mQTT and blockchain sharding:An approach to user-controlled data access with improved security and efficiency

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things(IoT)has raised security concerns,including mQTT protocol-based applications that lack built-in security features and rely on resource-intensive Transport Layer security(TLs)*** paper presents an approach that utilizes blockchain technology to enhance the security of mQTT communication while maintaining *** approach involves using blockchain sharding,which enables higher scalability,improved performance,and reduced computational overhead compared to traditional blockchain approaches,making it well-suited for resource-constrained IoT *** approach leverages Ethereum blockchain’s smart contract mechanism to ensure trust,accountability,and user ***,we introduce a shard-based consensus mechanism that enables improved security while minimizing computational *** also provide a user-controlled and secured algorithm using Proof-of-Access implementation to decentralize user access control to data stored in the blockchain *** proposed approach is analyzed for usability,including metrics such as bandwidth consumption,CPU usage,memory usage,delay,access time,storage time,and jitter,which are essential for IoT application *** analysis demonstrated that the approach reduces resource consumption,and the proposed system outperforms TLs and existing blockchain approaches in these metrics,regardless of the choice of the mQTT ***,thoroughly addressing future research directions,including issues and challenges,ensures careful consideration of potential advancements in this domain.

Effect of Al Doping on structural, Electrical, Optical and Photoluminescence Properties of Nano-structural ZnO Thin Films

The nano-structural Al-doped ZnO thin films of different morphologies deposited on glass substrate were successfully fabricated at substrate temperature of 350 ℃ by an inexpensive spray pyrolysis method. The structural, electrical, optical and photoluminescence properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction study revealed the crystalline wurtzite （hexagonal） structure of the films with nano-grains. scanning electron microscopy （sEm） micrographs indicated the formation of a large variety of nano-structures during film growth. The spectral absorption of the films occurred at the absorption edge of -410 nm. In the present study, the optical band gap energy 3.28 eV of ZnO decreased gradually to 3.05 eV for 4 mol% of AI doping. The deep level activation energy decreased and carrier concentrations increased substantially with increasing doping. Exciting with the energy 3.543 eV （A=350 nm）, a narrow and a broad characteristic photoluminescence peaks that correspond to the near band edge （NBE） and deep level emissions （DLE）, respectively emerged.

Formulation and evaluation of Albendazole microcapsules for colon delivery using chitosan

Objective:To formulate and evaluate Albendazole microcapsules using chitosan,a natural polymer for colon-specific delivery for better treatment of helminthiasis,filariasis,colorectal cancer,avoiding the side ***:The Albendazole microcapsules were prepared by the use of different concentrations of sodium alginate,chitosan and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPmC).The polysaccharides chitosan reacted with sodium alginate in the presence of calcium chloride to form microcapsules with a polyelectrolyte complex membrane by electrostatic interactions between the two oppositely charged *** microcapsules were then studied for entrapment efficiency,drug-polymer compatibility and surface morphology. Objective:To formulate and evaluate acyclovir microcapsules using bakers ***: Acyclovir,pretreated yeast and deionised water were taken at a volumetric ratio of 1:2:4 *** suspension was agitated in a magnetic stirrer at 25℃30℃.35℃,and 40℃for 4 *** suspension was then centrifuged for 10 minutes at 2 000 *** supernatant solution was decanted and the cells were washed 5 times with deionised *** the suspended drug entrapped yeast cells were dried in a lyophillizer for 48 *** yield was ***:The first four formulations were done with 200 mg of the drug,followed by 400 mg for the next four formulations and 800 mg the last four *** showed that the surface of the microcapsules was intact,with no burst *** showed no interaction between acyclovir and the cell *** showed that the peak was within the standard values. Objective: The current study evaluated various new colchicine analogs for their anticancer activity and to study the primary mechanism of apoptosis and in vivo antitumor activity of the analogs with selective anticancer properties and minimal toxicity to normal ***: sulforhodamine B(srB) assay was used to screen various colchicine analogs for their in vitro cytotoxicity. The effect of N-[(7s)-1,2,3-trimethoxy-9-oxo-10-(pyrrolidine-1-yl)5,6,7,9-tetrahydrobenzo[a] heptalene-7-yl] acetamide(Ⅲm-067) on clonogenicity, apoptotic induction, and invasiveness of A549 cells was determined using a clonogenic assay, scratch assay, and staining with 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI) and annexin V/propidium iodide. mitochondrial membrane potential(mmP) and reactive oxygen species(rOs) levels were observed using fluorescence microscopy. Western blot analysis was used to quantify expression of proteins involved in apoptosis, cell cycle, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3k)/protein kinase B(AkT)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOr) signaling. Pharmacokinetic and in vivo efficacy studies against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) and Ehrlich solid tumor models were conducted using swiss albino ***: Ⅲm-067 showed potent cytotoxicity and better selectivity than all other colchicine analogs screened in this study. The selective activity of Ⅲm-067 toward A549 cells was higher among other cancer cell lines,with a selectivity index(sI) value of 2.28. Ⅲm-067 demonstrated concentration-and time-dependent cytotoxicity against A549 cells with half-maximal inhibitory concentration values of 0.207, 0.150 and0.106 μmol/L at 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. It also had reduced toxicity to normal cells(sI > 1) than the parent compound colchicine(sI = 1). Ⅲm-067 reduced the clonogenic ability of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Ⅲm-067 enhanced rOs production from 24.6% at 0.05 μmol/L to 82.1% at 0.4 μmol/L and substantially decreased the mmP(100% in control to 5.6% at 0.4 μmol

Oilfield geothermal resources of the Upper Assam Petroliferous Basin,NE India

Liquid vaporization under thermodynamic phase non-equilibrium condition at the gas-liquid interface

Liquid vaporization under thermodynamic phase non-equilibrium condition at the gas-liquid interface is investigated over a wide range of fluid state typical of many liquid-fueled energy conversion systems. The validity of the phase-equilibrium assumption commonly used in the existing study of liquid vaporization is examined using molecular dynamics theories. The interfacial mass flow rates on both sides of the liquid surface are compared to the net vaporization rate through an order-of-magnitude *** indicated that the phase-equilibrium assumption holds valid at relatively high pressures and low temperatures,and for droplets with relatively large initial diameters(for example,larger than 10 μm for vaporizing oxygen droplets in gaseous hydrogen in the pressure range from 10 atm to the oxygen critical state). Droplet vaporization under superheated conditions is also explored using classical binary homogeneous nucleation theory,in conjunction with a real-fluid equation of state. It is found that the bubble nucleation rate is very sensitive to changes in saturation ratio and pressure;it increases by several orders of magnitude when either the saturation ratio or the pressure is slightly increased. The kinetic limit of saturation ratio decreases with increasing pressure,leading to reduced difference between saturation and superheat conditions. As a result,the influence of nonequilibrium conditions on droplet vaporization is lower at a higher pressure.
