The neuropathological features of Alzheimer’s disease include amyloid *** emerging evidence suggests that Piezo1,a mechanosensitive cation channel,plays a critical role in transforming ultrasound-related mechanical stimuli through its trimeric propeller-like structure,but the importance of Piezo1-mediated mechanotransduction in brain functions is less ***,apart from mechanical stimulation,Piezo1 channels are strongly modulated by *** assume that Piezo1 may play a role in converting mechanical and electrical signals,which could induce the phagocytosis and degradation of Aβ,and the combined effect of mechanical and electrical stimulation is superior to single mechanical ***,we design a transcranial magneto-acoustic stimulation(Tmas)system,based on transcranial ultrasound stimulation(TUs)within a magnetic field that combines a magnetoacoustic coupling effect electric field and the mechanical force of ultrasound,and applied it to test the above hypothesis in 5xFAD *** tests,in vivo electrophysiological recordings,Golgi–Cox staining,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunofluorescence,immunohistochemistry,real-time quantitative PCR,Western blotting,RNA sequencing,and cerebral blood flow monitoring were used to assess whether Tmas can alleviate the symptoms of AD mouse model by activating Piezo1.

While agricultural green development(AGD)is highly recognized and has become a national strategy in China,it is imperative to bridge the knowledge gaps between AGD and the UN sustainable Development Goals(sDGs),and to evaluate the contribution of AGD to meeting the *** first aim of this study was to compare the AGD goals and indicators with those of the sDGs so as to identify their *** next aim was to examine the historical evolution of AGD indicators and analyze the gaps between the current status of various indicators and their *** factors were identified in China's transition toward *** findings reveal that the indicators of AGD align with those of the sDGs,but have greater specificity to the context in China and are more *** has been a significant increase per capita calorie and protein intakes in China,as well as a notable rise in agricultural output per unit of arable land and rural incomes from 1980 to the ***,these achievements have been accompanied by a high resource use and environmental pollution,highlighting the need for a more sustainable,environmentally responsible agriculture in China.

Fake News Detection Based on Text-Modal Dominance and Fusing Multiple Multi-Model Clues

In recent years,how to efficiently and accurately identify multi-model fake news has become more ***,multi-model data provides more evidence but not all are equally ***,social structure information has proven to be effective in fake news detection and how to combine it while reducing the noise information is ***,existing approaches fail to handle these *** paper proposes a multi-model fake news detection framework based on Tex-modal Dominance and fusing Multiple Multi-model Cues(TD-MMC),which utilizes three valuable multi-model clues:text-model importance,text-image complementary,and text-image ***-MMC is dominated by textural content and assisted by image information while using social network information to enhance text *** reduce the irrelevant social structure’s information interference,we use a unidirectional cross-modal attention mechanism to selectively learn the social structure’s features.A cross-modal attention mechanism is adopted to obtain text-image cross-modal features while retaining textual features to reduce the loss of important *** addition,TD-MMC employs a new multi-model loss to improve the model’s generalization *** experiments have been conducted on two public real-world English and Chinese datasets,and the results show that our proposed model outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on classification evaluation metrics.

In the present article we study the generalized laws of importation and crossmigrativity based on(D, N)-implications. On the one hand, we consider the generalized law of importation I(T(x, α), y) = I(x, j(α, y)), when T is concretized as a fuzzy conjunction C, I and j are concretized as(D, N)-implications generated by a fuzzy disjunction D and a fuzzy negation N. On the other hand, we discuss the cross-migrativity of fuzzy disjunctions over fuzzy implications, that is, I(x, D(y, z)) = D(y, I(x, z)), where I is a fuzzy implication, D is a fuzzy disjunction. In addition, we study the relationship between the(α-)cross-migrative of(I, D) and the(α-)cross-law of importation(I, ID,N, C).

Utilizing supported single atoms as catalysts presents an opportunity to reduce the usage of critical raw materials such as platinum,which are essential for electrochemical reactions such as hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR).Herein,we describe the synthesis of a Pt single electrocatalyst inside single-walled carbon nanotubes(sWCNTs)via a redox *** via electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron microscopy,and X-ray absorption spectroscopy show the single-atom nature of the *** electrochemical behavior of the sample to hydrogen and oxygen was investigated using the advanced floating electrode technique,which minimizes mass transport limitations and gives a thorough insight into the activity of the *** single-atom samples showed higher HOR activity than state-of-the-art 30%Pt/C while almost no oxygen reduction reaction activity in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell operating *** selective activity toward HOR arose as the main fingerprint of the catalyst confinement in the sWCNTs.

With the continuous advancement of communication technology,the escalating demand for electromagnetic shielding interference(EMI)materials with multifunctional and wideband EMI performance has become *** the electrical and magnetic components and designing the EMI material structure have attracted extensive interest,but remain a huge ***,we reported the alternating electromagnetic structure composite films composed of hollow metal-organic frameworks/layered MXene/nanocellulose(HMN)by alternating vacuum-assisted filtration *** HMN composite films exhibit excellent EMI shielding effectiveness performance in the GHz frequency(66.8 dB at Kaband)and THz frequency(114.6 dB at 0.1-4.0 THz).Besides,the HMN composite films also exhibit a high reflection loss of 39.7 dB at 0.7 THz with an effective absorption bandwidth up to 2.1 ***,HMN composite films show remarkable photothermal conversion performance,which can reach 104.6℃under 2.0 sun and 235.4℃under 0.8 W cm^(−2),*** unique micro-and macrostructural design structures will absorb more incident electromagnetic waves via interfacial polarization/multiple scattering and produce more heat energy via the local surface plasmon resonance *** features make the HMN composite film a promising candidate for advanced EMI devices for future 6G communication and the protection of electronic equipment in cold environments.

Intraseasonal variability of the Kuroshio observed via mooring at 18°N

Insufficient observations near the origin of the Kuroshio have led to incomplete understanding of the intraseasonal variability(IsV)of the *** measurements of the Kuroshio velocity were performed with an array of three profiler moorings(122.7°E,123°E,and 123.3°E)along 18°N from january 2018 to February *** IsV of the Kuroshio at 18°N was investigated based on a combination of mooring observations and global high-resolution HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model reanalysis *** estimated time-averaged transport in the upper 350 m across the observation transect was 6.5±2.6 sv(1.0 sv=10^(6)m^(3)/s).Two significant IsV peaks at 50-60 and~100 d were recognized in the power spectra of the meridional velocity and *** analysis indicated that the IsV at 50-60 d was caused by westward-propagating eddies at average propagation speed of~13 cm/s and wavelength of~635 *** IsV peak at~100 d was mainly caused by northward-propagating eddies generated in the North Equatorial Current *** investigation indicated that the IsV of the Kuroshio at 18°N is dominated by meridional transport,rather than by the zonal migration of the Kuroshio main *** findings provide a better understanding of the IsV of the Kuroshio east of Luzon Island.

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides have been extensively studied due to their fascinating physical properties for constructing high-performance ***,their relatively low responsivities,current on/off ratios and response speeds have hindered their widespread ***,we fabricated a high-performance photodetector based on few-layer MoTe_(2) and Cds_(0.42)se_(0.58) flake *** photodetector exhibited a high responsivity of 7221 A/W,a large current on/off ratio of 1.73×10^(4),a fast response speed of 90/120μs,external quantum efficiency(EQE)reaching up to 1.52×10^(6)%and detectivity(D*)reaching up to 1.67×10^(15) *** excellent performance of the heterojunction photodetector was analyzed by a photocurrent mapping test and first-principle ***,the visible light imaging function was successfully attained on the MoTe_(2)/Cds_(0.42)se_(0.58) photodetectors,indicating that the device had practical imaging application *** findings provide a reference for the design of ultrahighperformance MoTe_(2)-based photodetectors.
