动植物标本数字化是实验教学中标本制作的重要环节,也是标本馆管理的重要手段,可应用于标本数据共享和科普宣教。基于Vue+Java、二维码识别技术,实验室建设了湿地动植物标本信息系统。系统包括标本信息管理和系统管理两个模块,需要学生依据所采集的实物标本编辑信息,教师可进行标本信息修正和人员管理。通过标本数字化实验教学,有助于学生准确、全面地理解专业知识,提高学生实践操作能力,亦使湿地动植物标本馆易于管理和应用。

Formaldehyde is a pollutant that significantly affects the indoor air ***,conventional remediation approaches can be challenging to deal with low-concentration formaldehyde in an indoor *** this study,Photocatalysts of Ag/graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))/Ni with 3D reticulated coral structure were prepared by thermal polymerization and liquid phase photo-deposition,using nickel foam(NF)as the *** demonstrated that when the Ag concentration was 3%,and the relative humidity was 60%,the Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)showed the maximum degradation rate of formaldehyde at 90.19%under visible light irradiation,and the formaldehyde concentration after degradation was lower than the Hygienic standard stated by the Chinese *** porous structure of Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)and the formation of Schottky junctions promoted the Adsorption efficiency and degradation of formaldehyde,while the nickel foam carrier effectively promoted the desorption of degradation ***,the degradation rate was only reduced by3.4%after 16 recycles,the three-dimensional porous structure extended the lifetime of the *** study provides a new strategy for the degradation of indoor formaldehyde at low concentrations.

Hexanol is a major compound contributing to the off-flavors(the bean-like odor)of soybean derived *** most effective way to reduce the off-flavors of soymilk is the screening and utilization of soybean cultivars with improved hexanol ***,no genome-wide genetic analysis for this particular trait has been conducted to *** objective of the present study was to dissect the genetic basis of hexanol content in soybean seed through genome-wide association analysis(GWAS).A total of 105 soybean accessions were analyzed for hexanol content in a three-year experiments and genotyped by sequencing using the specific locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq)approach.A total of 25 724 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were obtained with minor allele frequencies(MAF)>5%.GWAS showed that 25 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTNs)were significantly associated with the hexanol concentration in soybean *** identified QTNs distributed on different genomic regions of the 15 chromosomes.A total of 91 genes were predicted as candidate genes underlying the seed hexanol level and six candidates were predicted possibly underlying the seed hexanol by gene based *** this study,GWAS has been proven to be an effective way to dissect the genetic basis of the hexanol concentration in multiple genetic *** identified beneficial alleles and candidate genes might be valuable for the improvement of marker-assisted breeding efficiency for low hexanol level and help to explore possible molecular mechanisms underlying hexanol content in soybean seed.

Composite Li metal anodes based on three-dimensional(3D) porous frameworks have been considered as an effective material for achieving stable Li metal batteries with high energy ***,uneven Li deposition behavior still occurs at the top of 3D frameworks owing to the local accumulation of Li *** promote uniform Li deposition without top dendrite growth,herein,a layered multifunctional framework based on oxidation-treated polyacrylonitrile(OPAN) and metal-organic framework(MOF) derivatives was proposed for rationally regulating the distribution of Li ions flux,nucleation sites,and electrical *** from these merits,the OPAN/carbon nano fiber-MOF(CMOF) composite framework demonstrated a reversible Li plating/stripping behavior for 500 cycles with a stable Coulombic efficiency of around 99.0% at the current density of 2 mA/cm~***,such a Li composite anode exhibited a superior cycle lifespan of over 1300 h under a low polarized voltage of 18 mV in symmetrical *** the Li composite anode was paired with LiFePO_(4)(LFP) cathode,the obtained full cell exhibited a stable cycling over 500 ***,the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation was conducted to reveal the effects on homogeneous Li ions distribution derived from the above-mentioned OPAN/CMOF framework and electrical insulation/conduction *** electrochemical and simulated results shed light on the difficulties of designing stable and safe Li metal anode via optimizing the 3D frameworks.

In this paper,with(Σ,g)being a closed Riemann surface,we analyze the possible concentration behavior of a heat flow related to the Trudinger–Moser *** obtain a long time existence for the *** along some sequence of times t_(k)→+∞,we can deduce the convergence of the flow in H2(Σ).Furthermore,the limit function is a critical point of the Trudinger–Moser functional under certain constraint.

Studying the system state of coexistence regions will peek into to reveal microscopic interactions between different phases of a thermodynamic ***,there is no effective method to study thermodynamic nature of the coexistence black hole regions for the failure of the equation of *** at these coexistence states,in this work,we develop a general approach by introducing two new ratio *** first one is the ratio of the horizon radii of the saturated coexistence small and large black holes,and the second one measures that of the small black hole molecule number to the total molecule *** demonstrate that the first parameter can serve as an order parameter to characterize the first-order phase *** study also shows that the black hole state in the coexistence region is uniquely determined by these two introduced parameters bounded between 0 and *** results are quite significant in the analytical study of phase transition and the microscopic nature of black hole in the coexistence regions.

This work explores a family of two-block nonconvex optimization problems subject to linear *** first introduce a simple but universal Bregman-style improved alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)based on the iteration framework of ADMM and the Bregman ***,we utilize the smooth performance of one of the components to develop a linearized version of *** to the traditional ADMM,both proposed methods integrate a convex combination strategy into the multiplier update *** each proposed method,we demonstrate the convergence of the entire iteration sequence to a unique critical point of the augmented Lagrangian function utilizing the powerful Kurdyka–Łojasiewicz property,and we also derive convergence rates for both the sequence of merit function values and the iteration ***,some numerical results show that the proposed methods are effective and encouraging for the Lasso model.
