This study introduces an innovative contour detection algorithm,PeakCET,designed for rapid and efficient analysis of natural product image fingerprints using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatogram(GC×GC).This method innovatively combines contour edge tracking with affinity propagation(AP)clustering for peak detection in GC×GC fingerprints,the first in this *** edge tracking signif-icantly reduces false positives caused by“burr”signals,while AP clustering enhances detection accuracy in the face of false *** efficacy of this approach is demonstrated using three medicinal products derived from Curcuma *** not only performs contour detection but also employs inter-group peak matching and peak-volume percentage calculations to assess the compositional similarities and differences among various ***,this algorithm compares the GC×GC fingerprints of Radix/Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin with those of products from different botanical *** findings reveal that genetic and geographical factors influence the accumulation of secondary metabolites in various plant *** sample exhibits unique characteristic components alongside common ones,and vari-ations in content may influence their therapeutic *** research establishes a foundational data-set for the quality assessment of Curcuma products and paves the way for the application of computer vision techniques in two-dimensional(2D)fingerprint analysis of GC×GC data.

The research purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of the baffle plate on the airflow in the rear cavity of the centrifugal impeller and optimize the performance of the secondary air system’s air bleed *** this paper,a comprehensive experimental study was carried out on the flow characteristics in the impeller rear cavity with baffle *** windage torque,flow structure and pressure drop between inlet and outlet were measured *** experiment was carried out with the condition that the range of rotational Reynolds number was from 8.33×10^(5)to 22.2×10^(5)and the range of mass flow rate coefficient was from 0.92×10^(4)to 2.92×10^(4).The results show that the static cavity and the narrow stator-rotor cavity formed by the baffle plate effectively suppress the overall swirl coefficient in the ***,the static pressure and total pressure drop in the rotor-stator cavity were *** influence of the baffle plate on the windage torque of the rotary disk is related to the turbulence *** large turbulence parameters,the windage torque would be reduced with baffle plate,while under small turbulence parameters,the baffle plate would increase with baffle *** general,the baffle plate can improve the flow capacity and optimize the bleed air performance with proper structure and operation conditions.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)n_(4))nanosheets have attracted widespread interest in the construction of advanced separation ***,dense stacking and a single functionality have limited the membrane ***,an advanced two-/three-dimensional(2D/3D)g-C_(3)n_(4)/TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) membrane is constructed by intercalating 3D TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanostructures into g-C_(3)n_(4) *** 3D flower-like nanostructures broaden the transport channels of the composite *** membrane can effectively separate five oil-in-water(O/W)emulsions,with a maximum flux of 3265.67±15.01 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1) and a maximum efficiency of 99.69%±0.45%for toluene-in-water emulsion(T/W).Meanwhile,the TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) acts as an excellent electron acceptor and provides positive spatial separation of electrons–holes(e^(-)–h^(+)).The formation of 2D/3D heterojunctions allows the material with wider light absorption and smaller bandgap(2.10 eV).These photoelectric properties give the membrane good degradation of three different pollutants,with about 100%degradation for methylene blue(MB)and malachite green(MG).The photocatalytic antibacterial efficiency of the membrane is also about 100%.After cyclic experiment,the membrane maintains its original separation and photocatalytic *** remarkable multifunctional and self-cleaning properties of the g-C_(3)n_(4) based membrane represent its potential value for complex wastewater treatment.

Water effects on the mechanical properties of rocks have been extensively investigated through experiments and numerical ***,few studies have established a comprehensive link between the microscopic mechanisms of water-related micro-crack and the constitutive behaviors of *** this work,we shall propose an extended micromechanical-based plastic damage model for understanding weakening effect induced by the presence of water between micro-crack’s surfaces on quasi-brittle rocks,based on the Mori-Tanaka homogenization and irreversible thermodynamics *** the physical mechanism,water strengthens micro-crack propagation,which induces damage evolution during the pre-and post-stage,and weakens the elastic effective properties of rock *** proposing a special calibration procedure for the determination of model parameters based on the laboratory compression tests,the proposed micromechanical-based model is verified by comparing the model predictions to the experimental *** model effectively captures the mechanical behaviors of quasibrittle rocks subjected to the weakening effects of water.

A novel alkalizing strain Enterobacter ***-2 that could resist 400 mg/L Cd was isolated from Cd-contaminated soil,which immobilized 96.05%Cd^(2+)from *** distribution analysis demonstrated that more than half of the Cd^(2+)was converted into extracellular precipitated Cd through mobilization of the alkali-producing mechanism by the strain LYX-2,achieving the high immobilization efficiency of Cd^(2+).Biosorption experiments revealed that strain LYX-2 had superior biosorption capacity of 48.28 mg/g for *** experiments with Brassica rapa *** performed with and without strain *** to control,15.92%bioavailable Cd was converted to non-bioavailable Cd and Cd content in aboveground vegetables was decreased by 37.10%with addition of strain *** Cd was mainly immobilized through extracellular precipitation,cell-surface biosorption and intracellular accumulation of strain LYX-2,which was investigated through Cd distribution,scanning Electron Microscope and Energy-Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(sEM-EDs),Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy(XPs)and Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)*** addition,the application of strain LYX-2 significantly promoted the growth of vegetables about *** results indicated that highly Cd-resistant alkalizing strain LYX-2,as a novel microbial passivator,had excellent ability and reuse value to achieve the remediation of Cd-contaminated soil coupled with safe production of vegetables simultaneously.
