The P^(+)a-SiC:H/N^(+)poly-Si solar cell is simulated by an AMPS-1D device simulator to characterize the new thin film polycrystalline-silicon solar *** order to analyze the characteristics of the device,the thickness,working temperature,and impurity concentration for the N^(+)polysilicon layer are *** results show that the performance of the cells shows little change when the thickness of N^(+)polysilicon varies from 10 to 30μ*** is concluded that the P^(+)a-SiC:H/N^(+)poly-Si solar cell has the highest performance with high open circuit voltages(V_(oc))of 1.31 V,high conversion efficiency of 17.363%and high fill factor of ***,the P^(+)a-SiC:H/N^(+)poly-Si solar cell has promising future applications.

By optimizing the separation and analytical conditions, a reliable, simple and accurate high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method coupled with ultraviolet（UV） and evaporative light scattering detector（ELSD） was developed for the simultaneous determination of lactones and flavonoid, that is, bilobalide, ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B, and rutin, in more than 10 batches of Ginkgo biloba tablets from different pharmaceutical companies. The method could also be applied to fingerprint research, for a more general evaluation of the quality of this preparation. The separation of the components was achieved on a Hanbon C18 column with gradient elution using water and methanol containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid（TFA）. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow-rate of the mobile phase was 0.6 mL/min. The drift tube temperature of the ELSD was set at 100 ℃, and the nitrogen flow-rate was 2 L/min. Good linear relationships were shown with correlation coefficients for analytes exceeding 0.9913. The limits of detection（LODs, S/N=3） and the limits of quantitation（LOQs, S/N=10） were 0.00887-0.0508 μg/μL and 0.0171- 0.0636 μg/μL, respectively, on the column. The relative standard deviations（RSD） of the analytes were less than 3.61% for intraday and 3.70% for interday, respectively. The average recovery rates obtained were in the range of （97.3±4.3）% to （101.9±3.1）% for all the compounds. The results of quantitative and fingerprint analysis proved that the contents of the components were totally similar in the preparation of Ginkgo biloba tablets from the same pharmaceutical company; whereas, they varied significantly in the preparations of Ginkgo biloba tablets from different companies.

Diamond nucleation and growth on a LaAlO_(3) single crystal substrate,whose lattice mismatch with diamond is only 7.2%at high temperature,were investigated for the first *** an insulating substrate,a nucleation density of more than 108 cm_(-2) was achieved on ultrasonically cleaned wafers.A free-standing diamond film was obtained for 65 h growth and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Raman and x-ray photoelectron *** results show that LaAIO3 single crystal is a good candidate substrate for diamond film growth.

Most researches associated with target encircling control are focused on moving along a circular orbit under an ideal environment free from external ***,elliptical encirclement with a time-varying observation radius,may permit a more flexible and high-efficacy enclosing solution,whilst the non-orthogonal property between axial and tangential speed components,non-ignorable environmental perturbations,and strict assignment requirements empower elliptical encircling control to be more challenging,and the relevant investigations are still *** this line,an appointed-time elliptical encircling control rule capable of reinforcing circumnavigation performances is developed to enable Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)to move along a specified elliptical path within a predetermined reaching *** remarkable merits of the designed strategy are that the relative distance controlling error can be guaranteed to evolve within specified regions with a designer-specified convergence ***,wind perturbations can be online counteracted based on an unknown system dynamics estimator(USDE)with only one regulating parameter and high computational *** tool demonstrates that all involved error variables are ultimately limited,and simulations are implemented to confirm the usability of the suggested control algorithm.

To promote charge transfer and separation for efficient photocatalysis,a direct Z-scheme heterostructure was constructed by coupling polymeric carbon nitride(PCN) and WO_(3).Interestingly,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)Z-scheme heterostructure could photocataly tic ally produce hydrogen and value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate) by reforming of plastic polylactic acid(PLA) in alkaline aqueous *** optimizing WO_(3) contents and reaction conditions,the obtained PCN/WO_(3)heterostructure exhibits much increased photocatalytic activity for PLA photoreforming under visible light,with hydrogen evolution rate reaching 402.90 μmol·g~(-1)·h~(-1),which is 3.5 times that of *** is revealed that the Z-scheme charge transfer between PCN and WO_(3) mainly contributes to the promoted charge separation and thus the improved photocatalytic ***,with h+and·OH experimentally evidenced as the predominant active species,a possible reaction pathway for the reforming of PLA into value-added chemicals(e.g.,formate and acetate)over PCN/WO_(3) Z-scheme heterostructure is cleared by monitoring the reaction intermediates and *** work paves a carbon neutrality and scalable route toward the synergistical production of hydrogen and value-added chemicals by utilizing and recycling plastic waste.

Flexoelectricity is a two-way coupling effect between the strain gradient and electric field that exists in all dielectrics,regardless of point group ***,the high-order derivatives of displacements involved in the strain gradient pose challenges in solving electromechanical coupling problems incorporating the flexoelectric *** this study,we formulate a phase-field model for ferroelectric materials considering the flexoelectric effect.A four-node quadrilateral element with 20 degrees of freedom is constructed without introducing high-order shape *** microstructure evolution of domains is described by an independent order parameter,namely the spontaneous polarization governed by the time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau *** model is developed based on a thermodynamic framework,in which a set of microforces is introduced to construct the constitutive relation and evolution *** the flexoelectric part of electric enthalpy,the strain gradient is determined by interpolating the mechanical strain at the node via the values of Gaussian integration points in the isoparametric *** model is shown to be capable of reproducing the classic analytical solution of dielectric materials incorporating the flexoelectric *** model is verified by duplicating some typical phenomena in flexoelectricity in cylindrical tubes and truncated pyramids.A comparison is made between the polarization distribution in dielectrics and *** model can reproduce the solution to the boundary value problem of the cylindrical flexoelectric tube,and demonstrate domain twisting at domain walls in ferroelectrics considering the flexoelectric effect.

Influence of vibration on the lubrication effect of a splash-lubricated gearbox

In this study,we investigate the effect of rail vibrations on the lubrication and efficiency of a splash-lubricated gearbox;specifically,the gearbox of a rail-transit vehicle.A high-fidelity 3D numerical model of the gearbox in a moving reference system is described,as well as computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations of the gearbox with different vibration *** effects of rotational speed,oil-immersion depth,and different oil-injection volume rates on lubrication and efficiency are *** propose a method of evaluating the internal lubrication condition of a splash-lubricated gearbox and quantitatively compare the effects of different operating parameters on lubrication and ***,our experiment to verify the feasibility of the simulation method is *** results show that with vibration,the churning loss and oil supply for the bearings are significantly higher than those under static *** addition,among different vibrational directions,lateral vibration has the greatest influence on the lubrication condition and efficiency of the *** the studied railway-vehicle gearbox,the best lubrication condition is achieved at a rotational speed of 1600 r/min and an oil-immersion depth of two times the tooth height(***).Rotational speed is the operating parameter that has the most significant effect on the lubrication and efficiencyofthegearbox.
