BACKGROUND Perianal fistulising Crohn's disease(PFCD)and glandular anal fistula have many similarities on conventional magnetic resonance ***,many patients with PFCD show concomitant active proctitis,but only few patients with glandular anal fistula have active *** To explore the value of differential diagnosis of PFCD and glandular anal fistula by comparing the textural feature parameters of the rectum and anal canal in fat suppression T2-weighted imaging(FS-T2WI).METHODS Patients with rectal water sac implantation were screened from the first part of this study(48 patients with PFCD and 22 patients with glandular anal fistula).Open-source software ITK-SNAP(Version 3.6.0,http://***/)was used to delineate the region of interest(ROI)of the entire rectum and anal canal wall on every axial section,and then the ROIs were input in the Analysis Kit software(version V3.0.0.R,GE Healthcare)to calculate the textural feature *** feature parameter differences of the rectum and anal canal wall between the PFCD group vs the glandular anal fistula group were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U *** redundant textural parameters were screened by bivariate Spearman correlation analysis,and binary logistic regression analysis was used to establish the model of textural feature ***,diagnostic accuracy was assessed by receiver operating characteristic-area under the curve(AUC)*** In all,385 textural parameters were obtained,including 37 parameters with statistically significant differences between the PFCD and glandular anal fistula ***,16 texture feature parameters remained after bivariate Spearman correlation analysis,including one histogram parameter(Histogram energy);four grey level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)parameters(GLCM energy_all direction_offset1_SD,GLCM entropy_all direction_offset4_SD,GLCM entropy_all direction_offset7_SD,and Haralick correlation_all direction_offset7_SD);four texture param

Association Between Polymorphisms of DNA Repair Gene XRCC1 and DNA Damage in Asbestos-Exposed Workers

Objective To compare the asbestos-induced DNA damage and repair capacities of DNA damage between 104 asbestosexposed workers and 101 control workers in Qingdao City of China and to investigate the possible association between polymorphisms in codon 399 of XRCC1 and susceptibility to asbestosis. Methods DNA damage levels in peripheral blood lymphocytes were determined by comet assay, and XRCC1 genetic polymorphisms of DNA samples from 51 asbestosis cases and 53 non-asbestosis workers with a similar asbestos exposure history were analyzed by PCR/RFLP. Results The basal comet scores （3.95±2.95） were significantly higher in asbestos-exposed workers than in control workers （0.10±0.28）. After 1 h H2O2 stimulation, DNA damage of lymphocytes exhibited different increases. After a 4 h repair period, the comet scores were 50.98±19.53 in asbestos-exposed workers and 18.32±12.04 in controls. The residual DNA damage （RD） was significantly greater （P〈0.01） in asbestos-exposed workers （35.62%） than in controls （27.75%）. XRCC1 genetic polymorphism in 104 asbestos-exposed workers was not associated with increased risk of asbestosis. But compared with polymorphisms in the DNA repair gene XRCC1 （polymorphisms in codon 399） and the DNA damage induced by asbestos, the comet scores in asbestosis cases with Gin/Gin, Gln/Arg, and Arg/Arg were 40.26±18.94, 38.03±28.22, and 32.01±11.65, respectively, which were higher than those in non-asbestosis workers with the same genotypes （25.58±11.08, 37.08±14.74, and 29.38±10.15）. There were significant differences in the comet scores between asbestosis cases and non-asbestosis workers with Gin/Gin by Student＇s t-test （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. The comet scores were higher in asbestosis workers with Gin/Gin than in those with Arg/Arg and in non-asbestosis workers exposed to asbestos, but without statistically significant difference. The effects of exercise interventions on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents:a meta-analysis

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is a crucial neurotrophic factor that plays a significant role in brain health. Although the vast majority of meta-analyses have confirmed that exercise interventions can increase brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents, the effects of specific types of exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels are still controversial. To address this issue, we used meta-analytic methods to quantitatively evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant studies. Our goals were to formulate general conclusions regarding the use of exercise interventions, explore the physiological mechanisms by which exercise improves brain health and cognitive ability in children and adolescents, and provide a reliable foundation for follow-up research. We used the Pub Med, Web of Science, Science Direct, Springer, Wiley Online Library, weipu, Wanfang, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases to search for randomized controlled trials examining the influences of exercise interventions on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents. The extracted data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.3. According to the inclusion criteria, we assessed randomized controlled trials in which the samples were mainly children and adolescents, and the outcome indicators were measured before and after the intervention. We excluded animal experiments, studies that lacked a control group, and those that did not report quantitative results. The mean difference(MD;before versus after intervention) was used to evaluate the effect of exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents. Overall, 531 participants(60 children and 471 adolescents, 10.9–16.1 years) were included from 13 randomized controlled trials. Heterogeneity was evaluated using the Q statistic and I^(2) test provided by Review Manager software. The meta-analysis showed that there was no heterogeneity among the studies(P = 0.67,

Collaborative Trajectory Planning for Stereoscopic Agricultural Multi-UAVs Driven by the Aquila Optimizer

Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.

We adopted the solution impregnation route with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution as liquid medium for effective surface modification on graphite *** mass ratio of graphite to Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) changed from 0.5:1 to 4:1,and the impregnation time changed from 1 to 7 *** typical composite phase change thermal storage materials doped with the as-treated graphite were fabricated using form-stable *** investigate the oxidation and anti-oxidation behavior of the impregnated graphite at high temperatures,the samples were put into a muffle furnace for a cyclic heat *** on SEM,EDS,DSC techniques,analyses on the impregnated technique suggested an optimized processing conditions of a 3 h impregnation time with the ratio of graphite:Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) as 1:3 for graphite impregnation *** investigations on high-temperature phase change heat storage materials doped by the treated graphite suggested excellent oxidation resistance and thermal cycling performance.
