The prime objective of the present paper is to analyze the effects of the rotation,magnetic field and gravity in a thermo-elastic half-space containing heat source on the boundary of the *** medium assumed under consideration is traction free,homogeneous,isotropic,as well as without energy *** normal mode analysis and eigenvalue approach technique are used to solve the resulting non-dimensional coupled *** comparisons for the physical quantities are established numerically and represented graphically in different cases with respect to the used effects.A comparative and remarkable study has been carried out through various graphs to deliberate the consequences of different parameter on the displacement components,stress components and temperature.

The recent developments in biological and information technologies have resulted in the generation of massive quantities of data it speeds up the process of knowledge discovery from biological *** to the advancements of medical imaging in healthcare decision making,significant attention has been paid by the computer vision and deep learning(DL)*** the same time,the detection and classification of colorectal cancer(CC)become essential to reduce the severity of the disease at an earlier *** existing methods are commonly based on the combination of textual features to examine the classifier results or machine learning(mL)to recognize the existence of *** this aspect,this study focuses on the design of intelligent DL based CC detection and classification(IDL-CCDC)model for bioinformatics *** proposed IDL-CCDC technique aims to detect and classify different classes of *** addition,the IDLCCDC technique involves fuzzy filtering technique for noise removal ***,water wave optimization(WWO)based EfficientNet model is employed for feature extraction ***,chaotic glowworm swarm optimization(CGsO)based variational auto encoder(VAE)is applied for the classification of CC into benign or *** design of WWO and CGsO algorithms helps to increase the overall classification *** performance validation of the IDL-CCDC technique takes place using benchmark Warwick-QU dataset and the results portrayed the supremacy of the IDL-CCDC technique over the recent approaches with the maximum accuracy of 0.969.

The present investigation is intended to demonstrate the magnetic field,relaxation time,hydrostatic initial stress,and two temperature on the thermal shock *** governing equations are formulated in the context of Lord-shulman theory with the presence of bodily force,two temperatures,thermal shock,and hydrostatic initial *** obtained the exact solution using the normal mode technique with appropriate boundary *** field quantities are calculated analytically and displayed graphically under thermal shock problem with effect of external parameters respect to space *** results obtained are agreeing with the previous results obtained by others when the new parameters *** results indicate that the effect of magnetic field and initial stress on the conductor temperature,thermodynamic temperature,displacement and stress are quite *** order to illustrate and verify the analytical development,the numerical results of temperature,displacement and stress are carried out and computer simulated results are presented *** study helpful in the development of piezoelectric devices.

The present paper paper,we estimate the theory of thermoelasticity a thin slim strip under the variable thermal conductivity in the fractional-order form is *** stress theory considering the equation of heat conduction based on the time-fractional derivative of Caputo of orderis applied to obtain a *** assumed that the strip surface is to be free from traction and impacted by a thermal *** transform of Laplace(LT)and numerical inversion techniques of Laplace were considered for solving the governing basic *** inverse of the LT was applied in a numerical manner considering the Fourier expansion *** numerical results for the physical variables were calculated numerically and displayed via *** parameter of fractional order effect and variation of thermal conductivity on the displacement,stress,and temperature were investigated and compared with the results of previous *** results indicated the strong effect of the external parameters,especially the timefractional derivative parameter on a thermoelastic thin slim strip phenomenon.

In this paper, the effects of both rotation and magnetic field of the peristaltic transport of a second-order fluid through a porous medium in a channel are studied analytically and computed numerically. The material is represented by the constitutive equations for a second-order fluid. Closed-form solutions under the consideration of long wavelength and low Reynolds number is presented. The analytical expressions for the pressure gradient, pressure rise, friction force, stream function, shear stress, and velocity are obtained in the physical domain. The effects of the non-dimensional wave amplitude, porosity, magnetic field, rotation, and the dimensionless time-mean flow in the wave frame are analyzed theoretically and computed numerically. Numerical results are given and illustrated graphically in each case considered. Comparison was made with the results obtained in the presence and absence of rotation, magnetic field, and porosity. The results indicate that the effects of the non-dimensional wave amplitude, porosity, magnetic field, rotation, and the dimensionless time-mean flow are very pronounced in the phenomena.

Correlation between serum Uric Acid Level and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Background: One of the risk factors of congestive heart failure that still under investigations is hyperuricemia. It’s still debatable whether it’s an independent risk factor or it’s just a consequence of other disorders associated with cardiovascular diseases like hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia. Objective: The aim of our study is to elucidate whether in patients with heart failure serum uric acid level correlates with left ventricular ejection fraction supporting the possibility that the detection of progressive hyperuricemia in these patients may be an indicator of deteriorating cardiac function. methods: We conducted a prospective study that included 124 studied patients and 26 apparently healthy persons at Coronary care unit and Internal medicine Department at sohag University Hospitals. studied populations were classified into;* Group “I”: newly diagnosed heart failure, * Group “II”: decompensated heart failure on regular treatment, * Group “III”: decompensated heart failure but stopped their treatment from three months, Group “IV”: control group, healthy and age-matched subjects. We studied the association between left ventricular ejection fraction, the severity of congestive heart failure and the serum uric acid levels and the well-known conventional risk factors. Results: The main finding was the significantly higher mean serum uric acid levels in patients with congestive heart failure versus apparently healthy persons with “P value = 0.02”. When we adjusted the serum uric acid with other significant risk factors in the univariate analysis which were age, gender and smoking, serum uric acid was an independent risk factor “P value = 0.04”. There was a significant correlation between serum uric acid level and the severity of congestive heart failure “P value 0.35”. High rates of serum uric acid levels were recorded in patients with reduced ejection fraction. A uric acid level of 8.45 mg/dl was found to be the most appropriate cut-off point with the se

Petrophysical Analysis and Flow Units Characterization for Abu madi Pay Zones in the Nile Delta Reservoirs

Field development typically requires detailed petrophysical analysis and well defined hydraulic flow units for comprehensive formation evaluation and reservoir characterization. In the present study, pay zones petrophysics are studied using an assembly of well log data from 8 wells together with core plugs measurements. Petrophysical analysis showed a good reservoir quality with average water saturation increasing toward the East and southeast of the study area. Using a multi-linear regression technique on well logs and core data, permeability is estimated at well locations for flow unit characterization and flow capacity calculation. Results showed that five hydraulic flow units are identified through the studied wells, with relatively good correlation. such correlation indicated a good continuity in the net pay zone of Abu madi Formation in the Nile Delta reservoirs. The developed hydraulic flow units (HFUs) are classified according to its hydraulic conductivity into two main categories: the first category comprises the units with low permeability (K 1270 mD). The reservoir flow capacity (RFC) of these units indicated the development of 4 distinct classes (~11, ~30, ~80, and greater than 130 ***). The wells within the Northwestern part of the study area showed three HFUs that relatively vary from those located at the southeast where two HFUs are only developed. In addition, the southeastern part of the reservoir is characterized by good RFC as indicated by the development of high order HFUs (3, 4, and 5) compared to the Northeastern part with predominated low order HFUs (1, 2, and 3). such results are crucial for the efficient field development and profound reservoir management of oil and gas fields in the Nile Delta.

Complexation of Both Enantiomers of 2-Phenylpropionic Acid with Cyclodextrin: Determination of Binding Constant, stoichiometry, Bioavailability and Co-Conformation

Although enantiomers of 2-phenylpropionic acids (2-PPAs), or profens are important group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NsAIDs) and have been in clinical use for many years, there is no literature covering its binding interaction in particular with cyclodextrins. NsAIDs are marketed as racemates, chiral discrimination and knowledge of enantiomeric bioavailability is essential. Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy is the technique of choice for elucidating chirality and monitoring and characterizing molecular recognition phenomena in solution. methods em-ploying the fundamentals of the simultaneous measurements of absorbance and CD and a novel efficient titration method have been developed to study the binding of β-Cyclodextrin (β-CyD) and the two enantiomers of 2-PPA as a function of pH. The effect on physicochemical properties and bioavailability was investigated. The binding constant, stoichiometry and pKa for both the free and the bound drugs were determined using a Levenburg-marquadt non-linear equation. The exact nature of the enantiomer discriminating interactions by cyclodextrins (CyDs) is not well understood. In this work, the interactions and co-conformations of both enantiomers of 2-PPA with β-CyD were explained and es-timated using spectroscopic variations upon complexation. The results indicated a change in the physicochemical prop-erties of 2-PPAs upon complexation and highlighted the enantioselective binding of β-CyD as a function of pH. The charge on the guest molecule and its stereochemistry are of great importance in regulating the stability of the guest/β-CyD complexes;hence the bioavailability of drugs. This work elucidates 2-PPAs/β-CyD binding interactions and highlights the effect of β-CyD on drugs with an effective novel method for binding titration and the potential of the simultaneous measurements of absorbance and CD in future chiral drug interactions studies.
