为工厂化生产的相关食品及农产品储存过程中微生物的鉴定及抑菌对策提供理论依据,采用高盐察氏液体培养基（Czapek Dox Broth）梯度盐浓度培养法,CDA（Czapek Dox Agar）及TsA（Trypticase soy Agar）固体培养基进行分离纯化,16srRNA基因测序,邻接法构建16srRNA序列的系统发育树等方法,对工厂生产香肠肠衣腐烂黑斑中嗜盐细菌进行分离鉴定,研究其特征特性。结果表明：25%~30%盐浓度固体培养基中分离到3株嗜盐细菌（Gyfl1,Gyfl2,Gyfl3）,经分子学分析鉴定Gyfl1为Halomonas variabilis,Gyfl2为Chromohalobacter israelensis,Gyfl3为Chromohalobacter canadensis;经药敏试验,庆大霉素、卡那霉素、利福平、红霉素和新霉素等常见抗生素均能抑制嗜盐菌株Gyfl1、Gyfl2和Gyfl3,而利福平抑菌效果更明显。

原发性脑暗色丝孢霉病是一个致命性真菌感染,主要有亲神经性的暗色真菌包括Cladophialophora bantiana,Rhinocladiella mackenziei和Exophiala dermatitidis感染所致.即使联合抗真菌药物治疗及手术去除病灶,该病死亡率依然高达50-70%.因... 详细信息

原发性脑暗色丝孢霉病是一个致命性真菌感染,主要有亲神经性的暗色真菌包括Cladophialophora bantiana,Rhinocladiella mackenziei和Exophiala dermatitidis感染所致.即使联合抗真菌药物治疗及手术去除病灶,该病死亡率依然高达50-70%.因此,寻找更有效的治疗方案迫在眉睫.我们体外研究发现,两性霉素B联合5-FC对致原发性脑暗色丝孢霉病的暗色真菌体外药物相互作用,所有测试菌株平均FIC指数范围0.25 to 0.38,表明具有协同作用。另外,采用Bliss独立分析,也观察到明显的协同作用,?E总数范围为90.2-698.61%。结果表明两性霉素B联合5-FC对原发性脑暗色丝孢霉病的暗色真菌具有协同作用,仍然需要动物实验和临床研究进一步观察证实,为临床治疗原发性脑暗色丝孢霉病提供有效的治疗方案。

The current state of coenotic populations of rare and endangered species of Uzbekistan-Tulipa micheliana hoog is given. Based on the analysis of demographic indicators and a number of organisms and population signs, the state of the cenotic populations of the species was assessed, during the 2012-2018 years studied 15 cenopopulations different ecological-phytocenotic conditions in Uzbekistan.
