High-resolution landslide images are required for detailed geomorphological analysis in complex topographic environment with steep and vertical landslide *** study proposed a vertical route planning method for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),which could achieve rapid image collection based on strictly calculated route *** effectiveness of this method was verified using a DJI Mavic 2 Pro,obtaining high-resolution landslide images within the Dongchuan debris flow gully,in the Xiaojiang River Basin,Dongchuan District,Yunnan,China.A three-dimensional(3D)model was constructed by the structure-from-motion and multi-view stereo(SfM-MVS).Micro-geomorphic features were analyzed through visual interpretation,geographic information system(GIS),spatial analysis,and mathematical statistics *** results demonstrated that the proposed method could obtain comprehensive vertical information on landslides while improving measurement *** 3D model was constructed using the vertically oriented flight route to achieve centimeter-level accuracy(horizontal accuracy better than 6 cm,elevation accuracy better than 3 cm,and relative accuracy better than 3.5 cm).The UAV technology could further help understand the micro internal spatial and structural characteristics of landslides,facilitating intuitive acquisition of surface *** slope of landslide clusters ranged from 36°to 72°,with the majority of the slope facing east and *** elevation levels were relatively consistent while middle to lower elevation levels gradually decreased from left to right with significant variations in lower elevation *** the rainy season,surface runoff was abundant,and steep topography exacerbated changes in surface *** route method is suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)landslide surveys in complex mountainous *** geomorphological analysis methods used will provide references for identifying and describing topographic

Using Memory in the Right Way to Accelerate Big Data Processing

Big data processing is becoming a standout part of data center computation. However, latest research has indicated that big data workloads cannot make full use of modern memory systems. We find that the dramatic inefficiency of the big data processing is from the enormous amount of cache misses and stalls of the depended memory accesses. In this paper, we introduce two optimizations to tackle these problems. The first one is the slice-and-merge strategy, which reduces the cache miss rate of the sort procedure. The second optimization is direct-memory-access, which reforms the data structure used in key/value storage. These optimizations are evaluated with both micro-benchmarks and the real-world benchmark HiBench. The results of our micro-benchmarks clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our optimizations in terms of hardware event counts; and the additional results of HiBench show the 1.21X average speedup on the application-level. Both results illustrate that careful hardware/software co-design will improve the memory efficiency of big data processing. Our work has already been integrated into Intel distribution for Apache Hadoop.

Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic *** change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in ***:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang *** data spanned from 2000 to *** describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s ***:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(***)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),***,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in *** regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was *** temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the *** isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current *** average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of *** from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of ***,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics.

基于583份农户调研数据,运用工具变量法及门槛模型,从保障水平维度分析农业保险对农户相对贫困脆弱性的缓解效应,并基于农业生产行为视角考察其作用机理。研究表明:农业保险的保障水平对农户相对贫困脆弱性的影响具有门槛效应,仅在越过失效区间后,保障水平的提高可显著降低农户相对贫困脆弱性,且对农户的风险型相对贫困脆弱性和资本型相对贫困脆弱性均具有显著缓解效应,但对前者的影响效应更强;就作用机理看,有效区间内,保障水平的提高主要通过促进农户扩大土地投入规模与提高农机应用的农业生产行为,进而降低农户相对贫困脆弱性;就农户异质性看,有效区间内,保障水平的提高可显著降低小农户与新型农业经营主体的相对贫困脆弱性,且对小农户的影响效应更强。因此,需通过提升保障水平、健全农险与农业信贷融资的协同互动机制、增强农险政策指向性以提升农户的内生发展动力,推动农业保险助力防贫。

逃逸分析（escape analysis）是一种可以有效减少Java程序中同步负载和内存堆分配压力的跨函数全局数据流分析算法．此前绝大多数逃逸分析的实现都基于一个所谓“封闭世界（closed world）”的前提：所有可能被执行的方法在做逃逸分析前都已经得知，并且，程序的实际运行不会改变它们之间的调用关系．但当真实的Java程序运行时，这样的假设并不成立．Java程序拥有的许多特性，例如动态类加载、调用本地函数以及反射程序调用等等，都将打破所谓“封闭世界”的约定．这样的真实运行环境被称为“开放世界”．在开放世界中，实现逃逸分析将面临许多重要的问题，例如，能否正确、全面地捕捉动态载入的类和方法，并分析它们与原有程序的关系；逃逸分析算法的复杂性是否能够得以控制，以保证即时编译器的重新分析时间不会过长，等等．提出一个新的逃选分析架构，它可以有效地处理上述开放世界所面临的问题．该分析架构将增量分析Java程序，动态捕获新载入和调用的类及方法，同时，在复杂性和精度之间进行权衡，正确、有效地降低程序的运行负载．该分析架构已经在Intel的开放式Java虚拟机系统ORP中实现，经过实际测试，可以有效地消除一些主要基准测试程序，如SPECjbb2000和SPEcjvm98的db中70％-94％的同步操作，大幅度地提高15％-31％的程序的运行速度．

为拓展二维碳化钛材料在智能纺织品中的应用,以纤维素非织造布为基材,将Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)和碳纳米管(CNTs)喷涂在纤维素非织造布上,制备出一种集传感、储能、热能转换于一体的多功能复合导电织物。借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)及其改性织物的表面形貌及结构进行表征。结果表明:Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/CNTs/非织造布具有优异的电热和光热转化性能,在15 V电压下织物快速升温至115℃,且在室温(32℃)条件下,织物经阳光照射后表面快速升温至65℃;所制备的柔性半固态超级电容器,在电流密度为0.2 A/cm^(2)下,最大面积比电容达到125 mF/cm^(2),即使在10000次充放电循环后仍保持74%的电容;作为应变传感器时,表现出明显的负电阻变化和高灵敏度,能准确检测出手指弯曲、肘部弯曲、膝盖弯曲等人体动作。

目的:探讨四神煎对碘乙酸钠诱导的大鼠膝骨关节炎(KOA)滑膜病变的影响及机制。方法:60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为正常组、模型组、塞来昔布组和四神煎高、中、低剂量组。通过关节腔内注射碘乙酸钠复制KOA大鼠模型。根据分组给予塞来昔布(18 mg·kg^(-1))和四神煎(14.4、7.2、3.6 g·kg^(-1))进行灌胃干预。连续给药4周后处死所有大鼠。测量大鼠双侧膝关节的横径并进行膝关节大体观察,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色、天狼猩红染色观察膝关节滑膜组织病理学改变,免疫组化法(IHC)检测滑膜组织血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)蛋白表达。酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测关节滑液中炎性细胞因子的表达水平。实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)和蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)分别检测膝关节滑膜转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))/Smad2/3通路相关mRNA和蛋白表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠膝关节横径显著增加(P<0.01);与模型组比较,四神煎各剂量组大鼠膝关节横径显著减小(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠膝关节滑液白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,四神煎各剂量组大鼠膝关节滑液IL-1β和TNF-α表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠膝关节滑膜TGF-β_(1)、Smad2/3、磷酸化(p)-Smad2/3、Ⅰ型胶原_(α1)(ColⅠ_(α1))、Ⅲ型胶原_(α1)(ColⅢ_(α1))和VEGFA蛋白表达显著升高,TGF-β_(1)、Smad2/3、ColⅠ_(α1)、ColⅢ_(α1)mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,四神煎各剂量组大鼠膝关节滑膜TGF-β_(1)、Smad2/3、p-Smad2/3、ColⅠ_(α1)、ColⅢ_(α1)和VEGFA蛋白表达明显降低,TGF-β_(1)、Smad2/3、ColⅠ_(α1)、ColⅢ_(α1)mRNA表达明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:四神煎可以抑制滑膜炎和血管新生,并且可以通过调节TGF-β_(1)/Smad2/3通路减少滑膜纤维化,因而有望成为一种治疗KOA滑膜病变的药物。
