In this study,a comprehensive analysis of microstructural features,morphology,crystal structures,and interface structures of long-period stacking ordered(LPsO)structures in a non-equilibrium Mg_(97)Zn_(1)Y_(16)Ca_(0.4)alloy cast in a steel mold was carried *** addition of Ca element plays an important role in the refinement of LPsO *** result reveals new poly-types including 20H F2F2F4,60R(F2F3F3)_(3),and 66H F2F3F3F2(F6)_(4)featuring a 6-Mg structure,alongside the prevalent 18R and 14H LPsO *** incoherent interface between 20H and the Mg matrix is split into two dislocation arrays,leading to the formation of a segment of 60R_(1).Moreover,the superstructure 116L,designated as(F2)_(18)F4,is formed through the ordered distribution of F4 stacking faults in 18R.

Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1) is a regulator of both cellular hypertrophy and lipogenesis,which are two key processes for pathogenesis of ***,the in vivo role of IGF1 in the development of obesity remains ***,we show that IGF1 expression is increased in adipose tissue in obese human patients and animal *** of IGF1 is associated with increased lipogenic gene expression and decreased energy *** down-regulation of IGF1 normalizes lipogenic gene expression,restores aberrant energy metabolism and alleviates obese phenotype of a genetic mouse model with ***,genetic down-regulation of IGF1 exerts similar effects on development of diet-induced ***,berberine that is an AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activator in medicinal herbs inhibits IGF1 secretion,decreases lipogenic gene expression and alleviates diet-induced ***,our findings demonstrate that hypersecretion of IGF1 is a critical factor for the development of obesity and can be targeted using AMPK activators to alleviate obesity.

In the field of perovskite solar cells(PsCs),the research on defects in the buried interface has been relatively limited due to its non-exposure;however,this interface significantly impacts the performance enhancement of inverted *** study employs phenylethylammonium chloride(PEACl)molecules as a buffer layer to modify the buried interface of p-i-n structured PsCs,aiming to enhance the uniformity of self-assembled monolayers(sAMs)and facilitate the uniform nucleation and growth of perovskite films on the ***,the introduction of the PEACl buffer layer effectively passivates defects at the bottom of the perovskite layer and notably enhances the crystal quality of the perovskite film by mitigating residual stress,thereby reducing nonradiative recombination *** these optimizations,the MA-free PsCs treated with PEACl achieve a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.11%,with significant improvements in storage,thermal stability,and operational *** noteworthy is the device's performance in an unencapsulated state,whereas after 1,500 hours of continuous light operation stability testing,it retains 97%of its original *** study not only enriches the systematic understanding of the characteristics of the buried interface in PsCs but also contributes significantly to advancing the commercial production of perovskite photovoltaic technology.

Acoustic orbital angular momentum (OAM) provides an infinite set of orthogonal bases in Hilbert space and significantly boosts the link capacity and data transmission rate. High-capacity and low-crosstalk OAM detection within compact physical space is highly desired to effectively harness this spatial dimension of sound wave, but the existing mechanisms generally either operate only for finite OAMs with predetermined mode orders or rely on complicated active devices. Here, we propose a phase saddle point (PsP) transformation mechanism for distinguishing and demultiplexing acoustic OAM modes in a passive, mode-adaptive,high-efficiency, and high-accuracy paradigm. The phase mask characterized by a PsP in the specific area is created through the single-pass log-polar transformation without prior information of incident modes, whose interaction with incident vortex beams of different OAM modes will yield the translation of the stationary phase point and thereby generate the corresponding focused line spots at distinct lateral positions. We theoretically elucidate the mode-adaptive response of PsP transformation by deriving the quantitative relationship between the OAM order and line spot offset. This mode adaptability enables our mechanism to detect OAM of arbitrary mode orders and mode numbers with the inter-mode crosstalk being effectively suppressed, beyond attainable with the existing methods. The effectiveness of our proposed mechanism is validated by demonstrating several distinct examples of single-mode OAM sorting and multi-mode synthesized vortex beam demultiplexing. We anticipate this modeadaptive methodology, designed for compact dimensions and featuring with low crosstalk and uniform efficiency, will find important applications in OAM information processing.

Local causal structure learning(LCs) efficiently identifies a set of direct neighbors of a specified variable from observational data. Additionally, it distinguishes direct causes and direct effects of this variable without learning the entire causal structure. While many LCs algorithms have been proposed, they do not consider the data privacy-preserving problem,which has attracted extensive attention from academia and industry. To address this issue, we propose a federated local causal structure learning(FedLCs) algorithm to learn local causal structures in privacy-preserving data in a federated ***, FedLCs introduces a layer-wise federated local skeleton learning algorithm to construct the local skeleton. Based on this skeleton, it introduces a federated local skeleton orientation algorithm and an extension-and-backtracking orientation algorithm to orient the edges. Finally, FedLCs uses a federated local extension-and-backtracking orientation algorithm to orient the remaining edges. Extensive experiments on benchmark, synthetic, and real datasets demonstrate that FedLCs can learn the local causal structure of a given variable in a federated setting.

We explore the decay properties of the isovector and isoscalar 1-+light hybrids,π1and η1,in N _f=2 lattice QCD at a pion mass mπ≈417 *** McNeile and Michael method is adopted to extract the effective couplings for individual decay modes,which are used to estimate the partial decay widths ofπ1（1600） and η1（1855） by assuming sU（3） *** partial decay widths ofπ1（1600） are predicted to be (Γb1π,Γf1（1285）π,Γρπ,ΓK*K)=(325±75,O（10）,52±7,8.6±1.3) Me V,and the total width is estimated to be 396±90 MeV,considering only statistical *** η1（1855） and the 4.4σsignal observed by BEsIII (labeled as η1（2200）) are taken as the two mass eigenstates of the isoscalar 1-+light hybrids in sU（3）,then the dominant decay channel（s）of η1（1855）(η1（2200）) is K1（1270）K (K1（1270）K and K1（1400）K) through the 1+（-）0-（+）*** vector-vector decay modes are also significant for the two η*** the mixing angle α≈22.7°obtained from lattice QCD for the two η1states,the total widths are estimated to beΓη1（1855）=282（85） MeV andΓη1（2200）=455（143） Me *** former is compatible with the experimental width of η1（1855）.Although many systematic uncertainties are not well controlled,these results are qualitatively informative for the experimental search for light hybrids.

Electron shuttles are widespread in the environments and play important role in microbe-mineral interaction. This study investigated the effects of a model electron shuttle (i.e.， anthraquinone-2， 6-disulfonate， AQDs) on shewanella oneidensis MR-1-mediated Fenton reaction and subsequent degradation of 2， 2′， 4， 4′-tetrabrominated diphenyl ether (BDE-47). Three Fe(III)-containing minerals， namely， ferrihydrite， goethite and nontronite， were used as electron acceptors and Fe(II) sources. With each mineral， additions of 0.01 – 1 mM AQDs in the reactions significantly enhanced Fe(III) reduction by s. oneidensis MR-1 and increased the amounts of Fe(II) produced in anoxic phase. As a result， the amounts of cumulative ·OH formed in oxic phase were increased by 10% – 287%. Regression analysis revealed that ·OH cumulation has significant linear correlation with sorbed Fe(II) but not aqueous and structural Fe(II). This finding may be ascribed to the higher reactivity of sorbed Fe(II) in oxygenation than the latter two types of Fe(II). With more ·OH， the degradation efficiency of BDE-47 was elevated by 31% – 173%. Collectively， AQDs enhances ·OH formation and BDE-47 degradation by promoting production of Fe(II)， particularly sorbed Fe(II) in s. oneidensis MR-1-mediated Fenton reaction with Fe(III)-containing minerals.

Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration ***,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled Mxene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMs microwave absorption *** top wrinkled Mxene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass ***,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMs layer via strong magneto-electric *** theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both x-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ***,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of ***,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.
