A method and apparatus for monitoring heart rate of the heart using a wearable system is designed and implemented in this paper. A heart rate receives from heart beat signals and stores the data to a database and after a time period this method can determine an idle heart rate of the monitoring body. This idle heart rate is compared with the stored data and can determine the normal and abnormal heart rate variability. After the certain time period this system can detect the heart rate and also can send a signal to the user in time of abnormalities. Consequent estimations of heart rate variability are contrasted with this.

In the past decades liver transplantation(LT) has become the treatment of choice for patients with end stage liver disease(EsLD). The chronic shortage of cadaveric organs for transplantation led to the utilization of a greater number of marginal donors such as older donors or donors after circulatory death(DCD). The improved survival of transplanted patients has increased the frequency of long-term complications, in particular chronic kidney disease(CKD). Acute kidney injury(AKI) post-LT has been recently recognized as an important risk factor for the occurrence of denovo CKD in the long-term outcome. The onset of AKI post-LT is multifactorial, with pre-LT risk factors involved, including higher Model for End-stage Liver Disease score, more sever EsLD and pre-existing renal dysfunction, either with intra-operative conditions, in particular ischaemia reperfusion injury responsible for post-reperfusion syndrome(PRs) that can influence recipient's morbidity and mortality. Post-reperfusion syndrome-induced AKI is an important complication post-LT that characterizes kidney involvement caused by PRs with mechanisms not clearly understood and implication on graft and patient survival. since preLT risk factors may influence intra-operative events responsible for PRs-induced AKI, we aim to consider all the relevant aspects involved in PRs-induced AKI in the setting of LT and to identify all studies that better clarified the specific mechanisms linking PRs and AKI. A Pub Med search was conducted using the terms liver transplantation AND acute kidney injury; liver transplantation AND post-reperfusion syndrome; acute kidney injury AND post-reperfusion syndrome; acute kidney injury AND DCD AND liver transplantation. Five hundred seventy four articles were retrieved on Pub Med search. Results were limited to title/abstract of English-language articles published between 2000 and 2015. ＜正＞with the increased demand for wireless Personal Communication Networks （PCN）, the limited radio resource becomes much more valuable. In this paper, several novel adaptive channel allocation schemes using genetic algorithm （GA） are proposed which are able to achieve efficient utilization of radio channels with a simultaneous increase of traffic capacity. GA approach has been developed in order to find the optimal channel allocation and reservation in terms of Grade of service （Gos） for a given period of time. The proposed GA based schemes are shown to have much more adaptability to the traffic load than conventional fixed allocation scheme, and outperform other heuristic methods such as Tabu search and simulated Annealing.

As the world’s populations increase and age, there is a parallel increase in the number of medical procedures addressed to bone related injuries. It is estimated that approximately 1 million of orthopaedic implant surgeries in association with total joint replacements are needed every year. This number is expected to double between 1999 and 2025 as a result of increasing numbers of musculoskeletal injuries (i.e., due to routine activities such as work, sport, etc.) and musculoskeletal diseases (i.e., such as osteoporosis, arthritis and bursitis due to increase age). Consequently, the increase demand for better quality of life has necessarily led people to opt for high quality orthopaedic devices for early recovery and speedy resumption of their routine activities. Unfortunately in the present time, it has been found that the current used orthopaedic implants have the tendencies to fail after long period of usage, due to the corrosion issue of implant in the human body. Therefore, this paper provides a simple overview about the corrosion issue of stainless steel (ss) 316L as implants in human body. Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) of hydroxypaptite (HA) bioceramic was proposed as the approach to minimize the corrosion phenomena. Additionally, the corrosion testing of HA coated ss 316L in comparison to pristine ss 316L was also performed and discussed.

While trauma registries provide the mechanisms to collect comprehensive, timely and accurate data related to the injuries and evaluate trauma care systems, they have not been established in most developing countries. On the other hand, in complex projects that have large aims, a logical framework approach （LFA） can help summarize and describe the multiple branches of the project systematically, and elucidate the main goals, extensive objectives, activities and expected outcomes. Therefore a LFA can be used to design and guide trauma registry project management, to integrate the cultural, clinical and capacity variations among countries; and to ensure early alignment of the project＇s design and evaluation.

The proposed model considers the products with finite shelf-life which causes a small amount of decay. The market demand is assumed to be level dependent and in a linear form. The model has also considered the constant production rate which stops attaining a desired level of inventories and that is the highest level of inventories. Production starts with a buffer stock and without any sort of backlogs. Due to the market demand and product’s decay, the inventory reduces to the level of buffer stock where again the production cycle starts. With a numerical search procedure the proof of the proposed model has been shown. The objective of the model is to obtain the total average optimum inventory cost and optimum ordering cycle.

OBJECTIVE:Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV)infection is still global health issue,and lack of vaccine furthers the devastating *** treatment regimen is challenged by the development of resistance,thus increase the mutation and dissemination of resistance genes across the *** work aims to assess the nature of HIV-1 subtypes and mutations from HIV-1 positive patients who are ***:The analysis of 103 new positive cases of HIV-1 involved in the ***-resistant mutations,HIV-1 subtypes and circulating recombinant forms(CRFs)were assessed as per World Health Organization(2009)list of monitoring drugresistant ***:The results revealed that subtype B was dominant 58(56.3%),compared to non-subtype B 34(33%)and CRF 11(10.7%).The occurrence of HIV-1 drug resistance for Nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NRTIs),Non-nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs),and Protease inhibitors(PIs)were 7.8%(8/103),22.3%(23/103)and 1%(1/103)respectively and the patients had the following primary antiretroviral drug resistance mutations to NRTI,3A62V(2.9%),2 M41L(1.9%),1 F77L(1%),1 K70KR(1%),and 1 T215s(1%).In the NNRTI,13 E138A(12.6%),3 E138G(2.9%),3 K103N(2.9%),2V179D(1.9),1 K103KN(1%)and 1K103T(1%)mutations were *** in the PI drug,1 L24LI(1%)drug resistance mutations were ***:Primary drug-resistant mutations in antiretroviral therapy(ART)naive subjects were found and the information in turn will contribute to the global data collection and treatment plan of HIV-1 patients.
