White blood cells(WBCs)are a vital part of the immune system that protect the body from different types of bacteria and *** cell growth destroys the body’s immune system,and computerized methods play a vital role in detecting abnormalities at the initial *** this research,a deep learning technique is proposed for the detection of *** proposed methodology consists of three *** I uses an open neural network exchange(ONNX)and YOLOv2 to localize *** localized images are passed to Phase II,in which 3D-segmentation is performed using deeplabv3 as a base network of the pre-trained Xception *** segmented images are used in Phase III,in which features are extracted using the darknet-53 model and optimized using Bhattacharyya separately criteria to classify *** proposed methodology is validated on three publically available benchmark datasets,namely ALL-IDB1,ALL-IDB2,and LIsC,in terms of different metrics,such as precision,accuracy,sensitivity,and dice *** results of the proposed method are comparable to those of recent existing methodologies,thus proving its effectiveness.

Jamun (syzygium cumini) seed and fruit extract attenuate hyperglycemia in diabetic rats

To evaluate the potential of both jamun (syzygium cumini) seed and fruit extracts against *** sprague Dawley rats were used to evaluate hypoglycemic potential of jamun extracts. Purposely, jamun fruit and seed’s ethanolic extracts based diets were provided to normal and high sucrose diet induced hyperglycemic/diabetic rats for sixty days. The serum glucose and insulin levels were monitored at monthly intervals to evaluate hypoglycemic effect of jamun *** results of instant research depicted that both seed and fruit extracts reduce the blood glucose level significantly and also regulate the insulin levels in hyperglycemic rats. It was noted that jamun fruit extract attenuated serum glucose levels to 5.35% and 12.29% in normal and hyperglycemic rats, respectively; while insulin levels were improved by 2.82% and 6.19%, correspondingly. Whereas, jamun seed extract reduced glucose to 7.04% & 14.36% and showed 3.56% & 7.24% higher insulin levels in normal & hyperglycemic rats, *** present research revealed that both jamun fruit and seeds have potent prophylactic role against hyperglycemia. In this respect, diet based regimen may be tailored using jamun fruit/seed and their extracts to alleviate hyperglycemia.

The paper investigates the multiple rogue wave solutions associated with the generalized Hirota-satsuma-Ito(HsI)equation and the newly proposed extended(3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa(JM)equation with the help of a symbolic computation *** incorporating a direct variable trans-formation and utilizing Hirota’s bilinear form,multiple rogue wave structures of different orders are ob-tained for both generalized HsI and JM *** obtained bilinear forms of the proposed equations successfully investigate the 1st,2nd and 3rd-order rogue *** constructed solutions are verified by inserting them into original *** computations are assisted with 3D graphs to analyze the propagation dynamics of these rogue *** properties of these waves are governed by different parameters that are discussed in details.

Imaging with high definition video camera is an important technique to visualize the drilling conditions and to study the physics of complex multiphase flow associated with the hole cleaning *** main advantage of visualizing multiphase flow in a drilling annulus is that the viewer can easily distinguish fluid phases,flow patterns and thicknesses of cutting *** this paper the hole cleaning process which involves the transportation of cuttings through a horizontal annulus was *** two-phase(solid-liquid)and the three-phase(solid-liquid-gas)flow conditions involved in this kind of annular transportation were experimentally simulated and images were taken using a high definition *** the captured images,a number of important parameters like velocities of different phases,heights of solid beds and sizes of gas bubbles were *** different techniques based on an image analysis software and MATLAB coding were used for the *** results were compared to validate the image analyzing *** visualization technique developed in this paper has a direct application in investigating the critical conditions required for efficient hole cleaning as well as in optimizing the mud program during both planning and operational phases of ***,it would be useful in predicting the cuttings transport performance,estimating solid bed height,gas bubble size,and mean velocities of bubbles/particles.

With the advent of technological advancements and the widespread Internet connectivity during the last couple of decades,social media platforms(such as Facebook,Twitter,and Instagram)have consumed a large proportion of time in our daily *** tend to stay alive on their social media with recent updates,as it has become the primary source of interactionwithin social *** social media platforms offer several remarkable features but are simultaneously prone to various critical *** studies have revealed a strong correlation between the usage of social media and associated mental health issues consequently leading to depression,anxiety,suicide commitment,and mental disorder,particularly in the young adults who have excessively spent time on socialmedia which necessitates a thorough psychological analysis of all these *** study aims to exploit machine learning techniques for the classification of psychotic issues based on Facebook status *** this paper,we start with depression detection in the first instance and then expand on analyzing six other psychotic issues(e.g.,depression,anxiety,psychopathic deviate,hypochondria,unrealistic,and hypomania)commonly found in adults due to extreme use of social media *** classify the psychotic issues with the user’s mental state,we have employed different Machine Learning(ML)classifiers i.e.,Random Forest(RF),support Vector Machine(sVM),Naïve Bayes(NB),and K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN).The used ML models are trained and tested by using different combinations of features selection *** observe themost suitable classifiers for psychotic issue classification,a cost-benefit function(sometimes termed as‘suitability’)has been used which combines the accuracy of the model with its execution *** experimental evidence argues that RF outperforms its competitor classifiers with the unigram feature set.

In the world of big data,it’s quite a task to organize different files based on their *** with heterogeneous data and keeping a record of every single file stored in any folder is one of the biggest problems encountered by almost every computer *** of file management related tasks will be solved if the files on any operating system are somehow categorized according to their ***,the browsing process can be performed quickly and *** research aims to design a system to automatically organize files based on their similarities in terms of *** proposed methodology is based on a novel strategy that employs the charactaristics of both supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches for learning categories of digital files stored on any computer *** results demonstrate that the proposed architecture can effectively and efficiently address the file organization challenges using real-world user *** results suggest that the proposed system has great potential to automatically categorize almost all of the user files based on their *** proposed system is completely automated and does not require any human effort in managing the files and the task of file organization become more efficient as the number of files grows.
