Several features of drug-induced mucosal alterations have been observed in the upper gastrointestinal tract,i.e.,the esophagus,stomach,and *** include pill-induced esophagitis,desquamative esophagitis,worsening of gastroesophageal reflux,chemotherapy-induced esophagitis,proton pump inhibitor-induced gastric mucosal changes,medication-induced gastric erosions and ulcers,pseudomelanosis of the stomach,olmesartan-related gastric mucosal inflammation,lanthanum deposition in the stomach,zinc acetate hydrate tabletinduced gastric ulcer,immune-related adverse event gastritis,olmesartan-associated sprue-like enteropathy,pseudomelanosis of the duodenum,and lanthanum deposition in the *** endoscopists,acquiring accurate knowledge regarding these diverse drug-induced mucosal alterations is crucial not only for the correct diagnosis of these lesions but also for differential diag-nosis of other *** minireview aims to provide essential information on druginduced mucosal alterations observed on esophagogastroduodenoscopy,along with representative endoscopic images.

Room-temperature Raman scattering and x-ray difraction measurements together with first principles calculations were employed to invetigate the behavior of disordered Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)(PIN)under pressure up to *** spectra show broad bands but a peak near the 380cm^(-1) increases its intensity with *** linewidth of the band at 550cm^(-1) also increases with pressure,while two of the Raman peaks merge above *** 16 GPa,we observe additional splitting of the band at 50cm^(-1).The pressure evolution of the diffraction patterns for PIN shows obvious Bragg peaks splitting above 16GPa;consistent with a symmetry lowering *** transition at 0.5 GPa is identified as a pseudo-cubic to orthorhombic(Pbam)structural change whereas the transition at 16GPa is istructure and associated with changes in linear compresibility and octahedral titling,and the transition at 30 GPa is associated to an orthorhombic to monoclinic ***-principles calculations indicate that the Pbam structure is ground state with antiferrodisdortion consistent with experiment.

Understanding aerosol-vegetation interactions is vital in ***,the interactions remain elusive partly due to the lack of suitable plant growth chamber ***,deposition of submicron particles on leaf surfaces is challenging due to its low deposition velocities compared to larger *** this work,we present a plant-growth chamber that was used to study the effect of sub-micron black carbon(BC)particles on the growth and photosynthesis of *** chamber system simultaneously enables the growth of multiple plants in pots and the deposition of submicron particles onto *** spraying methods assisted by ultrasonic and electrostatic forces were employed as aerosol generators to realize the particle *** flow regime inside the chamber was numeri-cally calculated to predict the transportation of aerosol particles,suggesting the optimal operating conditions of the *** gas-phase particle size distribution measurements showed that gener-ated BC particles were suspended in submicron diameter *** aerosol generators were examined in the chamber using three conductor and insulator substrates as a model of plant *** observations and spectroscopic analysis ascertained that submicron BC particles generated from our generators were deposited on all substrate *** the developed chamber system,systematic studies can be performed to advance the fundamental understanding of aerosol-vegetation interactions.

Hanoi’s rapid urbanization has led to a surge in private vehicle ownership, particularly motorcycles, amidst inadequate public transportation infrastructure. Despite government efforts, many still prefer motorized transport, citing mobility and safety concerns, exacerbated by insufficient pedestrian infrastructure. This study examines the motivations behind this reliance on motorized vehicles, particularly motorcycles, in Hanoi. Findings reveal safety and convenience as primary factors driving motorized transport use, especially for accessing bus stations. Economic incentives could promote non-motorized travel and public transport adoption. Policy implications highlight the importance of addressing economic factors and improving access infrastructure to manage motorized vehicle reliance and foster sustainable urban mobility in Hanoi.

日本已成功建立了全面的社会保障体系,实现了全民医疗和全民年金等目标。该制度的演变跨越了漫长的历史,适应了每个时代的挑战。第二次世界大战结束后,日本采取政策措施为生活贫困者、儿童和残疾人建立了相应的社会救助和社会福利制度。从20世纪50年代末到70年代初,日本完善了全民医疗和全民年金等社会保障制度。自20世纪90年代起,日本开始应对出生率下降和人口老龄化问题,并对社会保障制度进行改革,以确保其可持续性。至此,日本建成了包括医疗、年金、长期护理、育儿支持和公共援助在内的全面社会保障体系以保障民生。然而,在未来老龄化社会的背景下,出生率下降、人口减少以及地区差异的存在,都给政策带来了挑战,包括财政的可持续性、基于社区的医疗和社会服务供给的发展以及应对相对贫困等政策。当前人口减少不仅在日本,在中国和韩国也已成为普遍现象。对中日韩的研究人员来说,探讨人口减少背景下的社会保障等政策选择具有重要意义。
