This study focuses on comparison between Enzyme Wash and Bleach Wash (Traditional vs. Sustainable Washing Machine) the physical and color fastness to rubbing properties of denim garments. For this experiment indigo dyed cotton denim garments (trousers) were chosen which were 98% cotton and 2% spandex and processed by enzyme with the concentration of 2 g/l, and the temperature of 45°C. In another work, enzyme treated denim garments were used for bleach wash with the concentration of 2 g/l, temperature 45°C and those samples have been processed by traditional and sustainable washing machine. After completing process, the sample properties have been compared like rubbing, tearing and tensile properties. Background:Glaucoma patients undergoing phacoemulsification alone have a higher rate of refractive surprise compared to patients without *** risk is further increased with combined filtering ***,there are few and conflicting reports on the effect of combined phacoemulsification and micro-invasive glaucoma surgery(MIGS).Here,we look at refractive outcomes of glaucoma patients undergoing phacoemulsification with and without Kahook Dual Blade(KDB)***:Retrospective chart review of 385 glaucomatous eyes of 281 patients,which underwent either phacoemulsification alone(n=309)or phacoemulsification with KDB goniotomy(n=76,phaco-KDB)at the University of *** main outcome was refractive surprise defined as the difference in target and postoperative refraction spherical equivalent greater than±0.5 Diopter(D).Results:Refractive surprise greater than±0.5 D occurred in 26.3%of eyes in the phaco-KDB group and 36.2%in the phacoemulsification group(p=0.11).Refractive surprise greater than±1.0 D occurred in 6.6%for the phacoKDB group and 9.7%for the phacoemulsification group(p=0.08).There was no significant difference in risk of refractive surprise when pre-operative IOP,axial length,keratometry or performance of KDB goniotomy were assessed in univariate ***:There was no difference between refractive outcomes of glaucomatous patients undergoing phacoemulsification with or without KDB goniotomy.

Objective: The current study evaluated various new colchicine analogs for their anticancer activity and to study the primary mechanism of apoptosis and in vivo antitumor activity of the analogs with selective anticancer properties and minimal toxicity to normal ***: Sulforhodamine B(SRB) assay was used to screen various colchicine analogs for their in vitro cytotoxicity. The effect of N-[(7S)-1,2,3-trimethoxy-9-oxo-10-(pyrrolidine-1-yl)5,6,7,9-tetrahydrobenzo[a] heptalene-7-yl] acetamide(ⅢM-067) on clonogenicity, apoptotic induction, and invasiveness of A549 cells was determined using a clonogenic assay, scratch assay, and staining with 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI) and annexin V/propidium iodide. Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) levels were observed using fluorescence microscopy. Western blot analysis was used to quantify expression of proteins involved in apoptosis, cell cycle, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) signaling. Pharmacokinetic and in vivo efficacy studies against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) and Ehrlich solid tumor models were conducted using Swiss albino ***: ⅢM-067 showed potent cytotoxicity and better selectivity than all other colchicine analogs screened in this study. The selective activity of ⅢM-067 toward A549 cells was higher among other cancer cell lines,with a selectivity index(SI) value of 2.28. ⅢM-067 demonstrated concentration-and time-dependent cytotoxicity against A549 cells with half-maximal inhibitory concentration values of 0.207, 0.150 and0.106 μmol/l at 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. It also had reduced toxicity to normal cells(SI > 1) than the parent compound colchicine(SI = 1). ⅢM-067 reduced the clonogenic ability of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. ⅢM-067 enhanced ROS production from 24.6% at 0.05 μmol/l to 82.1% at 0.4 μmol/l and substantially decreased the MMP(100% in control to 5.6% at 0.4 μmol

以10个不同基因型黄瓜为试材进行游离小孢子培养,通过对成胚条件的系统研究,从‘7447’和‘Poinsett97’中获得了子叶形胚和再生植株。研究结果表明:基因型和小孢子发育时期是限制黄瓜游离小孢子成胚的关键因子。不同品种间胚状体产量差异显著,每皿产胚1.5～33.4个。单核靠边期是进行黄瓜游离小孢子培养的最佳时期。低温预处理有利于胚状体的诱导,4℃预处理2～4d为宜,以处理2d的胚状体产量最高。外源激素在诱导胚状体时并非必需,但低浓度外源激素(0.5mg.l-12,4-D、0.2mg.l-16-BA)能促进小孢子成胚。NlN和B5两种基础培养基在诱导胚状体上无显著差异。子叶形胚易分化成苗,而其它类型的胚状体未能获得再生植株。

The effect of mycorrhizal symbiosis on metal accumulation and plant tolerance are not commonly studied in medicinal plants under metal stress. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of mycorrhiza on alfalfa plants with the increase of Zn and Cd toxicity. The experiment was conducted under controlled laboratory conditions. Zinc (Zn) and cadmium (Cd) uptake, some biochemical and physiological parameters were studied in eight-week-old alfalfa plants in response to inoculation or not with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and with the increase of Zn (0, 100, 300, 900 mg·kg-1) and Cd concentrations (0, 100, 300, 600 mg·kg-1) in soil. The results showed that mycorrhizal (M) plants exhibited tolerance to Zn and Cd up to 300 mg·kg-1 in comparison to non-mycorrhizal (NM) plants which exhibited a significant growth reduction at the same soil Zn and Cd level. M inoculation reduced the Zn and Cd accumulation in shoot and showed higher Zn and Cd contents in roots which showed a different Zn and Cd distribution in AMF associated or non-associated plants. Mycorrhizal plants increased phosphorus (P) contents at all Zn and Cd concentrations except the highest (600 and 900 mg·kg-1) leading significant alterations in biochemical contents such as proline, antioxidant enzymes in leaves and also in nutrients (N, P, K, Cu, Ni, Fe, Mn). Zn and cadmium toxicity cause to increase the proline content in shoot of NM plants, however, proline contents are lower in M plants. Results confirmed that AMF protected alfalfa plants against Zn and Cd toxicity. Mycorrhizal colonization was able to form an efficient symbiosis with alfalfa plants in moderately contaminated Zn and Cd soils (300 mg·kg-1) and play an important role in food quality and safety.

在生物医学、汽车、航空航天、半导体和电子器件领域,微系统都起到了重要作用。电火花加工(electric discharge machining,简称EDM)能够在任何导电材料上产生微观结构,而不用考虑它材料的特性。然而,工具电极的磨损却一直是阻碍着微细电火花加工在实际工业领域应用的一大壁垒。为了改善电极的损耗,本研究提出了一种由芯部和包层组成的复合电极。采用田口法设计了锌铜复合电极的实验基体。为了探讨电参数对组合刀具形状的影响,选择了四种不同的峰值电流和脉冲宽度。同时,对铜镀层厚度、锌芯板厚度、芯板与镀层之间的间隙等非电参数选择了两种不同的水平。根据参数的数量和相应的级别使用l16的正交数组。每次试验重复三次,以消除数据的不确定性。因此,共进行了48次试验,并仔细记录了每次实验的响应数据。数据分析采用田口分析、方差分析等统计工具。结果表明,除脉宽外,其它电参数对复合电极的侧磨损均有显著影响。而磨损长度之间的差异并不取决于堆芯包层板之间的间隙。因此,在铜作为芯材和包层材料的情况下,对芯包层板间距、包层板厚度和包层板厚度进行了多层次的单因素实验。在单因素实验中,利用方差分析模型只研究了一个因素,并比较了不同水平的响应均值。结果表明,减小板间间隙可显著降低侧面磨损,但对磨损长度的差异无影响。降低覆层板的厚度可以降低侧磨,但其最佳值取决于芯材的厚度和材质。此外,使用铜锌复合电极时,侧面的磨损将进一步降低。因此,使用这种类型的组合电极,并且使得极板之间的间隙尽可能地缩小,那么电极的侧面磨损在微观水平上会得到显著降低,能极大地降低成本。

[目的]研究6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂对芒果树的保花、保果效果。[方法]用不同质量分数(24、30、40、60 mg/kg)的6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂在芒果树开花初期及幼果橄榄大小时分别对芒果树进行喷药处理,并测定与产量、品质等性状相关的指标。[结果]与对照相比,喷施6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂的芒果树的单株产量增加了64.1%~87.5%,芒果果肉的可溶性物含量增加了6.86%~8.88%,可滴定酸含量下降了12.6%~16.6%,维生素C含量增加了14.19%~14.93%,含糖量增加了15.2%~24.9%,以上数据表明6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂对芒果产量及果实品质有显著的提高和改善作用。[结论]当药液质量分数达到40 mg/kg时,各项指标均达到较高水平,且与最大值均无显著差异,建议喷施的适宜剂量为30~40 mg/kg。
