Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

Plants of Artemisia annua produce artemisinin, a sesquiterpene lactone widely used in malaria treatment. Amorpha-4,11-diene synthase （ADS）, a sesquiterpene synthase, and CYP71AV1, a P450 monooxygenase, are two key enzymes of the artemisinin biosynthesis pathway. Accumulation of artemisinin can be induced by the phytohormone jasmonate （JA）. Here, we report the characterization of two JA-responsive AP2 family transcription factors-AaERF1 and AaERF2-from A. annua L. Both genes were highly expressed in inflorescences and strongly induced by JA. Yeast one- hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assay （EMSA） showed that they were able to bind to the CRTDREHVCBF2 （CBF2） and RAVlAAT （RAA） motifs present in both ADS and CYP71AV1 promoters. Transient expression of either AaERF1 or AaERF2 in tobacco induced the promoter activities of ADS or CYP71AV1, and the transgenic A. annua plants overexpressing either transcription factor showed elevated transcript levels of both ADS and CYP71AV1, resulting in increased accumulation of artemisinin and artemisinic acid. By contrast, the contents of these two metabolites were reduced in the RNAi transgenic lines in which expression of AaERF1 or AaERF2 was suppressed. These results demonstrate that AaERF1 and AaERF2 are two positive regulators of artemisinin biosynthesis and are of great value in genetic engineering of arte- misinin production.

Plant growth requires cell wall extension. The cotton AtRD22-Like I gene GhRDL1, predominately expressed in elongating fiber cells, encodes a BURP domain-containing protein. Here, we show that GhRDL1 is localized in cell wall and interacts with GhEXPA1, an α-expansin functioning in wall loosening. Transgenic cotton overexpressing GhRDL1 showed an increase in fiber length and seed mass, and an enlargement of endopleura cells of ovules. Expression of either GhRDL1 or GhEXPA1 alone in Arabidopsis led to a substantial increase in seed size; interestingly, their co-expression resulted in the increased number of siliques, the nearly doubled seed mass, and the enhanced biomass production. Cotton plants overexpressing GhRDL1 and GhEXPA1 proteins produced strikingly more fruits （bolls）, leading to up to 40% higher fiber yield per plant without adverse effects on fiber quality and vegetative growth. We demonstrate that engineering cell wall protein partners has a great potential in promoting plant growth and crop yield.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

目的了解我国住院极早产儿(very preterm infant,VPI)宫外生长迟缓(extrauterine growth restriction,EUGR)的发生率及影响因素。方法采用多中心前瞻性调查研究方法,纳入2019年9月至2020年12月我国7个地区28家医院新生儿科的2514例VPI... 详细信息

目的了解我国住院极早产儿(very preterm infant,VPI)宫外生长迟缓(extrauterine growth restriction,EUGR)的发生率及影响因素。方法采用多中心前瞻性调查研究方法,纳入2019年9月至2020年12月我国7个地区28家医院新生儿科的2514例VPI临床资料,根据纠正胎龄36周或出院时的体重评估是否发生EUGR,分成EUGR组(n=1189)和非EUGR组(n=1325)。比较两组VPI的临床特征,探讨EUGR的发生情况及相关因素。结果以体重评价,EUGR的发生率为47.30%(1189/2514)。多因素logistic结果显示,恢复出生体重后平均体重增长速率快和住院第1周累计热卡高是EUGR的保护因素(P<0.05),小于胎龄儿、达全肠内营养所需时间长、累计禁食时间长、开始添加母乳强化剂时的母乳量少及达到全强化的所需时间长、中-重度支气管肺发育不良是EUGR发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论尽早达全肠内营养,及时强化母乳喂养,增加生后第1周的热卡摄入,提高体重增长速率,以及防治中-重度支气管肺发育不良对降低VPI EUGR的发生率至关重要。

为更好地防控新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)医院感染,保障医疗机构医务人员及其他工作人员的安全,合理使用个人防护用品,中华预防医学会医院感染控制分会、中国医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会、中国感染控制杂志编辑委员会组织国内专家(包括赴武汉抗疫一线的部分专家)共同制定本共识。本共识主要适用于同时收治新冠肺炎患者和普通患者的医疗机构;指导疫情期间医疗机构一线医务人员合理有效利用防护用品,同时也覆盖了几乎所有非一线医务人员及其他工作人员的防护用品使用。本共识通过评估医疗机构工作人员新冠肺炎暴露的风险,根据暴露风险来确定不同区域不同岗位工作人员的个人防护标准。本共识主要内容还包括:个人防护用品介绍及适用范围,三级防护穿脱流程,个人防护用品异常的防范与应急处理,新型冠状病毒肺炎职业暴露处置流程。同时,本共识特别强调,要合理进行新冠疫情期间医疗机构区域划分,以及重点分诊岗位安排有经验的感染科或呼吸科医生参与分诊,这些是风险评估的前提要求;在选择个人防护用品时,既要防止防护不足,又要避免滥用与过度使用,以保障工作人员安全为前提,预防新冠肺炎医院感染。
