Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi inoculation on arsenic accumulation by tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.)

A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal （AM） fungi （from contaminated or uncontaminated soils） on arsenic （As） uptake of tobacco （Nicotiana tabacurn L.） in As-contaminated soil. Mycorrhizal colonization rate, dry weight, As and P uptake by plants, concentrations of water-extractable As and As fractions were determined. A low mycorrhizal colonization rate （〈 25%） was detected. Our research indicated that AM fungi isolated from polluted soils were no more effective than those from unpolluted soils when grown in symbiosis with tobacco. No significant differences were observed in roots and stalks dry weights among all treatments. Leaves and total plant dry weights were much higher in Glomus versiforme treatment than that in control treatment. As contents in roots and stalks from mycorrhizal treatments were much lower than that from control treatment. Total plant As content exhibited the same trend. P concentrations in tobacco were not affected by colonization, nor were stalks, leaves and total plant P contents. Roots P contents were remarkably lower in HN treatments than in other treatments. Meanwhile, decreased soil pH and lower water-extractable As concentrations and higher levels of As fraction bound to well-crystallized hydrous oxides of Fe and AI were found in mycorrhizal treatments than in controls. The protective effect of mycorrhiza against plant As uptake may be associated with changes in As solubility mediated by changing soil pH. These results indicated that under As stress, proper mechanisms employed by AM fungi can protect tobacco against As uptake. Results confirmed that AM fungi can play an important role in food quality and safety.

Light spectrum preference of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) under different hunger levels

In order to improve the light welfare of Nile tilapia in aquaculture,the influence of hunger level on light spectrum preference of Nile tilapia was explored in this *** whole experiment was based on the emptying of the gastrointestinal contents,and carried out under the controlled laboratory *** light spectrum preference was assessed by counting the head location of fish in each experimental tank,which containing seven compartments(i.e.,red,blue,white,yellow,black,green and public area).t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding(t-SNE)was adopted to visualize the hunger level-based dynamic preference on light spectrum in two-dimensional *** to the clustering results,significant differences in light spectrum preferences of Nile tilapia,under the different hunger levels,were *** addition,the average visit frequency in green compartment was significantly lower than that in other color compartments throughout the whole experiment,and the total visit frequency in red compartment was relatively higher during the whole experiment.

饲料添加剂样品经盐酸消解后,以80g·L^(-1)二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠溶液(DDTCNa)溶液为络合剂,以50g·L^(-1)氰化钾溶液为掩蔽剂,经四氯化碳萃取,以氙灯为光源,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中痕量铅和镉。铅和镉的质量分数在一定范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)依次为100,50μg·kg^(-1)。方法用于饲料添加剂样品的分析,加标回收率为93.0%~96.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~3.8%。

采用一种成分可调的水泥系土壤固化剂对太湖清淤工程的3种代表性淤泥质土(HH-4、HH-10、LM-2)进行了固化试验,以研究太湖淤泥固化后用于路基填筑的可行性,确定固化剂各组分的质量分数,掺入固化剂的最佳质量分数以及固化土的强度变化特性。结果表明:当固化剂质量分数为6%时,3种固化土均能满足路堤填料的规范要求,但加固HH-10土样时,需要提高固化剂中A、D、F组分的质量分数。由于土样颗粒级配和化学成分的不同,HH-4固化土具有较高的早期强度,LM-2固化土具有较高的后期强度。疏浚淤泥固化并用于路基填筑,避免了淤泥的长期占地堆放,既减少了环境污染,又保护了土地资源,经济和社会效益显著。

目的采用文献计量学方法分析骨科患者围手术期加速康复外科应用领域研究情况。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普网建库至2023年5月31日收录的骨科患者围手术期加速康复外科应用研究文献。采用COOC 12.6软件进行数据合并、去重,统计年度发文数量、作者发文量、期刊发文量,构建关键词逐年柱状图、关键词突现模型,对关键词进行社区聚类分析,构建作者及研究机构共现矩阵,利用COOC 12.6软件以及VOS viewer 1.6.13软件进行可视化。结果纳入文献1219篇,近年来发文量呈平稳上升趋势,主要发表于医药卫生科技领域。关键词形成6个聚类,高龄患者、骨科围手术期并发症和患者远期生活质量是该领域新的研究热点。重要学者包括李庭、吴新宝、邱贵兴、李佩芳等,主要研究机构为北京积水潭医院、四川大学华西医院、北京大学第三医院等。结论骨科患者围手术期加速康复外科应用研究发展平稳,但该研究领域研究团队较为固定且单一,前沿领域有待进一步挖掘和发展。

From the perspective of resource-theoretic approach,this study explores the quantification of imaginary in quantum *** propose a well defined measure of imaginarity,the geometric-like measure of *** with the usual geometric imaginarity measure,this geometric-like measure of imaginarity exhibits smaller decay difference under quantum noisy channels and higher *** applications,we show that both the optimal probability of state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations,and the maximal probability of stochastic-approximate state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations with a given fidelity f,are given by the geometric-like measure of imaginarity.

The standard model of modern cosmology might be cracked by the recent persistent hot debate on the Hubble-constant(H_(0))tension,which manifests itself as the sound-horizon(r_(s))tension or absolute-magnitude(M_(B))tension if deeming the origin of the Hubble tension from modifying the early or late Universe,*** this study,we achieve a fully model-independent constraint(fitting a model-independent global parameterization to a model-independent inverse distant ladder with a modelindependent high-redshift calibration)on late-time models with strong evidence against homogeneous new physics over theΛ-cold-dark-matter(ΛCDM)*** using this model-independent constraint to calibrate sufficiently local supernovae with corresponding late-time models extrapolated below the homogeneity scale,we find surprisingly that,although both H_(0)tension and MB tension are absent in our local Universe,a combination of H_(0)and M_(B)as the intercept a B of the magnitude-redshift relation exhibits 3~7σtension even for theΛCDM *** aBtension seems to call for local-scale inhomogeneous new physics disguised as local observational systematics.
