Hea. stora.e properties of pha.e cha.ge ma.eria.s(PCMs) a.e essentia. cha.a.teristics tha. perform a.key role in therma. hea. energy stora.e *** therma. properties of PCMs ca. be improved by developing meta. foa./PCM *** a.dition of meta. foa. in PCMs ha. a.significa.t effect on the therma. cha.a.teristics of *** this pa.er,the hea. stora.e properties of two different meta. foa./PCM composites were experimenta.ly *** beha.ior of pa.a.fin in meta. foa.(copper a.d iron-nickel)/pa.a.fin composites concerning pure pa.a.fin a. a.consta.t hea. flux of 1000 W/m^(2) in three directions simulta.eously(x,y,a.d z) wa. *** wa. infiltra.ed into copper a.d iron-nickel foa.s to develop composite ma.eria.s which resulted in enha.cing the therma. conductivity of the pa.a.fin.a.compa.a.ive a.a.ysis is ma.e on the hea. stora.e properties of pa.a.fin in copper a.d iron-nickel foa.s/pa.a.fin *** tempera.ure distribution during the pha.e tra.sition process is experimenta.ly *** compa.ison indica.es tha. tempera.ure uniformity in copper foa./pa.a.fin composite is better tha. in iron-nickel foa./pa.a.fin composite a.d pure pa.a.fin a. the sa.e hea. *** results show tha. a. hea. flux of 1000 W/m^(2),the hea. stora.e time for copper foa./pa.a.fin composite is 20.63% of tha. of iron-nickel foa./pa.a.fin composite.

Wild cotton species ca. contribute a.va.ua.le gene pool for a.ronomica.ly desira.le cultiva.ed tetra.loid cultiva.s. In order to exploit diploid cotton a.regenera.ion system is required to a.hieve tra.sforma.ion ba.ed goa.s. The present studies a.med a. optimizing the conditions for regenera.ion of loca. va.ieties a. well a. wild species of cotton. Different ca.lus induction media.were tested with va.ying concentra.ions of hormones in which sucrose wa. used a. nutritiona. source. Different expla.ts (hypo-cotyls, cotyledon, root) were used to check the regenera.ion of both loca. cotton pla.ts a.d wild rela.ives using T & G medium, Ba. medium, CIM medium, EMMS medium, a.d cell suspension medium. Different sta.es of embryogenicity such a. ea.ly torpedo sta.e, la.e torpedo sta.e, hea.t sta.e, globula. sta.e a.d cotyledona.y sta.e were observed in wild rela.ives of cotton. The results of this study pa.e the wa. for esta.lishing future tra.sforma.ion methods.

Ra.eseed(Bra.sica.na.us L.) is the second most widely grown premium oilseed crop globa.ly, ma.nly for its vegeta.le oil a.d protein mea.. One of the ma.n goa.s of breeders is producing high-yield ra.eseed cultiva.s with susta.na.le production to meet the requirements of the fa.t-growing popula.ion. Besides the pod number, seeds per silique(SS), a.d thousa.d-seed weight(TSW), the ovule number(ON) is a.decisive yield determining fa.tor of individua. pla.ts a.d the fina. seed yield. In recent yea.s, tremendous efforts ha.e been ma.e to dissect the genetic a.d molecula. ba.is of these complex tra.ts, but rela.ively few genes or loci controlling these tra.ts ha.e been reported thus fa..
