Localization-based imaging has revolutionized fluorescence optical microscopy and has also enabled unprecedented ultrasound images of microvascular structures in deep ***,we introduce a new concept of localization optoacoustic tomography(LOT)that employs rapid sequential acquisition of three-dimensional optoacoustic images from flowing absorbing *** show that the new method enables breaking through the spatial resolution barrier of acoustic diffraction while further enhancing the visibility of structures under limited-view tomographic *** the intrinsic sensitivity of optoacoustics to multiple hemodynamic and oxygenation parameters,LOT may enable a new level of performance in studying functional and anatomical alterations of microcirculation.

Using Reddy’s high-order shear theory for laminated plates and Hamilton’s principle, a nonlinear partial differential equation for the dynamics of a deploying cantilevered piezoelectric laminated composite plate, under the combined action of aerodynamic load and piezoelectric excitation, is introduced. Two-degree of freedom(DOF)nonlinear dynamic models for the time-varying coefficients describing the transverse vibration of the deploying laminate under the combined actions of a first-order aerodynamic force and piezoelectric excitation were obtained by selecting a suitable time-dependent modal function satisfying the displacement boundary conditions and applying second-order discretization using the Galerkin method. Using a numerical method, the time history curves of the deploying laminate were obtained, and its nonlinear dynamic characteristics,including extension speed and different piezoelectric excitations, were studied. The results suggest that the piezoelectric excitation has a clear effect on the change of the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of such piezoelectric laminated composite plates. The nonlinear vibration of the deploying cantilevered laminate can be effectively suppressed by choosing a suitable voltage and polarity.

several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the sino Longitudinal study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

Climate change characterized by increasing temperature is able to affect precipitation regime and thus surface ***,the manner in which river sediment loads respond to climate change is not well understood,and related assessment regarding the effect of climate change on sediment loads is *** present a quantitative estimate of changes in sediment loads(from 1.5 Gt yr-1pre-1990 to 0.6 Gt yr-1from 1991-2007) in response to climate change in eight large Chinese *** the past decades,precipitation change coupled with rising temperatures has played a significant role in influencing the sediment delivery dynamics,although human activities, such as reservoir construction,water diversion,sand mining and land cover change,are still the predominant forces. Lower precipitation coupled with rising temperatures has significantly reduced sediment loads delivered into the sea in semi-arid climates(4-61%).In contrast,increasingly warmer and wetter climates in subtropical zones has yielded more sediment(0.4-11%),although the increase was offset by human *** results indicate that,compared with mechanical retention by reservoirs,water reduction caused by climate change or human withdrawals has contributed more sediment reduction for the rivers with abundant sediment supply but limited transport capacity(e.g.,the Huanghe).Furthermore,our results indicate that every 1%change in precipitation has resulted in a 1.3%change in water discharge and a 2%change in sediment *** addition,every 1%change in water discharge caused by precipitation has led to a 1.6%change in sediment loads,but the same percentage of water discharge change caused largely by humans would only result in a 0.9%change in sediment *** figures can be used as a guideline for evaluating the responses of sediment loads to climate change in similar climate zones because future global warming will cause dramatic changes in water and sediment in river basins worldwide at rates previou

The changes in the mechanical properties of gas hydrate-bearing sediments(GHBs) induced by gas hydrate(GH) dissociation are essential to the evaluation of GH exploration and stratum instabilities. Previous studies present substantial mechanical data and constitutive models for GHBs at a given GH saturation under the non-dissociated condition. In this paper, GHBs was formed by the gas saturated method, GH was dissociated by depressurization until the GH saturation reached different dissociation degrees. The stress–strain curves were measured using triaxial tests at a same pore gas pressure and different confining pressures. The results show that the shear strength decreases progressively by 30%–90% of the initial value with GH dissociation, and the modulus decreases by 50% –75%. simplified relationships for the modulus, cohesion, and internal friction angle with GH dissociated saturation were presented.

How to directly fabricate metallic functional parts with selective laser sintering (sLs) process is a potential technique that scientists are researching. Existent problems during directly fabricating metal part by use of sLs are analyzed. For the sake of solving the problems, a new idea of adding self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (sHs) material into metallic powder material to form new type of sLs metallic powder material is put forward. This powder material can release controllable amount of heat during its interaction with the laser beam energy to reduce the requirement to laser power during directly sintering metallic part, to prolong the time of metallic liquid phase existing, and to improve the intensity and accuracy of sLs part. For this reason, sHs material′s interaction with the CO2 laser beam energy is researched, which proves that CO2 laser beam energy may instantly ignite sHs reaction. On the basis of the above-mentioned researches, the effect of sintering the metal powder material mixing sHs material with CO2 laser is also researched, which shows: there is an optimal blending ratio of various material in the new metallic powder material. Under the optimal blending ratio and sLs process parameters, this new metallic powder material can indeed release amount of heat and sHs reaction may be controlled within the laser sintering. This research result makes it possible that the metallic part is directly sintered with small CO2 laser (less than 50W), which may greatly reduce the volume, cost and running expenditure of sLs machine, be propitious to application.

The current single-atom catalysts(sACs)for medicine still suffer from the limited active site ***,we develop a synthetic method capable of increasing both the metal loading and mass-specific activity of sACs by exchanging zinc with *** constructed iron sACs(h^(3)-FNC)with a high metal loading of 6.27 wt%and an optimized adjacent Fe distance of~4 A exhibit excellent oxidase-like catalytic performance without significant activity decay after being stored for six months and promising antibacterial ***,a“density effect”has been found at a high-enough metal doping amount,at which individual active sites become close enough to interact with each other and alter the electronic structure,resulting in significantly boosted intrinsic activity of single-atomic iron sites in h^(3)-FNCs by 2.3 times compared to low-and medium-loading ***,the overall catalytic activity of h^(3)-FNC is highly improved,with mass activity and metal mass-specific activity that are,respectively,66 and 315 times higher than those of commercial Pt/*** addition,h^(3)-FNCs demonstrate efficiently enhanced capability in catalyzing oxygen reduction into superoxide anion(O_(2)·^(−))and glutathione(GsH)*** in vitro and in vivo assays demonstrate the superior antibacterial efficacy of h^(3)-FNCs in promoting wound *** work presents an intriguing activity-enhancement effect in catalysts and exhibits impressive therapeutic efficacy in combating bacterial infections.

The title compound, 〔NH 4〕 6〔(CH 3CO) 2(Mo 8O 28 )〕·4H 2O, was produced from (NH 4) 6〔Mo 7O 24 〕·4H 2O aqueous solution in the presence of N 2H 4·H 2sO 4 and its structure has been determined by x ray single crystal analysis. The crystallographic data: C 4H 38 Mo 8N 6O 34 , M r =1481.92, triclinic, P1, a=8.127(2), b = 10\^373(2), c = 12.383(3) , α=99.51(3), β=105.47(3), γ=112.92(3)°, V=883.0(3) 3, Z=1, D c =2.787g/cm 3, F(000)= 712, μ =2.864 mm -1 , Final R =0.0368 and wR =0.0924 for 2926 reflections with I>2σ(I ). The x ray crystal structure analysis reveals that there is one independent molecule in the unit cell of the title compound which contains one centrosymmetric diacetyloctamolybdate anion, six ammonium cations and four water molecules.
