Considering the escalating frequency and sophistication of cyber threats targeting web applications, this paper proposes the development of an automated web security analysis tool to address the accessibility gap for non-security professionals. This paper presents the design and implementation of an automated web security analysis tool, AWsAT, aimed at enabling individuals with limited security expertise to effectively assess and mitigate vulnerabilities in web applications. Leveraging advanced scanning techniques, the tool identifies common threats such as Cross-site scripting (Xss), sQL Injection, and Cross-site Request Forgery (CsRF), providing detailed reports with actionable insights. By integrating sample payloads and reference study links, the tool facilitates informed decision-making in enhancing the security posture of web applications. Through its user-friendly interface and robust functionality, the tool aims to democratize web security practices, empowering a wider audience to proactively safeguard against cyber threats.

The Wireless sensor Network(WsN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WsNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WsNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base station(Bs).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the Bs *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

Layered double hydroxide（LDH） comprising of Co^2＋ and La^3＋-ions with acetate counter anion was successfully synthesized by hydrogen peroxide catalyzed hydrolysis reaction and characterized extensively. The observed reflections in the powder X-ray diffraction pattern could be indexed in P3 space group with a=0.316 nm and c=2.97 nm. Lattice fringes of distances corresponding to the peaks observed in X-ray diffraction pattern were observed in high resolution transmission electron microscopic images. UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy results confirmed the presence of Co（OH）6 along with the presence of charge-transfer band due to the interlayer carboxylate anion. Magnetization measurements at room temperature indicated high spin configuration of Co^2＋-ion in the sample exhibiting paramagnetic behavior. The mixed metal oxide from calcination was used to reconstruct the parent layered structure. Intercalation experiments with other organic anions in Co-La LDH proved be successful.

Progressive developments in industrial and agricultural activities are causing a critical stress on groundwater quality in developing *** objective of this paper is to assess and evaluate the contamination level of groundwater caused by leachate in 11 villages of the Gautam Budh Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh,*** systematically sampled 22 groundwater samples and 13 leachate samples to ascertain the source of pollution on groundwater *** standard analytical methods given by the American Public Health Association(APHA)(standard methods for examination of water and wastewater,23rd ***,AWWA,WPCF,Washington,2017)were used for quantitative estimation of hydrochemical parameters of collected *** results of the analysis of groundwater samples indicate that pH values range from 7.31 to *** mean magnesium concentration in groundwater samples is 58.93±21.44 mg/*** of the groundwater samples taken,approximately 41%and 73%of samples analysis results have been found beyond the acceptable limit with respect to the parameters of turbidity and total dissolved solids,respectively,according to the Bureau of Indian standards(Indian standard specification for drinking water(Is:10500).BIs,Manak Bhawan,New Delhi,2012)for drinking *** 95.4%of groundwater samples and 92.3%of leachate samples have high nitrate concentrations above the standard limit of BIs(45 mg/L),*** Piper plot shows that 50%of the samples belong to the Ca^2+-Mg^2+-HCO3^-*** and Durov's diagrams indicate that the mean concentrations of ions are in the order of Na^+>Mg^2+>Ca^2+>K^+(for cations)and HCO3^->NO3^->C1^->sO42^->CO32^->F-(for anions)in groundwater of the study *** spatial variation of the hydrochemical parameters shows that groundwater is heavily contaminated with respect to *** results indicate that the groundwater of villages Achheja,Bisrakh road,Dujana,Badalpur and sadopur is not suitable for drinking.

Background: Facial nerve palsy(FNP) occurs less frequently in children as compared to adults but most cases are secondary to an identii able cause. These children may have a variety of ocular and systemic features associated with the palsy and need detailed ophthalmic and systemic ***: This was a retrospective chart review of all the cases of FNP below the age of 16 years, presenting to a tertiary ophthalmic hospital over the period of 9 years, from January 2000 to December ***: A total of 22 patients were included in the study. The average age at presentation was 6.08 years(range, 4 months to 16 years). Only one patient(4.54%) had bilateral FNP and 21 cases(95.45%) had unilateral FNP. seventeen patients(77.27%) had congenital palsy and of these, five patients had a syndromic association, three had birth trauma and nine patients had idiopathic palsy. Five patients(22.72%) had an acquired palsy, of these, two had a traumatic cause and one patient each had neoplastic origin of the palsy, iatrogenic palsy after surgery for hemangioma and idiopathic palsy. Three patients had ipsilateral sixth nerve palsy, two children were diagnosed to have Moebius syndrome, one child had an ipsilateral Duane's syndrome with ipsilateral hearing loss. Corneal involvement was seen in eight patients(36.36%). Amblyopia was seen in ten patients(45.45%). Neuroimaging studies showed evidence of trauma, posterior fossa cysts, pontine gliosis and neoplasms such as a chloroma. systemic associations included hemifacial macrosomia, oculovertebral malformations, Dandy Walker syndrome, Moebius syndrome and cerebral ***: FNP in children can have a number of underlying causes, some of which may be life threatening. It can also result in serious ocular complications including corneal perforation and severe amblyopia. These children require a multifaceted approach to their care.

Peptidomimetic inhibitor of L-plastin reduces osteoclastic bone resorption in aging female mice

L-plastin(LPL)was identified as a potential regulator of the actin-bundling process involved in forming nascent sealing zones(NsZs),which are precursor zones for mature sealing ***-fused cell-penetrating small molecular weight LPL peptide(TATMARGsVsDEE,denoted as an inhibitory LPL peptide)attenuated the formation of NsZs and impaired bone resorption in vitro in ***,the genetic deletion of LPL in mice demonstrated decreased eroded perimeters and increased trabecular bone *** the present study,we hypothesized that targeting LPL with the inhibitory LPL peptide in vivo could reduce osteoclast function and increase bone density in a mice model of low bone *** injected aging C57BL/6 female mice(36 weeks old)subcutaneously with the inhibitory and scrambled peptides of LPL for 14 ***-CT and histomorphometry analyses demonstrated an increase in trabecular bone density of femoral and tibial bones with no change in cortical thickness in mice injected with the inhibitory LPL peptide.A reduction in the serum levels of CTX-1 peptide suggests that the increase in bone density is associated with a decrease in osteoclast *** changes in bone formation rate and mineral apposition rate,and the serum levels of P1NP indicate that the inhibitory LPL peptide does not affect osteoblast *** study shows that the inhibitory LPL peptide can block osteoclast function without impairing the function of *** peptide could be developed as a prospective therapeutic agent to treat osteoporosis.
