete ***,two examples are shown to demonstrate the results of this paper.

目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者蛋白质能量消耗(PEW)发生状况及其与负性情绪、睡眠质量的关系。方法选取2022年1月至2023年5月在安徽医科大学第三附属医院规律血液透析治疗的患者150例,使用国际肾脏营养与代谢学会(ISRNM)提出的蛋白质能量消耗诊断标准将患者分为蛋白质能量消耗组(n=52)和非蛋白质能量消耗组(n=98),分析两组患者一般资料、实验室指标及人体数据的水平差异,采用logistic回归分析探究PEW危险因素,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估两组患者的负性情绪、睡眠质量状况,采用logistic回归分析进一步探究PEW与负性情绪及睡眠质量的关系。结果维持性透析患者PEW发生率34.7%;PEW组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均高于非PEW组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:C反应蛋白(OR=1.053,95%CI:1.013~1.096)为PEW危险因素,上臂中部周径(OR=0.556,95%CI:0.371~0.834)、高血红蛋白(OR=0.969,95%CI:0.944~0.995)为PEW保护因素。PEW与负性情绪、睡眠质量的发生风险相关,PEW组焦虑的发生风险是非PEW组的2.752倍(95%CI:1.307~5.795,P=0.008),PEW组抑郁的发生风险是非PEW组的3.387倍(95%CI:1.371~8.371,P=0.008),PEW组睡眠障碍的发生风险是非PEW组的2.939倍(95%CI:1.402~6.161,P=0.004)。结论维持性血液透析患者PEW发生率较高,C反应蛋白为PEW危险因素,上臂中部周径、高血红蛋白为PEW保护因素,PEW增加维持性血液透析患者负性情绪、睡眠障碍的发生风险。

Liangyoupeijiu is a two-parental-line, and Shanyou63 is a three-parental-line hybrid rice （Oryza sativa L.）. Although both belong to the indica subspecies, they have obvious differences with respect to morphology, physiology and grain quality. Variations in endosperm protein compositions were studied by comparing the 2-D electrophoresis （2-DE） maps for these two cultivars of hybrid rice. After matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry （MALDI-TOF/MS） analysis, a 21-kDa precursor of 19- kDa globulin was identified as the major storage protein for both cultivars. Some isoforms of peroxiredoxin and seed maturation protein were found to only exist in Shanyou63, whereas aldose reductase and starch granule-bound starch synthase were only detected in Liangyoupeijiu. These data might provide a foundation for further comparative studies of these two cultivars of hybrid rice.

The chloroplast-to-chromoplast difference is a highly regulated ***(Solanum lycopersicum)high-pigment mutant hp-1 shows an enhanced accumulation of carotenoids coupled with an increase in the volume and number of ***,how chromoplasts of hp-1 acquire their specific metabolic characteristics is still unclear.A comparison of proteome profiles from plastids at the mature green,breaker,and red stages of tomato fruits showed 45 differentially expressed *** identified proteins fell into six different functional *** results showed that most of the proteins related to the Calvin cycle increased transitorily only at the early breaker stage,and remained unchanged at the early red *** found 18 proteins that were differentially expressed between the wild type and *** abundance of GCPE in chromoplasts of hp-1 was higher than that in the wild ***,we found that heat shock proteins were only present specifically in the mature green stage chromoplasts of hp-1 but not in the wild *** suggested that GCPE and heat shock proteins might play important roles in the accumulation of high carotenoids in ***,our results could be helpful for understandingchloroplast-to-chromoplast differentiation and the function of hp-1.

Heterophylly is regard as an important adaptive mechanism in response to different environments within ***,the genetic mechanisms responsible for heterophylly in woody plants are still poorly ***,the divergence of heterophyllous leaves was investigated at morphogenesis and using microdissection and physiological indexes in paper mulberry,and the genetic basis of heterophylly was further revealed combined with genome-wide association study(GWAS),transcriptome analysis and weighted gene coexpression network analysis(WGCNA).Our results revealed that the flavonoid content and antioxidant activity increased gradually from the entire leaf to the palmatisect leaf,while the hormone content and net photosynthetic rate *** GWAS and transcriptome analysis,a total of 98 candidate genes and 2338 differentially expressed genes associated with heterophylly were ***,we uncovered critical variations in the candidate genes Bp07g0981(WOX)and Bp07g0920(HHO),along with significant differences in haplotypes and expression levels among heterophyllous *** results also suggested that the genes involved in hormone signaling pathways,antioxidant activity,and f lavonoid metabolism might be closely related to the heterophylly of paper mulberry,which could account for the physiological ***,CR-wox mutant lines showed significant changes in leaf phenotypes,and differential expression profile analysis also highlighted the expression of genes related to phytohormones and transcription ***,the genetic variations and candidate genes detected in this study provide novel insights into the genetic mechanism of heterophylly,and would improve the understanding of eco-adaptability in heterophyllous woody plants.

Steady-state and time-resolved fluo- rescence spectroscopies have been used to study the excited state properties of Chl a in different ag- gregation forms of light-harvesting complex II (LHC II) from an intertidal green alga, Bryopsis corticulans, i.e. LHC II monomer, trimer and oligomer. When either Chl a or Chl b was selectively excited, the observed decrease in Chl a fluorescence in the oligomer is proved to be caused mainly by the fast fluorescence quenching among Chl a molecules, rather than by the decrease in Chl b-to-Chl a singlet excitation transfer efficiency. Analyses of the picosecond time-resolved fluorescence kinetics identified two exponential de- cay components in all of the three forms of LHC II: a longer-lived component (4.1―4.7 ns) originating from fluorescence emission of Chl a, and a shorter-lived one (135―540 ps) from the rapid equilibration of singlet excitation among Chl a molecules. The time constant of excitation equilibration is 135 ps in oli- gomer, 520 ps in trimer and 540 ps in monomer. These results imply that LHC II in oligomer form is inherently able to quench Chl a excitation, a mecha- nism which may be related to the photoprotection of PS II via changing the degree of LHC II aggregation in Bryopsis corticulans.

This presentation introduces the advances inbiological nitrogen fixation research abroad, in particular,describes the great progress and achievements on itsresearch in China as follows: collection of rhizobial resources and establishment of the largest database of Rhizobium inChina, correction and development of Rhizobium taxonomy in international; discovery of a couple of nif genes,identification and unification of linkage among the nif gene operons of Klebsiella pneumoniae, finding of regulative mechanism of positive regulation nif gene and its sensitivity to oxygen, temperature; finding of the activity of nodulation gene nodD3 product in Sinorhizobium meliloti which is notcontrolled by flavonoid produced from its host alfalfa;finding of the association between expression of genes coding the products for carbon utilization and nitrogen metabolism and their regulations; chemical synthesis of nodulationfactor of Sinorhizobium meliloti; constructions of engineered nitrogen fixers and utilization in practice based on theresearch of gene expression and regulation; chemicalsimulation of the structure and function of nitrogenase and bringing forward the model of nitrogenase active center for the first time in international and synthesis of modelcompounds which were paid attention by colleagues abroad. Finally, the development of nitrogen fixation research inChina in future has been put forward, suggesting that the nifgene regulation and its role in providing crops with nitrogen element, signal transduction and molecular interactions between Rhizobium and legume, coupling between carbonand nitrogen metabolisms, nitrogen fixation andphotosynthesis, and functional genomics of nitrogen-fixing nodule symbiosis, etc., would be actively worked on.

目的探讨单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值(MHR)、血尿酸(SUA)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者预后的评估价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月1日~2020年6月30日合肥市第一人民医院血液透析中心规律透析3个月以上共215例患者的临床资料,根据临床结局是否死亡分为死亡组和生存组。比较两组间的临床指标,并计算得出MHR,采用Logistic回归分析法分析MHR以及SUA预测MHD患者全因死亡的价值。结果215例患者中有57例死亡,占26.5%。与死亡组比较,患者MHR水平更高,而SUA、血红蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、血磷水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析提示MHR、SUA是MHD患者全因死亡的独立危险因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线提示MHR≥0.46、SUA≤345.45μmol/L时,MHD死亡风险增加。结论MHR、SUA可独立于其他因素预测MHD患者全因死亡的风险,过高的MHR以及低SUA提示血液透析患者的生存预后较差。

构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)属于桑科(Moraceae)构属(Broussonetia)多年生乔木,是一种具有重要价值的多功能树种。构树叶可做蛋白饲料,树皮是造纸的优质原料,根、茎、叶、果实及种子均可入药。构树具有分布广和适应性强的特性,其有性繁殖和无性繁殖迅速,雌雄异株,严格异交,世代周期短,后代种子数量大,株型多样,基因组紧凑,易转化,表型性状和遗传多样性丰富,可以作为研究木质素和纤维素合成、黄酮类和氮代谢、异形叶形成、植物性别分化机制以及植物抗性和环境适应性进化等植物学领域重大关键问题的模式材料。该文重点阐述构树作为模式植物的主要依据,简要介绍构树的研究进展,并对今后构树的研究框架进行初步设计。
