用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、表征４个小麦品种醇溶蛋白组成，并分析其Ｆ１，Ｆ２代２０个醇溶蛋白组分（带）的遗传模式。结果表明，醇溶蛋白呈共显性遗传，在２０个组分中，１６个组分由１个显性基因支配，２个组分则受控于２个独立基因，其余２个微小组分，由于在电泳谱上难以准确辨认，其遗传模式未能确定。有５对醇溶蛋白组分是共同遗传，表明每组组分由紧密连锁基因控制。另外，７对醇溶蛋白组分或组分群分别由等位位点的不同等位基因支配。

Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MsC-Exos)are nano-sized extracellular vesicles enriched with bioactive molecules,such as microRNAs,enzymes,cytokines,chemokines,immunomodulatory,trophic,and growth *** molecules regulate the survival,phenotype,and function of malignant and tumor-infiltrated immune *** to their nano-size and bilayer lipid envelope,MsC-Exos can easily bypass biological barriers and may serve as drug carriers to deliver chemotherapeutics directly into the tumor ***,we summarize current knowledge regarding molecular mechanisms responsible for MsC-Exos-dependent modulation of tumor progression and discuss insights regarding the therapeutic potential of MsC-Exos in the treatment of malignant diseases.

AIMTo establish the role of nitric oxide (NO), ascorbic acid and tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (XFG).METHODsOur study included 120 patients who were referred for cataract surgery. All patients were divided into four groups according to clinical findings: XFG, early and late pseudoexfoliation syndrome (XFs), and cataract (without pseudoexfoliation). serum and aqueous humour levels of the ascorbic acid, NO and TNF-α were measured. The concentrations of the ascorbic acid and NO were measured by an appropriate spectrophotometric method. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELIsA) was used to determine TNF-α *** humour concentration of ascorbic acid was significantly lower in patients with late XFs (0.61±0.11 mmol/L) and XFG (0.48±0.15 mmol/L) compared to patients with early XFs (0.9±0.15 mmol/L) and cataract (1.16±0.22 mmol/L), while there was no difference in serum concentration in all examined groups. Aqueous humour concentration of NO was significantly higher in patients with XFG (77.7±11.4 µmol/L) compared to patients with early XFs (50.27±9.34 µmol/L) and cataract (49.77±7.1 µmol/L), while serum concentration was increased in the early stage of XFs (73.26±8.29 µmol/L). Aqueous humour level of proinflammatory cytokine TNF-α was increased in patients with XFs (early 460.04±18.32 pg/mL; late 502.42±53.23 pg/mL) and XFG (510.34±43.07 pg/mL), while there was no difference in serum level in all examined groups of *** ascorbic acid and elevated NO and inflammation related cytokine TNF-α level in aqueous humour of the patients with developed XFG suggest that oxidative stress induces local inflammation.

RNA splicing normally generates stable splice- junction sequences in viruses that are important in the context of virus mimicry. Potential variability in envelop proteins may occur with point-mutations inducing cryptic splice-junctions, which would remain unrecognized by T-memory cells of higher organisms in vaccine trials. such aberrant splice- junctions result from evolution-specific non-conser- vation of actual splice-junction sites due to mutations;as such, locations of splice-junctions in a test DNA sequence could only be imprecisely specified. such impreciseness of splice-junction locations (or cryptic sites) in a sequence is evaluated in this study via “noisy” attributes (with associated stochastics) to the mutated subspace;and, relevant fuzzy considerations are invoked with membership attributes expressed in terms of a spatial signal-to-noise ratio (ssNR). That is, ssNR adopted as a membership function expresses the belongingness of a site-region to exon/intron subspaces. An illustrative example with actual (Dengue 1 viral) DNA data is furnished demonstrating the pursuit developed in predicting aberrant splice-junctions at cryptic sites in the test sequence.
