A thermodynamic model for predicting the equilibrium oxygens of 304 stainless steel was developed based on the theory of slag-steel equilibrium,the law of mass conservation,and the ion and molecule coexistence *** the developed model,the Fe-Cr-Mn-Si-Al-S-O-melts reaction system and CaO-MgO-CaF_(2)-FeO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr2O_(3)slags were *** oxygen contents calculated by the model are in good agreement with experimental results and reference *** equilibrium oxygen contents in 304 stainless steel mainly decrease with increasing binary basicity(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)),where w(i)is the mass percentage of component i)and decreasing *** binary basicity at 2.0 while maintaining temperatures lower than 1823 K will keep the oxygen contents in the 304 stainless steel lower than 15×10^(-6).The equilibrium oxygen contents may also be decreased with increasing content of MgO in slags,which is more significant at lower binary ***,a small amount of FeO,MnO,and Al_(2)O_(3)(about 0-2.5 wt.%)in slags has little effect on equilibrium oxygen ***,it is found that the[C]-[O]reaction may occur during refining process but will not significantly affect the equilibrium oxygen contents.

In order to avoid the formation ofηphase(W_(6)Co_(6)C or W_(3)Co_(3)C)that adversely affects the sintering process and its products in the preparation process of ultra-fine WC-Co powder,a technical route of prereduction of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)to WO_(2)-Co and then deep reduction ca.bonization to WC-Co powder has been *** study mainly investigates the influence of gas partial pressure on the pre-reduction process of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)under a mixed atmosphere of H_(2)-C_(2)H_(4)-Ar at 600℃and establishes the kinetic equations of pre-reduction and ca.bon *** results indicate that increasing the partial pressure of hydrogen is conducive to the rapid and complete conversion of WO_(3) to WO_(2).High ca.bon content can be generated by the deposition of C_(2)H_(4),and it hinders the diffusion of the reducing gas;WO_(3)still cannot be completely reduced to WO_(2)as the partial pressure of C_(2)H_(4) increases to 60%.For the ca.bon evolution of C_(2)H_(4),the ca.bon amount is positively related to the H_(2)partial pressure,but it shows the highest amount and evolution rate when the ethylene partial pressure is 20%.based on the reduction rate curves of WO_(3) and ca.bon evolution rate curves of C_(2)H_(4),the rate equations of pre-reduction and ca.bon evolution of WO_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4)system at 600℃are *** pre-reduction reaction belongs to the first-order reaction,and its equation is expressed as follows:r=-(dw_(WO_(3)))/dt=(9±0.15)×10^(-2)×P_(H_(2))^(0.44)P_(C_(2)H_(4))&(0.57)The ca.bon deposition rate equation of C_(2)H_(4) can be expressed as follows:r=-(dc_C)/dt=r_f-r_b≌7.35×10^(-2)×P_(C_(2)H_(4))^(0.31)

In this paper, the authors consider an approximation to the isentropic planar Magneto-hydrodynamics(MHD for short) equations by a kind of relaxed Euler-type system. The approximation is based on the generalization of the Maxwell law for nonNewtonian fluids together with the Maxwell correction for the Ampe`re law, hence the approximate system becomes a first-order quasilinear symmetrizable hyperbolic systems with partial dissipation. They establish the global-in-time smooth solutions to the approximate Euler-type equations in a small neighbourhood of constant equilibrium states and obtain the global-in-time convergence towards the isentropic planar MHD equations. In addition, they also establish the global-in-time error estimates of the limit based on stream function techniques and energy estimates for error variables.

Jiuzhaigou is situated on a mountain-canyon region and is famous for frequent tectonic *** abundance of loose co-seismic landslides and collapses were produced on gullies after the Jiuzhaigou Earthquake on August 8,2017,which was served as material source for debris flow in later *** flow appears frequently which are seriously endangering the safety of people's lives and *** the earliest debris flow appeared in areas where no case ever reported *** debris flow susceptibility evaluation(DFSE)is used for predicting the areas prone to debris flow,which is urgently required to avoid hazards and help to guide the strategy of preventive ***,this work employs debris flow in Jiuzhaigou to reveal the characteristics of disaster-pregnant environment and to explore the application of machine learning in *** new viewpoints are suggested:(i)Material density factor of debris flow is first adopted in this work,and it is proved to be a critical factor for triggering debris flows by sensitivity analysis method.(ii)Deep neural network and convolutional neural network(CNN)achieve relatively good area under the curve(AUC)values and are 0.021-0.024 higher than traditional machine learning methods.(iii)Watershed units combined with CNNbased model can achieve more accurate,reliable and practical susceptibility *** work provides an idea for prevention of debris flow in mountainous lands.

We conducted a simultaneous field study of PM_(2.5)-bound particulate polycyclic aromatic hydroca.bons(PAHs)and aromatic acids(AAs)in a polluted city Zhengzhou to explore the concentration,sources and potential conversion pathways between PAHs and AAs in different *** average concentrations of PM_(2.5),28PAHs and 8AAs during the sampling period were 77μg/m^(3),75 ng/m^(3),and 283 ng/m^(3),*** concentration of both28PAHs and 8AAs were highest in winter and lowest in summer with ratios of 6.3 and 2.3,*** with 5-7 rings were the main components of PAHs(52%),followed by 4rings PAHs(30%)and 2-3 rings PAHs(18%).According to the source appointment results obtained by positive matrix factorization,the main sources of PAHs were combustion and vehicle emissions,which account for 37%and 34%,respectively.8AAs were divided into three groups,including four benzene dica.boxylic acids(b2CAs),three benzene trica.boxylic acids(b3CAs)and one benzene tetraca.boxylic acid(b4CA).And interspecies correlation analysis with PM_(2.5)source markers were used to investigate potential *** acid(o-Ph)was the most abundant specie of 8AAs(157 ng/m^(3),55%of 8AAs),which was well correlated with ***,b3CAs and b4CA were highly correlated with sulfate and weakly correlated with levoglucosan,suggesting that secondary formation was their main *** logical oxidation products of PAHs,o-Ph and b3CAs showed good correlations with a number of PAHs,indicating possible photochemical oxidation pathway by *** addition,O_(3),NO_(2),temperature and relative humidity have positive effects on the secondary formation of b3CAs.

Active reflectors are often used to compensate the surface distortion caused by environmental factors that degrade the electromagnetic performance of large high-frequency reflector *** is crucial for maintaining high gain operation in antennas.A distortion compensation method for the active reflector of a large dual-reflector antenna is proposed.A relationship is established between the surface deformation and the optical path difference for the primary reflector by geometric ***,employing finite element analysis,a polynomial fitting approach is used to describe the impact of adjusting points on the reflector surface based on the coordinates of each *** standardizing the positions of various panels on the reflector,the fitting ns can be applied to the reflector panels of similar ***,based on the distribution characteristics of the primary reflector panels,the adjustment equation for the actuators is derived by the influence matrix *** can be used to determine the adjustment amount of actuators to reduce the rms of the optical path ***,the least squares method is employed to resolve the matrix *** example of a 110 m aperture dual-reflector antenna is carried out by finite element analysis and the proposed *** results show that the optical path difference is reduced significantly at various elevation cases,which indicates that the proposed method is effective.

Accurate modeling for highly non-linear coupling of a damaged ship with liquid sloshing in waves is still of considerable interest within the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and AI *** paper describes a data-driven Stacking algorithm for fast prediction of roll motion response amplitudes in beam waves by constructing a hydrodynamics model of a damaged ship based on the dynamic overlapping grid CFD *** general idea is to optimize various parameters varying with four types of classical base models like multi-layer perception,support vector regression,random forest,and hist gradient boosting *** offers several attractive properties in terms of accuracy and efficiency by choosing the standard DTMb 5415 model with double damaged compartments for *** is clearly demonstrated that the predicted response amplitude operator(RAO)in the regular beam waves agrees well with the experimental data available,which verifies the accuracy of the established damaged ship hydrodynamics *** high-quality CFD samples,therefore,implementation of the designed Stacking algorithm with its optimal combination can predict the damaged ship roll motion amplitudes effectively and accurately(e.g.,the coefficient of determination 0.9926,the average absolute error 0.0955 and CPU 3s),by comparison of four types of typical base models and their various ***,the established Stacking algorithm provides one potential that can break through problems involving the time-consuming and low efficiency for large-scale lengthy CFD simulations.
