starting from 2016,the raw Global Navigation satellite system(GNss)measurements can be extracted from the Android Nougat(or later)operating *** then,GNss smartphone positioning has been given much attention.A high number of related publications indicates the importance of the research in this field,as it has been doing in recent *** to the cost-effectiveness of the GNss smartphones,they can be employed in a wide variety of applications such as cadastral surveys,mapping surveying applications,vehicle and pedestrian navigation and ***,there are still some challenges regarding the noisy smartphone GNss observations,the environment effect and smartphone holding modes and the algorithm development part which restrict the users to achieve high-precision smartphone *** this review paper,we overview the research works carried out in this field with a focus on the following aspects:first,to provide a review of fundamental work on raw smartphone observations and quality assessment of GNss observations from major smart devices including Google Pixel 4,Google Pixel 5,Xiaomi Mi 8 and samsung Ultra s20 in terms of their signal strengths and carrier-phase continuities,second,to describe the current state of smartphone positioning research field until most recently in 2021 and,last,to summarize major challenges and opportunities in this ***,the paper is concluded with some remarks as well as future research perspectives.

Potassium-ion batteries are an emerging energy storage technology that could be a promising alternative to lithium-ion batteries due to the abundance and low cost of *** on potassium-ion batteries has received considerable attention in recent *** the progress that has been made,it is important yet challenging to discover electrode materials for potassium-ion ***,we report pyrrhotite Fe_(1−x) s microcubes as a new anode material for this exciting energy storage *** anode delivers a reversible capacity of 418 mAh g−1 with an initial coulombic efficiency of~70%at 50 mAg^(−1) and a great rate capability of 123 mAh g^(−1) at 6Ag^(−1) as well as good *** analysis shows the structural stability of the anode after cycling and reveals surface-dominated K storage at high *** merits contribute to the obtained electrochemical *** work may lead to a new class of anode materials based on sulfide chemistry for potassium storage and shed light on the development of new electrochemically active materials for ion storage in a wider range of energy applications.

Rare earth elements（REE） are a set of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, which have been found in a variety classes of minerals in the world. The global demand for REE and their compounds has increased in high-tech applications over the past decades due to their chemical, catalytic, electrical, magnetic, and optical properties. After mining, comminution and ore beneficiation, hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processes are carried out to recover REE compounds. The concentrate cracking is a process wherein the structure of a REE mineral is modified in order to dissolve REE in a weak acid solution. This would be accomplished through various techniques such as alkaline cracking and acid baking. The cracked concentrate is then leached to dissolve REE in a solution and subsequently recover those via neutralization, precipitation or solvent extraction methods. This paper reviewed the cracking and leaching methods applied to REE concentrates to produce an intermediate product for further REE separation.

In this paper,a novel finite-time distributed identification method is introduced for nonlinear interconnected systems.A distributed concurrent learning-based discontinuous gradient descent update law is presented to learn uncertain interconnected subsystems’*** concurrent learning approach continually minimizes the identification error for a batch of previously recorded data collected from each subsystem as well as its neighboring *** state information of neighboring interconnected subsystems is acquired through direct *** overall update laws for all subsystems form coupled continuous-time gradient flow dynamics for which finite-time Lyapunov stability analysis is *** a byproduct of this Lyapunov analysis,easy-to-check rank conditions on data stored in the distributed memories of subsystems are obtained,under which finite-time stability of the distributed identifier is *** rank conditions replace the restrictive persistence of excitation(PE)conditions which are hard and even impossible to achieve and verify for interconnected ***,simulation results verify the effectiveness of the presented distributed method in comparison with the other methods.

When a transmission line is subjected to adverse weather conditions,rain drops or ice can be formed on its surface,leading to discharge phenomena known as *** corona discharge increases corona loss,leakage conductance,and capacitance,the latter two effects facilitating harmonic conditions and power quality *** study investigates the electrical characteristics of an energised conductor under rain,rime,and glaze ice *** experiments were carried out in a climate room using a corona *** was found that the leakage conductance of a corona-cage configuration was at its highest under glaze ice condition and at its lowest under rime condition for the same background surface electric *** the presence of icicles,the change in capacitance under glaze ice accretion was *** the experimental results,it can be concluded that the corona-cage configuration is mainly characterised by its capacitive nature before the corona *** the corona discharge occurs,the corona cage exhibits a resistive–capacitive *** the increase of applied voltage,the configuration becomes more resistive.

Galen(129–199 A.D.), an ancient Greek scholar, is one of the most influential and recognized physicians and surgeons in the history of medicine. He is one of the most influential Greek scholar in Persian medicine, who has been repeatedly cited by Iranian scholars. The purpose of this article is to describe the exact position of Galen in Avicenna’s The Canon of Medicine, the most important work of Persian medicine. In The Canon of Medicine, Galen is cited about 300 times, and Avicenna always admired and praised Galen repeatedly. Galen’s ideas were important to Avicenna, but there are also many elements of Galen’s views that Avicenna challenged or criticized. For example, Avicenna diverged from Galen’s philosophical view in medicine and rejected some of Galen’s pharmaceutical opinions and Galen’s views on the physiology of pain, the physiology of pulse, the same nature of the tendons and nerves and separation of the mind and body. Although the views of Greek scholars, especially Galen, in The Canon of Medicine have been quoted abundantly, Avicenna revised the knowledge of the ancient scholars through critical thinking and relying on observation and testing, systematized the science of medicine and introduced many ideas and innovations. As such, Europeans considered Avicenna as the most prominent physician of the Islamic Golden Age.

With a sharp increase in the information volume,analyzing and retrieving this vast data volume is much more essential than *** of the main techniques that would be beneficial in this regard is called the Clustering *** aims to classify objects so that all objects within a cluster have similar features while other objects in different clusters are as distinct as *** of the most widely used clustering algorithms with the well and approved performance in different applications is the k-means *** main problem of the k-means algorithm is its performance which can be directly affected by the selection in the primary *** of attention to this crucial issue has consequences such as creating empty clusters and decreasing the convergence ***,the selection of appropriate initial seeds can reduce the cluster’s *** this paper,we present a new method to determine the initial seeds of the k-mean algorithm to improve the accuracy and decrease the number of iterations of the *** this purpose,a new method is proposed considering the average distance between objects to determine the initial *** method attempts to provide a proper tradeoff between the accuracy and speed of the clustering *** experimental results showed that our proposed approach outperforms the Chithra with 1.7%and 2.1%in terms of clustering accuracy for Wine and Abalone detection data,***,achieved results indicate that comparing with the Reverse Nearest Neighbor(RNN)search approach,the proposed method has a higher convergence speed.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of graded doses of acetylsalicylic acid (AsA) on sperm chromatin integrity and sex hormones in the adult male ***:Forty-nine male adult mice were divided into seven groups. Control group received no drug, sham group received AsA solvent (dimethylsulfoxide 0.1%), groups 3 to 7 received different doses of 0.05, 0.10, 0.50, 1.00 and 5.00 mg AsA, daily for 14 d, respectively. On day 15, evaluations were made by sperm chromatin dispersion test for the study of DNA sperm integrity, radioimmunoassay for the study of testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) level and histopathology of testis for Jhonson's ***: AsA in groups 0.50, 1.00 and 5.00 mg reduced big halo sperms. DNA fragmentation significantly increased just in 5 mg group. serum level of testosterone in doses of 0.50, 1.00 and 5.00 mg groups reduced significantly (Ps not affected. Johnson's score reduced in all AsA treated ***: Administration of AsA over the 14 days in dose of 5.00 mg increases sperm DNA fragmentation index and therefore reduces DNA integrity and in doses of 0.50, 1.00, 5.00 mg reduces serum testosterone level with no effect on LH. Generally, AsA has deleterious effects on the male reproductive indices even in low doses.

According to historical evidence, the abuse of opium has been reported all over the globe-specifically throughout Eastern nations-since the sixteenth century. Before that, opium had mostly been applied as medication. Reference has been made in traditional Persian medical literature to the method of cultivation, properties, side effects and toxicity. In sixteenth century Iran, during the reign of the safavids, opium abuse began. It was from then that prominent Persian scholars started to think of solutions to this societal problem. One of the most famous scholars was Imad al-Din Mahmud ibn Mas＇ud shirazi, who composed a book concerning addiction-Afyunieh, a comprehensive book on the topic of opium and all issues of opium. Furthermore, he recommended methods for reducing opium dose as well as substitution with other medications that had a narrower range of side effects, in order to eradicate dependency upon opium and opium-derived materials. This is most likely the first book that comprehensively addressed opium and discussed drug rehabilitation methodology, in traditional Persian medical literature. In this historical review, the authors have introduced the book Afyunieh, which presents methods for treating addiction to and giving up opium; the text comprises a synthesis of the author＇s opinions, professional experience and references to the work of other famous physicians.
